My go to fast-food place in all of Marrero! I can earnestly eat here all the time and never get tired of it. Cane's is the best and I will literally send all my children down to Louisiana just so they can all experience this nirvana. Don't even get me started on the Texas toast. Keep going Cane's, you're doing fast-food chains real justice.

So I felt compelled after yesterday to write a review. This location is going downhill quick. It's dirty, not clean at all, food all over the tables, seats and floors. However, my biggest issue is the food. I'm sorry but you cannot serve a steaming on fire piece of food to a child. I know they do everything fresh & normally that's wonderful but it's not wonderful to be served chicken so hot it has now blistered the roof of my and my child's mouth. This has now happened to us here twice. I think we'll go back to the Cane's on Manhattan.

I wish all fast food businesses ran as efficient and friendly as this location does. The employee pool they pic from is fantastic. The kids that work here are ALWAYS polite, never screwed up an order and crank out the chicken fast. Perfect. It isn't my favorite place for friend chicken, more expensive than say nearby Brothers chicken , but to eat in, AND go somewhere my kids will actually eat all their food and if they are in a ruckus mode, it really wont bother anyone because all their crazy kids are here too. The place is consistently clean and well stocked with tea, and utensils and ketchup. If you haven't been to a Cane's yet, and you are nearby this one in Marrero, check it out. You wont be disappointed.

Great Customer Service in Marrero? Could I be dreaming? Normally, I would not be a fan of a fast food restaurant whose menu consists of only chicken fingers and fries but. . . The chicken is very fresh, the fries are crispy and ok, they do have cole slaw and Texas toast. Their fresh squeezed Lemonade is the best around and everyone loves their famous Cane Sauce (except me). They are some of the happiest fast food workers in the New Orleans area. They always greet you and ask if you need assistance (which is not common in this great city).
