Yes, I go here every week. Only this location, though. The main reason is that the service is great! My 3-year old love this place and most importantly, I am not sure why, I love their coffee. I am telling you. I am a picky coffee drinker and for whatever reason, their coffee is good. Again, only this location. I have been to other IHOP in difference places throughout the country and this is the best. Their food is fresh and the place is CLEAN!

Great Food & Service !! I had the pancakes and Bacon. My wife had the BLT which was prepared with lots of bacon. Very clean location in a good area. All the staff are very friendly. Wait time for food was very short !!

Stopped in for a late night breakfast with my father and IHOP is the stop of last resort for me. I really don't care for the pancakes and prefer the ones at Cracker Barrel because they taste more like homemade. The breakfast itself is ok but a bit over priced. The service here is abysmal as the manager had to come and take our order after waiting for 20 minutes.

This particular IHOP has a foul smell that smacks you in the face as soon as you enter the door. Its almost like a raw sewage odor. I have been to this location a few times and the smell has been there each time. I assumed between visits that whatever was the cause of the stench was would be fixed. I was mistaken. Last Sunday, 07/20/2014 was my last time. I mentioned it to the hostess and she acted like I was the only person that could smell it. I find that hard to believe and I am amazed that people can eat there with the odor of sewage around them. The Service is good, the food is ok, place is clean. the odor makes me ill. I will not ever go back.

Being from California, we didn't have Waffle House. We grew up with IHOP...Or as it was originally called by its full name: International House of Pancakes. I generally prefer IHOPs to Waffle Houses. Both are cool in that they are open 24 hours, but IHOP seems to have a larger menu and more variety. ...Especially on their breakfast items. They get seasonal options that I like as well. This particular IHOP is fairly near to where we live, so it's convenient. It's also right off the Interstate and it seems like its always got a steady crowd there. There are 2 motels next to it and Rummel High School is around the corner. From the various times I have been here, it seems to be a mix of high school students and out of town visitors. I like going at night best and ordering breakfast. Breakfast is served all day. If you don't feel like breakfast, they have a lunch and dinner selection instead. The staff at this location have always been friendly and we've never had any problems. It's an interesting place to people watch and enjoy some yummy pancakes.

I recently went into the ihop on Canal St. and I was seriously offended by the "officer" on duty. I had to use the restroom before my party was all there, the officer at the front desk called my husband an asshole, and I was charged for using the restroom. Yes, I had been drinking- we're on Canal St. for crying out loud! I didn't really mind being charged, but I did extremely mind my husband being called names. It was uncalled for, and very unprofessional. I hope the owner of this ihop reads this. Because of the "security" we left the facility and dining elsewhere. I'm not sure what the issue was, whether it was me or the environment, but I've never been treated so rudely in my life. I can't believe that this attitude would be accepted by any company, big or small. It was completely unprofessional. I work for a large company myself, and if I were to treat a client in this manner, I would lose my job-- without question. I wouldn't want anyone to lose their job, but I wouldn't want anyone else to ever experience this treatment again.

I am not a huge fan of any IHOP but this location was convient to the airport. The waitress was new but the food took a long time coming out. I gave a tip because she was trying hard to keep up and there was a little bit of a language barrier. So no, I will not be visiting this location again.

As far as IHOP restaurants go, this one is actually pretty good. It is attached to a hotel and is almost always busy. Service has always been good and staff polite, the food always cooked as I requested and exactly what I expect from an IHOP. The seasonal specials are usually my favorite, but the crepes are a good standby. And best thing about IHOP? It's open at 3am when I can't sleep and want a waffle.

Like every other ihop..... pancakes are always fluffy and amazing. Had the fajita omellet with all the dressing on the side and pancakes has my choice of starch. It was amazing.. my waitress Tamara seems a bit shy but she did come back two to three times to make sure everything was okay. Food came out on time all orders we're correct. Stayed in the hotel next to this location. I walked in and waited to be sit it and the hostess Catalina completely looked over me twice and helped the customers behind me. I told her that she skipped me and she gave me the dirtiest look ever, her manager was next to her and she apologized for being skipped. I asked my waitress for Catalinas name so I could write this review and I saw my waitress going up to her and telling her that I had asked for her name, so for the remaining time I was there Catalina was giving me dirty looks.

Delicious range of breakfast foods from pancakes(with many different varieties), sausages, bacon, eggs, etc with a side variety of not so breakfast menu items like steak. Super friendly staff assist your choices if you're overwhelmed by the plethora of choices. Get the jam donut pancake with a side of bacon, hashbrown and eggs. Absolutely amazing!

Might just be me but everytime I come here and walk in the door and down the little hallway to the register area I smell a stinky drain type smell. I think they need to chase all their drains with bleach and boiling water. That being said the smell doesn't permeate to the dining area. Our waiter (sorry bad with names!) was super nice and very attentive. He even refilled the kids lemonaides which most servers just forget. I'm giving an extra star just for him. I got the waffle with sausage and bacon instead of eggs. MMMMMM! The kids got funny face pancakes. My issue with the funny faces is that they are HUGE. The kids eat maybe half of them before they're full. I wish they had a smaller pancake with a face on it.

The only two things I like about this location is the friendly service and the big diner area. The food is for some reason never good here. It always taste old even when it's a pack house; it's always lukewarm! The workers there are always friendly and nice though. They make it a mission to at least have a few chit chat and make small talk even when you know they have a million other tables to attend to. I like that.

I am a food snob sometimes, I admit it. I often have judged IHOP because I like going to real breakfast places. But... if my foot tasted like their breakfast I would readily put it in my mouth. First thing right off the bat was that the service was absolutely impeccable. We were kindly greeted, seated quickly, and our server was so attentive and kind. I really can't describe to you how friendly everyone was. Our food came out quickly, and albeit, it wasn't Refuel quality (that review is coming up), but it was exactly what we needed before our drive back to Houston. We stayed at the Days Hotel next door, and after the experience with that hotel, IHOP was a welcome relief.

I come here a lot. I don't admit to friends, but I do. Oh, God, I love this place- especially THIS IHOP. I came here once at night, but my reviews are mostly for the day time- breakfast and lunch. This is where my working class roots come in. I've been to some bad, NASTY IHOPS, but this one is good. Real good. I only had one bad experience. I found a hair in my mashed potatoes. Oh yeah, you want to ever get revenge on me, don't talk crap to my boyfriend, don't trash my house- put hair in my food. Any kind. Doesn't matter what size. Oh, I'm cringing thinking about it. I wanted just to leave, because I refuse to send food back. After my boyfriend convinced me to get another plate, he called the waitress. I sunk down in the booth a bit ("Please don't get mad, please don't give me special sauce" I thought). The young girl was really nice, and said, "Let me get the manager." The manager comes in- a nice Hispanic woman, I swear she looked like a mom, really cute and polite. She was disturbed, took the plate back and cleaned the hair off the table. Came back, I swear, maybe one minute later, with a brand new warm plate. It was a new plate, not a reheated old one. I just knew. She gave me the plate, and then saw my cup was empty, and refilled it herself. Yup, the manager. if you look at my other reviews, you'll see I automatically give high stars if I see the owner/manager working with the folks on the floor. I looked back at the kitchen, and there she was helping the waiters carry out dishes. I need to grab her name so I can write to HQ. Besides that- never had a problem with staff, food, ect. Took one star off just because of that incident. I swear, it bugs me.

I'm not a big IHOP fan, however, we did stop in and eat to get the 2 for $10. You can't beat two omelets (certain ones) with two sides for $10. Service was good as he kept our drinks filled and met all our needs (and then some so my man said - from the way the server kept looking at me and making sure my needs were met, LOL) Atmosphere was nice, thank goodness it wasn't crowded. All in all, it was a nice experience.

Went for breakfast with hubby. Food was satisfying, as usual. Had the pancakes and the chicken fried steak. Our server, Aliona, was great! However, when we went to the cashier to pay, there was this fat guy in a blue shirt (manager?) who wordlessly took our bill and cash in a huff, walked away, commandeered Aliona to take the check and settle it for us while we were waiting by the cash register up front. Enjoyed the food, the restaurant atmosphere, our server. But fat guy in blue shirt left a bad taste in my mouth upon our leaving. Too bad, it would've been a perfect breakfast outing.

This IHOP was recently expanded so they have much more space and the line is almost non-existent on the weekends. We went there on Saturday morning. I was skeptical but the kids wanted pancakes. The pancakes were delicious, the service was fast and attentive. I got chocolate chip pancake and it was very good. Next time I am getting buttermilk pancakes for sure, I tasted some from my son's plate and they were wonderful.
