I love puccinos but this location is awful. The workers are typically extremely rude and they barely give you any food at all. I hate coming here and never plan on it again. Other locations are good just not this one. I got fries with my sandwich and received approximately 6 fries. DONT COME HERE. (Hickory, lakeside mall, and west esplanade closer to clearview are excellent locations)

3.5 Stars. I've had fairly positive experiences here compared to the ones I've had at the Veterans location. The quality of food here for breakfast is decent. I ordered the breakfast plate with eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Everything on the plate was delicious and flavorful. The cashiers and cook staff were friendly. Overall positive experience and great environment. However, just as a warning, they are cheap on providing wireless internet service.

I love stopping by here for breakfast every time I'm passing through! The frozen lemonade is the BEST

Love the girls that work in 17th st location but don't expect any eggs that aren't scrambled to be cooked right

Definitely worth the drive. Food is good, atmosphere is nice and staff is friendly. I'll go back.

My caramel macchiato is the best thing on this earth. Updated: still having my reg caramel macchiato but you must also try the grits a go I mean they're delicious and only a buck. This is my go to coffee spot

I just stopped by, alone, for a quick breakfast en route to work. I ordered a sausage croissant sandwich and a medium OJ. To my surprise... It was $13! The price aside, the quality of the food was terrible. The sandwich was literally dripping in grease. I've never seen a croissant drip grease before. I was excited about fresh squeezed OJ. To my dismay, it was in a tiny cup, filled to the brim with ice. There was only about 3 actual oz of orange juice amongst the ice. I drank the juice in one swig. The coffee at Puccino's is fine, but the food quality, service, and pricing is all terrible... like... really really terrible. Don't fall for the OJ price gouging trap like I did. I will never come back, even though I live next door. How sad is that?!

They charge for wifi. The coffee's quite tasty, the atmosphere pleasant, and the service was friendly. I go to coffee shops for one thing though, a place to work away from the office. Free wifi is a basic amenity I expect in the twenty-first century.

Need to bring this place's star ranking down. In from out of town, looking for a breakfast place close to our hotel. While the coffee is great, do NOT waste your money here. Is it even possible to mess up eggs and toast? Well, Puccino's did. Bread was mildly warm, not toasted at all. Eggs were horribly over cooked. Pancakes were super dry. Service was slow and unfriendly.

The iced tea was good but they were lost on the concept of using the reusable container I provided them. Other coffee shops actually give a discount if you bring your own. I didn't expect a discount but it was disconcerting to see them pour the tea in a plastic cup and then put it in my cup. Misses the whole point.

This location just opened down the street and around the corner from their Lakeside location. I've no mind for business but it seems counterintuitive to have two shops that close to each other... but what do I know? Puccino's is the sort of cafe that tries really, really hard to get you to like it. There's an almost exhausting amount of food options available... the menu lists eggs, biscuits, waffles, omelets, French toast, all manner of pastries, bagels, sandwiches....... and that's just the breakfast menu. The lunch menu includes sandwiches, salads, panini, wraps, individual pizzas, soups, and daily blue plate specials. It's all alright. Nothing top-notch but the prices are reasonable for what you get. But their primary stock-and-trade are their drinks. It IS a coffeeshop, after all. And...... it's okay. Just okay. Plenty of blended-coffee beverage options (including a frozen Puccino, which is kind of like a milkshake but with coffee instead of milk), hot and iced teas available, a smattering of milks and juices and the like. There's even a menu of mixed drinks for happy hour, which is from 5-7pm. They're open very early and close very late, especially by Metairie standards, so if you're looking for a bite to eat at a nonstandard hour this is your place.

This is the place I sneak away to when I want a good cup of coffee with ice cream in it. It has great seating and the waitresses are really nice. The food is phenomenal and the coffee is yummy too. The one on vets is my favorite.

Coffee is VERY good. My breakfast was a welcome treat, since I was just expecting a coffee place. This is my first time with Puccino's. I love the atmosphere, but seems a little confusing. They have lunch and wine/cocktails - but seems out of place. Otherwise; great place for coffee and tea.

Omg the Puccino is made with ice cream ..... It was heaven. And the chicken salad wrap with vinaigrette dressing was great too ... My new addiction .

This location is HORRIBLE! I repeat HORRIBLE! The baristas at this location are incredibly rude, never wear name tags, do not greet you when you arrive, stay steady on their cell phones the whole time working...my list could go on for days. I am a loyal customer to Puccinos, but this specific location is disgusting. They never sanitize anything! Once the baristas pick up trash, they NEVER go and wash their hands before they make your drink! NASTY! The 4 booths that they have ALWAYS have crumbs everywhere, so this tells you they obviously do not sweep. The food is mediocre. The only thing I can brag about is the Frozen Cappuccino and the Skinny Wedding Cake Frappe, they are both amazing drinks! You also have to pay for internet as well. Being a HRT major, since this is my field I work in, take this review seriously...go spend your money somewhere else locally like PJs!
