We have been here for about 1,345 times and this is my first time writing a review because my experience tonight was just amazing. They usually have different crew works everyday and most of the time, service was average to good. I always appreciate how child friendly they are: always handing my daughter a ballon with the color of her choice. But tonight, they were just exceptionally good: The "hot donuts light" just came on when we walked it. We ordered a dozen of glazed and by the way, they have an app that you can download to check if they have hot donuts, true story, their hot donuts are of course, God sent; however, the dozen we first got was the cold leftovers. So I brought back and said they were not hot and asked if we could get the fresh ones. The manager there was not only being nice about it but also gave us a dozen of hot donuts on top of the original dozen that we first got. The manager even asked "ma'am? Are you upset?" Anyway, I am just very impressed by his professional way to handle this situation. Later on, he stopped by our table and asked if everything was okay. He explained that he didn't like upset customers. I just don't expect such a good service here! And it seems like this manager is really setting a good tone of the top!!!

This is our favorite location. I feel like they turn on the fresh donuts light just for us because it's on a lot and the donuts are amazing. Today I had the best experience. We came in and ordered a dozen donuts and they weren't very hot. To tell my girlfriend was disappointed so they made her a fresh box at no charge and let us keep the other one. They also gave our daughter a beautiful balloon and hat. This location has always been so good. The manager here is the key. He is the life of this business and we couldn't be more impressed.

There are three teenagers sitting at the table next to me, two girls and one boy, in school uniforms, clearly skipping school because it's Wednesday at 11:28 am. The boy and one of the girls who is clearly his gf are very, very, ahem . . . close. She is holding his face with both hands and they keep kissing. I'm trying not to look. I'm over here with my coffee and a box of dozen donuts, yelping away. I'm wearing a red t-shirt with white font that says:Vaginas are Gorges. (It's an Ithaca thing). The three retired, geriatric gentlemen at the table across from me are looking over here and at the teenagers in disgust. Youth! Just going down the drain. Mankind is slipping! I can hear their thoughts through their piercing glares. I wish I would have skipped school at least once at a donut shop with my teenage, high school boyfriend back in the day but I never dared to bc A. I didn't have a car B. I was lacking in high school boyfriends. In my own defense, it's a lot easier now to stay connected to your sweet heart since everyone has a cell phone. You can text each other during first period that you wanna skip 4th period to go to Krispy Kreme. Boom! Now you're on a quick getaway date. How easy was that? You didn't even have to write a paper note, fold it intricately, then go some round about way during the 5 minute break in between classes through long hallways to meet up with him/her to deliver it face to face or drop it off at their locker. I enjoyed my cake donut glazed fresh with chocolate glaze so much more bc the three teenagers sent me back, reminiscing about a time when all my parents wanted from me was A's. I should have thanked them for that. Life is short, break the rules!

Rude drive thru crew! Snapping everytime we ask a questions about new menu items. I asked the lady was there a problem? Everytime I asked her another person would come on the intercom to answer very snarkly. Doughnuts were hard..had to be from this morning's batch. Guy who actually helped at the drive thru said I was the third customer to complain about the rude and short way the employees working the drive thru seemed. You would think they would be nicer since a New Orleans favorite is situated DIRECTLY across the street. People always have a choice, Krispy Kreme! Definitely will skip this location...

Still one of the best doughnut makers in town. Krispy Kreme is popular for a reason and is the reason why my pants don't fit like they use to. This place is rarely packed because their service is assembly line efficient. Go in or just drive through, yes there is drive thru donuts in America. The workers were friendly and clearly love talking about their favorite flavors. Which happen to be the classic right off the belt glazed donut. Donuts come in a variety of flavors with new ones coming out periodically. When I went the Java donuts were featured and was better than expected. The rainbow ones looked pretty but were just frosting which for some reason I imagined an exotic blend of skittles and m&m coming together Ina donut. My personal favorite would have to be the strawberry jelly filled. Price is affordable! Cheapest donuts and does not compromise on flavor. So beware, it is easy to overindulge. Definitely felt I needed a good run after but worth it while yolo is still a thing.

Pitiful establishment. I like to get an unglazed doughnut with powered sugar. I've gotten this before with no problem but today the worker wasn't having it. I explained that I've gotten it before but the lady said she didn't care if another worker did it for me.

Friendly enough service. Good enough donuts. I have been here twice. Both times were at about 6:45am on a Saturday to pick up some goodies for students participating in an academic competition. Everything was absolutely adequate. I did have to remind the cashier to get me my coffee, but, to be fair, I had ordered 3 dozen donuts so that's a lot of things to keep track of. I guess. 24 hrs. Very convenient.

What is not to love? Hot Doughnuts? If the light is on 9 times out of 10 they hand you one for free straight from the conveyor belt! The service is always fast and friendly and did I mention HOT Doughnuts? Stop by when the light is on and have a warm taste of goodness.

If you've ever been to a Krispy Kreme, then this is everything that you would expect. I'm not a big fan of these donuts because they always seem a bit too oily and sugary (i know that they're deep fried, and coated in sugar). If they were able to let the oil drip a little longer, and was a little lighter on sugar, it would be wonderful. Although the call of fresh hot donuts is one that I can't resist when every I drive by.

That hot donuts sign is like a little beacon begging me to be a little fatty. Hot donuts are certainly 150% better than cold ones. Their visible donut conveyer belt is clearly excellent publicity! It shows that their facility is clean and they aren't hiding anything. This can't be said for all greasy spoon places. I love their kruellers and that their donuts always taste fresh.

These doughnuts either has you as a fan, or an enemy! When you see the hot donuts sign flashing, it is best to get your glaze fix, because they are at their best nice and warm. These doughnuts are tasty, but too light for my stomach! I can go through them too easily because I don't feel them in my stomach at all! Be forewarned, they are quite sugarry!!!

Senior citizens mark this spot off your list even though I've seen their name online as a participant of discounts. As other customers have pointed out, they are rude also and don't even know it. I drove up to window 2 because NO ONE was waiting, etc and was told I had to go through the speaker, hello, sometimes that thing doesn't even work what's with that? Is that a rule never to be broken? Was this to separate the two employees that were obviously not working but hanging out together at window 2? Also $9.98 for a dozen donuts is ridiculous. Krispy Kreme you've outsourced (cost) my business.

The only thing more perfect than a hot, fresh Krispy Kreme is a hot, fresh Krispy Kreme with the one(s) you love. Or chocolate milk. Accessibility notes: Store is fully accessible for mobility devices. Low counter. No braille menu or signage.

I love KK.. especially when they have their hot & fresh sign glowing. This particular location is a major fail in my opinion. Unless you go to this place at 6am they will always be sold out of almost all of the variety donuts. They are never crowded, yet always have an empty display case. This place is horrible, not to mention their rude and awful staff, as if you're supposed to apologize for requesting something other than a regular glazed donut.

HOT DONUTS sign was lit when I drove my this morning, so of course, I was forced to stop in and get some. As always, the donuts were warm, covered in sugar, and deeeeelicious! BOTTOM LINE: A warm, giant pile of sugar, with a little donut inside. Addictive, unhealthy, and soooo good!!

Went Sunday for daylight savings promotion. Called before to make sure they were participating. When we arrived, the staff of 5-6 people was completely clueless about the promotion, even though they were wearing promotional buttons. One member, Courtney, was particularly rude and inappropriate. The manager seemed just as confused as his staff and completely unaware of how to handle them.

I'm just not a big fan but I agree with other reviewers if you are going make sure you get the "hot donuts" sign when its glowing. I personally prefer a cake donut (aka Tastee/McKenzie Buttermilk drops) but If I go I get the cinnamon apple filled donut with cinnamon powdered sugar

It really is as good as it gets for a hot glazed donut. Their creme filled donuts are different from other places becuase the creme filling isnt the usual bavarian creme, its a sweet whipped creme. That might not be the best description but it is different and good. Drive thru is open 24 hours!

Went here a couple days ago... And their donuts were not fresh. They weren't even being heated. Highly disappointed! I've been to this location countless times, and this is the first time it has actually failed me. So 3 stars will do!

I'd write an ode to Krispy Kreme, but my fingers are sticking to the keyyyy boarddd. While Dunk'in has mastered the coffee, KK is the hands down winner for doughnuts. If the only ones you've had are from a grocery or gas station, you MUST find the 'Hot Doughnuts Now' neon sign and get in line behind the cops.

Hot and Fresh donuts at its best. I always go thru the drive-thru and pick up a dozen of assorted donuts. I la-love the original and the strawberry powdered donuts.

Um, holy unhealthy goodness!! Oh yes, only one of my favorite places on the face of this earth! Uh, yea, I'm not sure there is actually a need to write a review of this place..... if you like doughnuts, you have been here already and you know this is THE place to go for fresh warm doughnuts anytime of the day or night! They are opened 24/7 and the store is so conveniently located on Clearview Pkwy close to the W. Metairie intersection. It's always really clean inside, the people that work here are very nice every time I order. The doughnuts and chocolate milk flow fresh daily and are the best ever. I'm not quite sure why the bottled chocolate milk tastes soooo good when I buy it from here.... I think they lace it with crack... maybe that's why I love it so much! Haha, just kidding.... kind of. Anyway, the doughnuts are the best I've ever had. My favorites are the classic glazed and the chocolate iced doughnuts with, what else.... chocolate milk!! The choice is obvious, if you love doughnuts, especially Kripsy Kreme, go here!
