Horribly rude customer service who refuses to do anything other than put the dog on the bun. I asked to have the dog wrapped to go for the flight later and she curtly rebuked the suggestion. She is apparently unaware that she is working at an airport and that everyone holding a boarding pass, I.e., her customer base, is "to go".

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Quite possibly the worst hot dog we've had in our lives, but we were hungry when we arrived in New Orleans and the airport has literally nothing to eat. Cheese dog tasted nothing like cheese or hot dog.

You do what you have to do when hungry. Sorry but these were just ok and have nothing on a Chicago All Beef Hot Dog. I'll give them points that the hot dog was huge but if it's gonna cost $4.50 it should be.

Really good dog! I was impressed. The buns were good too! I'm not big on relish, but my friends said it was delicious. Onions and mustard on mine were good.

Just needed something to eat before the flight. Plain creole dog and coke $8.81. Steamed bun, large sausage with great flavor. Almost went back for another. No problems with the service.

Lucky Dogs cart in the airport.. out of sausages. But she was still there to say I can try Zatarain's. It's called Lucky Dogs! Hello! Re-up or close down. It's like KFC running out of chicken.

On behalf of New Orleans I hereby apologize to all out of town visitors who visit this location and encounter the pitiful service. I am sorry that this will be your last parting thought of our wonderful city. I waited about 5 minutes and the woman behind the counter would not even acknowledge me. I went off to explore the other options. The lady at Copelands was so nice, even though she was busy! I wasn't in the mood for anything at Copelands, I really just wanted a small hot dog. Went back to Lucky Dog and waited. The woman behind the counter said the regular size dogs were still frozen and would take 10 more minutes to defrost. All they had was the jumbo size (naturally) so I ordered one. I didn't order cheese but she proceeded to put cheese on it. I said "I didn't want cheese on it" and she exasperatedly made another one, as if it was my fault. Please, Lucky Dog owners, take heed of these reviews. Nothing is wrong with the food, but the service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

This was exactly the hot dog I expected it to be and that made it a perfect dog. The cashier was efficient and friendly. It may have helped that I drop a dollar in the tip jar as I approached to place my order. Either way, I love hot dogs and this one was just like one you would get at a fair. #Awesome

We could not leave the US without having a hot dog. The line was only three people, yet it took the two persons working here almost fifteen minutes to help us. We had a lucky dog, a quarter pound hot dog with ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles. Decent dog, but at 6+ usd per piece?

Gave two $5 bills for $5.02 dog, would not give me change; said I only have one. I was in a hurry so didn't argue.

I am trying to get a dog, but the server is facing the other way, using her phone. I guess I will get a smoothie.

We've been craving a good dog all week. Having spent a week roaming all over town in New Orleans and beyond, we had spotted the hilarious Hot Dog cart on Bourbon Street but felt greatly afeared of eating off any open air food sold on that disgusting of all disgusting streets. The safer alternative we spotted while waiting for our AirTrans flight in Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Lo and Behold, a Lucky Dogs Hot Dog stand in a much more sanitarily inviting location. Got the "Lucky Dog", which is a larger than normal weenie and bun placed in a steamer before being asked "How many lines?" of mustard and/or ketchup you'd like on the dog. Got the regular dog for my wife and both came out to a whopping $11.15. That's a little much for 2 hot dogs if you ask me, even if you are in an airport. And that doesn't include soda or chips, which would be extra. The dog is decent. I saw a giant can of chili that hadn't been opened yet sitting on a shelf, so I opted against canned chili. Overall, not bad, but not great, and not worth the $. This is not your Pink's or even your Nathan's which I would've preferred.

Ok, not the friendliest person, but having left the Atrium Lounge, a pitiful place, at least I could grab something tasty before flying. Sure, a little too much mustard, but I'm enjoying a hot dog, not a T-Bone steak. Yes, I could go to the Atrium, where I'd wait twenty minutes for an overpriced beer and what a bag of chips? Lucky for me, Lucky Dogs was here in the airport, which doesn't have much to choose from.

Um, not feeling so lucky after this hot dog. The dog was undercooked, and the little old lady could hear well, nor does she reads head nods all too well. I think you're better off over at the Atrium Lounge. It'll be worth the money.
