Loved the Corn Pudding and the Gumbo was good. For baked ribs they were very good and the corn bread was yummy. I would return how ever a little pricey. You buy most of your sides separate. My 10 piece shrimp came with a corn bread muffin for $10 and the shrimp were small.

So, hubby and I felt like BBQ the other night. It was pouring so we skipped going to Mikes and went to Voodoo again. We got 1/2 rack baby ribs, pulled pork and brisket with 2 sides. $35.00 later, we brought it home. The ribs were just OK. The brisket was tough and pulled pork was too dry. And the sides. Cole slaw and beans, that literally measured to 3 tablespoons. Cole slaw was bitter and there wasn't enough beans to even split between two people. Its always hit and miss there. We won't go back. Not worth the money and the food was average at best.

I got the combo platter with the ribs and smoked chicken and it came with two sides.. It looked delicious and the plate was massive for about 20$. Don't let that fool you. The good: The corn pudding and mac and cheese sides were good. I enjoyed them. The smoked chicken was juicy and well marinated. The chicken actually tasted pretty good. The bad: The ribs are fall of the bone (slow cooked) and had a smoky flavor and seasoned with salt and pepper, but the meat was dry and way too salty. The ribs tasted like they were reheated about 2-3 times or microwaved. Probably left over from two days before. If the ribs were fresh, they probably would of been pretty good. I use to work at a joint that sold ribs. They are still good the day after, but start to taste old after 2 days (the rubbery, dry microwaved taste). These ribs were probably 3 days old. 2 stars because the ribs were old tasting. I've only been here once, but I'm sure if you came when the ribs were just cooked, the food would've been great. The chicken was good and so were the sides. I won't be going back because I don't like places that serve left overs. If I wanted to eat left overs, I would have hit up my fridge.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Location was definitely under staffed. This was my second visit and I vow to NEVER go back! Did not receive our food for 45 minutes and when asked if that was our food sitting on the pick up counter, we were told no. Waiter then went to check orders and brought the exact order we had been watching sit there to our table. Poor management skills when told it was cold...only response was "We're short handed today"...that is not the customer's problem sir!

Wasn't expecting to find this in Houma. Sports Bar on one side and restaurant on the other. Tap beers incl. Andy Gator. Graveyard platter gives you some options to try. They have 4-5 house sauces to top off their meats, I went with brisket (a little dry) and chicken on one trip and pulled pork and sausage on another. Gris gris greens, slaw and the beans are good but found the corn pudding best. Doesn't have the vibe of the NOLA original but stop by if you're in town and hungry for BBQ, they won't leave you hanging.

This is in a strip mall, but who cares? Loved it. I got the Graveyard Platter, with pulled pork and brisket. The pulled pork was absolutely fantastic. The brisket was very good. The fries were crisp and hot. Everything was hot and well presented, and the bar had a great atmosphere where two out-of-towners felt right at home. Will definitely return if I'm ever in town again!

I live in Houston now, but don't consider myself a bbq snob by any means. I got the pulled pork and smoked cajun sausage combo and found it to be decent at best. Pretty underwhelming considering the reviews on yelp.

I am very picky about my BBQ. But this place is excellent. The ribs, brisket and pulled pork!! Excellent sauces. I love the South Carolina style vinegar based one. ESP with their pork dishes. The graveyard platter is one of my favorites.
