We got greeted upon entering but the service after that was pretty bad and extremely slow. Ordered a coke and when i received it it was a canned coke. Asked if it was possible to get a cup with ice or Atleast a straw. "Waitress" said they didn't have ice or straws but they have a bar area so I was confused. Our whole order was buffalo wings, Greek salad with balsamic dressing, medium half cheese/ Hawaiian pizza. The buffalo wings were crispy and not very saucy but were good. Salad seemed fresh but the balsamic was all oil! I had to soak up the oil with a napkin. Pizza was actually pretty good with its thin crust but wish it would have been cooked longer. Thought the pizza would be a little more crispy considering how thin the crust was but the dough at the bottom was still pretty soft, still tasted good. Wouldn't recommend to dine in, maybe get to go!

Worst experience with a restaurant I've ever had! I ordered a lasagna 3 hours before I had work on a Tuesday afternoon. 2 1/2 hours later still no food. I called and they guy told me that it was going in the oven I told him to cancel the order because I didn't have time to wait. He then yelled at me told me to never order from them again and hung up on me. But my card was already charged so I called back he hung up on me then stopped answering altogether!!! I had to call the other location to get my problem fixed. Absolutely absurd

Went on vacation, ordered online at 9:30 pm and at 11:30 we still did not have our pizza. They stated they would re-order the pizza. Next day (still no pizza) I sent an email about the experience. They stated they tried to call, but I never received a call. Sad we didn't get to actually try the pizza.

First time ordering. Website said they close at midnight. Ordered a pizza online at 10:40pm and by 11:45pm it wasn't here so I tried calling. And calling. And calling. Finally ended up calling the Baronne location...and was told the Metairie location closes at 10pm??? Why exactly does Yelp and your website say Midnight?? Why exactly did your website allow me to place an order AND send me a confirmation email if your business is closed?? Wish I could write a review about your FOOD instead of the ridiculously poor IT guy y'all must have.

This place is terrible. The breadsticks were so thin that there were no bread, more like cardboard. The pizza was way undercook that the crust of the pizza matched its cheese.

These guys have left multiple brochures on our door, so thought we would give them a shot finally. I wish I would have continued to never support them. Used the online system to order. 1 hour in, called to check status. We were assured it was coming, even though they were closing. 2 hours later, still nothing, and now no one answers. 3 hours later, I officially gave up. At least they got my money though. I guess I owe them an extra star for the cleverness there.

Was told 40 minutes, took over 2 hours. Woman on phone who claims to be the manager is extremely rude. That being said, calzone was incredible. Too bad the service is terrible.

The online ordering services sucks. They said would be ordered in 40 minutes...I call an hour later and they tell me "oh we just got your order" I got a confirmation from paypal and big pie pizza saying the order was confirmed. Why bother with an online service if you suck at it. The food isn't worth that wait. I only ordered it because they are only delivery place in my work area.

The delivery of our food took a little over 3 hours. Granted it was a Saturday but that is absurd. Also, The food arrived cold. I called the manager in the hopes of a free appetizer and a sincere apology but I got neither. Sorry guys, but I won't order from here again.
