Woot! Another nice clean Starbucks! Smells nice in here! I love it! Friend baristas! My drink was made correctly. Plenty of space to park. Good amount of seating plus out door seating available. The baristas were interested in my day and genuinely cared about it! Bath room was clean. I hope they will get more New Orleans mugs! I know they sell out rather quickly! Other than that...awesome!

Me like Starbucks, yes I said Me... just because!!!! This is my Starbucks location that I frequent when I can't go to the location near Lake Avenue. I do like it here as I pass this way weekly, sometimes 2 or even 3 times a week. The drive thru, while small & kinda off the beaten path, it is very useful. Friendly baristas, outside seating & a WalMart nearby, make this a great location. I especially like the outdoor seating as there are beach sized umbrellas that are affixed to the table that provide shade of a uber hot & sunny day. It would be super, duper nice to have power strips in this area; I hope the Starbucks-wish-granting-fairies are listening to (or reading) this review. Spacing inside is fairly nice as well. A nice sitting area to the left & right, then straight ahead is the main, cafeteria style table & chair setups. I love that there's always something on sale, albeit coffee mugs, drinking straws, coffee etc; makes me feel like buying another mug/cup that I really don't need... Great marketing you guys. ( I know this is probably the norm at all Starbucks, but this location always seems to have the cutest little finds) Anywho, I love the soy, skinny etc options; but must admit I often forget the tall, grande, venti, trenta designations & I normally result to saying small, medium... My bad, I know, oh well, I'll try harder. Anyway, I love it here, so do be surprised if you're passing thru & you see me posted up...

As with most of the Starbucks in the area, entering and exiting the establishment can be a challenge. During rush hours, at this location you can pretty much hang up any hope you have of swinging in and grabbing a quick pick-me-up. Fortunately, you won't be hard pressed to find another great coffee shop within a two mile radius. As far as service goes, the staff is friendly and do a good job of getting drinks out quickly and accurately. If you see a line, you would do better to park across the street and walk in as I have found this to be a fairly successful strategy; That is, unless you don't feel like getting down.

Bad experience with the cashiers and all here. Very rude, careless, loud, just lack of service and no knowledge of service, and overheard making racist jokes and impressions. The drinks they have no knowledge of and carelessly makes it. Hire new staff.

I love Starbucks but this location has not mastered the recipes for chai tea, green tea or the ginger ale. The locations in Gonzales, Houma, and even the nearby Barnes & Noble are a lot better. The lines would move faster if your total was given to you prior to approaching the drive thru window. Customer service is fine but the drinks need to improve.

When I am in Metairie, this is the only location I go to! The staff is always fast and friendly, they make the drink just right! I think it is a certain crew, that works on a particular day that screws up my order, I rarely see them! This is a great location when I can catch Jen, the black guy, and the tall white guy working! I need to find out the other guys names to leave a huge tip one day for them! They always have the drink right, and are fast and professional!

Good location with a friendly staff. The new store is great and the line moves fast. The coffee is always fresh and the condiments counter stays stocked. I would have given Starbucks 5 stars, but as long as they sell the La Boulange crap, i can't give them a perfect rating.

Sweet baristas. An extra star just for them. Never have a problem there. Coffee is Starbucks coffee so you know what you're getting (over roasted, burned tasting). I prefer local, but not bad. Free internet.

First off - I love Starbucks. This location? Not so much. I've had issues redeeming coupons that Starbucks sent me here and every time I get a drink it is SO MESSY. I am talking about fraps, hot drinks, cold drinks, PLAIN COFFEE. The only reason why I still go here is because it is on the way to class in Hammond.

Great coffee and the service is always good. my only complaint is that all Starbucks brew the crappie "Pikes Peak" after noon. That is the only brew that tastes like crap. It has a aftertaste that is nasty.

Good location but a little cramped. Outdoor patio and a few restuarants next door. Staff friendly and they did spell my name right. Problems still with customer service during the rush in the mornings. Only 1 person at the register. There are 2 registers here, just saying !

The staff at this Starbucks was so rude the last time I was there, that I would rather drive a few more miles up the road to the location past Bonnabel than go here. I ordered a three drinks/ three pastries and waited patiently for 20 minutes before asking one of the employees where my order was. The first guy just rolled his eyes looked over at another employee and said I already made that... When I explained to him that my order had not come up on the counter he would not even make eye contact with me... I asked another employee about my order and she huffed and puffed as if it was a problem for her. After another 15 minutes of putting up with attitudes from these people somebody finally realized that my order has been placed in a bag and set aside. Instead of offering to make me a new pastry which at this point had gotten cold they just handed me the bag like there were no problems. There was no apology and nobody really seem to care that they were giving such terrible service... That being said as much as I love Starbucks I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Can't live without my coffee fix, usually day and night! White mocha is my drink and they do it up right!!! I really don't like the drive thru set up at this one, but they are friendly and get my drink right.

It's a Starbucks, so if you've been to one before then you know pretty much what to expect. These guys get extra points from me for being extra attentive; I ordered an iced cappuccino latte with soy milk and when it was made with regular milk the barista at the drivethru window took one look at it and said "Oh no honey, this isn't right! Hold on a second while we fix this" and proceeded to have a whole new latte made for me with the correct milk. While I was waiting for my new/proper beverage she explained to me that the soy cappuccinos froth differently than those made with regular milk and mine didn't have that 'telltale whip'. So thumbs up for doing what it takes to get my order right. Even if it means wasting a perfectly good (if incorrectly blended) beverage.

Drive thru here kinda sucks, that's just a location problem. I usually go in. Service has always been great but I find their drinks taste weak and watered down. I usually get a triple shot latte.. that shouldn't taste weak!

Ok here we go.... 1. I am from NYC. Starbucks is on every corner there. I have basically spent so much money on Starbucks I might as well hold a stock in it. 2. I live and breathe Starbucks. 3. I cant live anywhere where there is NO starbucks. 4. Metairie had one and so wala! I was happy...... ' HOWEVER, I must say this one in particular kinda sucks. I do not know whether or not they just are not good at customer service, or dont know what customer service is but I have not had many pleasant experiences here. I unfortunately still frequent it because its the only one around here. example noted: I get my free drink monthly from my gold starbucks card and I happily order my Toffee Nut latte... me standing there for a good 10 minutes waiting for my drink as the "barista" chuckles and laughs with fellow co workers as she makes drinks..one, two , three, four people get their drinks and me.. still standing... waiting.. no one noticing. not the chuckling barista. THEN... when no one else is there finally!!! finally!! she asks what am I waiting for??? reality check starbucks barista girl. in NYC this would not have happened. second the drink was sub par and third I should have gotten a voucher for another free drink considering the amount of time and lack of acknowledgment you gave me. Like I said, if there was another one across the street, I would ignore this one. but unfortunately this is probably the only starbucks around that I know of. Unless there is one magically hiding around close to metairie. ......
