Hands down! This is one of the BEST Fast Food spot in the city! The food is always fresh.. The customer service is always friendly and your order is always accurate! I love just about everything on the menu! The only thing I dislike is they're closed of Sunday, but what the hell.. I'll get over it.

This the place I go to most when I eat out. The food is always served hot and in a timely matter. 4 out of 5 times that I go there is always a huge line of cars or the parking lot is full. So if you go during a busy time be prepared to wait a little while to order your food. I usually order the 8 piece nuggets with buffalo sauce and eat my fries with chickfila sauce. I love both of the sauces and usually order about 4 total, and I am glad that this chickfila does not limit the amount of sauces that you can have. I have never had an unpleasent experience or service. Everyone that works there is friendly and seems to care about the experience.

Super friendly employees. That is a huge plus here. Other fast food managers really need to take a cue and try to pattern after them. There are fast food wage employees with good attitudes to be found, just be selective in the hiring process, provide a good working environment for them and treat them well. They get the food orders filled quickly too. That being said, I have had quite a few issues with an elderly man not taking my order correctly. I speak loudly and slowly but it happens a lot with him. I simply make sure to get my order taken by another person. It seems they often hire a lot of 1st job kids which is fine but when it gets super busy they run in to issues that keep requiring an overly busy supervisor to come over and over again to a still confused kid. I think they need to keep them off during the peak times until more trained. The supervisors are always quick and eager to correct any errors. The other issue I have is the frequency with the shake machine being down or being out of something. Their special sauce rocks! My kids especially love their tasty grilled chicken nuggets and I've been observed swiping them at times when they are distracted. Soft mints! Grab a free soft mint before you head out.

Always know what you get at any restaurant. Great service. Great attitude. Nobody refusing service to law enforcement officers. Overall, if I have to eat fast food, I'll drive out of my way to find a restaurant. Try the chicken salad sandwich.

Amazing service. Chick fila sets the standard for fast food service. Great food. Food was hot and fresh. Bathrooms and dining area very clean, great atmosphere. And great kid facility. Highly recommend.

I am a fan of this company! A couple of a months, I need to have their sandwiches. The service is always good but it's so popular and the lines can get crazy. I try to skip their drive-through if I visit during the lunch time. It's faster to go in. Their grilled chicken tends to be on the saltier side but I like their original and Delux chicken sandwich - so moist and crispy. Even if it gets so busy, I know I will continue to visit here for some good food.

Yes, this place is always chaos! Always! Hardly ever go here to dine in...matter of fact, I don't know that I've ever gone here to dine in, or even parked my car in the drive thru...get it? Naw, the only time I ever sit and eat in or I guess, near a Chick Fil A, is if I'm meandering through Pierre Bossier Mall, which I seem to be doing less and less these days. I do really like the spicy chicken sandwich, particularly when combined with their peach milkshakes, offered in the summer time, a little sweet to go with the heat...awesome! I have hit the above location only in recent memory to pick up party trays of nuggets or strips for Mardi Gras here locally, to enjoy along the parade route, and most recently to devour for a football-watching party we were hosting for the LSU-Alabama game (Yaaaaay Tigers!) I have never had to wait for a tray, ever, at this location. I usually call in a day in advance and then pick it up right before said event. Every time I call this location, it sounds every bit as chaotic as it actually is in person, and I dread it. When you call in an order here, it literally sounds like you're calling in a missile strike to a hotbed of some far off war zone. But they are polite every time, whoever answers the phone and takes the order. I dread even more so going to pick up the order, because I know the drive thru is like pit row at Talladega, which means I have to go in, which is like the mush pot at Kinder Care, but forge on, I must. This visit was shockingly different, with slightly over an hour left before kickoff, this place was a ghost town! Just amazing! I thought there would be all sorts of people in there, eating and picking up trays, but not so much, and that was fine with me! I picked up my 120 nuggets (medium order) for $43 with two big sauces (Polynesian and Chick Fil A homemade sauce-neither of which was used by anybody at the party, I might add) and I got the heck outta there! Home in plenty of time (even with Clyde Fant Parkway closed for some reason!) for kick off and kick butt of 'Bama! Geaux Tigers! Thanks Chick Fil A! I would love to try the spicy chicken biscuit for breakfast here sometime! They also have free Wi-Fi at this location! Also try the peppermint shake, out only during this holiday season! It is also, so very dee-lish!

I love Chick Fil A in general but this one is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is always hot! I never go through the drive thru its always reallyyy long, I always go in. Great place for lunch! Yum!
