Came in here with a friend last weekend and was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable the owners were. They chatted us up for almost a good hour, giving is the low down on all their different juices and giving us some samples. We ended up getting two very delicious smoothies. I will definitely be back and have been considering doing some of their online ordering.

I first met Patti and Sammy at the Hub City Farmer's Market. I always wanted to try their juice, but due to it being wildly popular there was always a long line. Not sure how many weekends I passed them up, but when I finally took the juice tour (samples), I was hooked! I've tried most of their juice, one of their smoothies, and some of their supplements like the E3Live, and can say that they made me feel wonderful. The rush from juice is amazing. I felt like my cells were singing. If you don't eat many veggies and fruit, you may feel a real zing! In time, I became so impressed with their driving desire to help people and usher them towards better health, I decided to make it a personal goal to tell everyone how great they are!

Nobody does it like the Beet. Coldpressed organic juice. Organic raw snacks. Super food smoothies . Customized Juice cleanses. Counciling with an experienced Holistic Health Counselor. Bottom line...they are about wellness not about the $. If your trying to kick start your healthy lifestyle...this place is your starting point.

I went to The Beet during a juice/smoothie fast and usually consume 32 ounces of juice per serving. They had a very limited selection available, and it was highly over priced. I found the staff unhelpful and unwelcoming as a new customer to the establishment. The cashier simply asked me if I had been there before I replied that I had not but she failed to engage me to offer additional information about the menu. Lastly, I noticed that they sold smoothies after paying $7 for an 8oz organic juice. I will not be returning to this restaurant as there is a Whole Foods across the street (wish I had noticed it before this ordeal) where the staff was friendlier and the prices a lot more reasonable (as high as WF is).
