What can I say? It's a Starbucks and if you've been to one, you've been to them all. My "go to's" for Starbucks are always the peppermint mocha frappucino or the pumpkin spice frapp, when it's in season. I stop in here when I am looking for a dessert type of drink and I don't think I have ever actually had real coffee here, now that I think about it. This is a nice location that usually has people coming and going all day, since it's located on a busy part of Manhattan.

This starbucks is one of the better ones in the west bank! Way better than the barataria one. Here they're friendlier and rarely mess up on your drinks! And if they do they'll even offer to make you a new one depending on who's working!

The only place I get my coffee from. Lovely & friendly baristas. I pretty much go everyday. They know what I want as soon as I walk-in and make my drink perfect every time. If I lived in Kenner I would drive 30 min just to get my coffee from Starbucks, Harvey LA. Plus, don't forget to join Starbucks Rewards, it's simple and easy, reload $5 or more in yur regular card or Digital card then get yur free drink any size. (= Recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was told they had coconut milk! A venti chai latte with coconut milk is ten times better than with soy milk. A little disappointed though because they were out of sandwiches... A chocolate croissant for lunch isn't the most filling (but it tasted as good as the Belgian ones).

Yay! There's still love for Starbucks! Because once it's joined the pantheon of freeway corporate watering holes along with McDonald's, it's just not American to hate Starbucks. Boom. And the enemies I've earned with that one.. As Artemis H points out, the atmosphere really works for light convo as well as work on ye olde laptop. So, yeah, it's one of my Chosen places for "real" work, especially in the evenings. The 'community table' is interesting--I like it because it keeps me from getting too comfortable, but the direct sunlight through the facing window during the day is overwhelming. A barista could tell when I shifted from "writing" to "blogging' at my laptop, just from noticing the change in my facial expression. We chatted blog and writing, and swapped websites. This place is great!

Starbucks is the best coffee place to go to even though it is a commercialized multi million or billion dollar company, it doesn't mean it isn't good. Every day that I go in I either get a frappuccino, iced coffee, or a shaken tea lemonade. The employees there are always extremely nice though I know it's their job I used to work for them, they are always friendly and smiling and willing to talk to me being the customer about new products or new equipment. Always my drinks come out tasting amazing. I honestly just wish that I had the equipment, and the products because a big chunk of my pay checks goes to them all day every day. I just wish that I could get a little more coffee for my money. All in all I love Starbucks I don't know who wouldn't.

There is only one bad review for this location, and that really does say a lot. I am a regular at this store and I want to assure everyone that this is one of the most professional and comfortable Starbucks I've ever been to! The baristas here are amazing and always make my drinks perfectly! This staff holds some of the best customer service I've ever encountered.

This location is a disappointment. Used to be our go to spot for coffee on weekends and we'd sit outside. The last time we went I ordered the same thing I order EVERY TIME we go to Starbucks. Mocha cookie crumble frappuccino. The girl who made the drink made a mocha. I told her I ordered the mocha cookie one with the chocolate whipped cream. She told me no I didn't. Incredible. Considering I ordered it, I think I know what I order! The last thing I expect is someone to argue with me over what I ordered and paid for!!! But it didn't stop there. Then she went to her coworker and started talking about me. Umm I was still standing there waiting. I now cross the river. The customer service is better in Elmwood. I don't care if she was having a bad day you DO NOT argue with a customer over their order and you DEFINITELY don't talk crap about that customer to your coworker right in front of them. Have some sense and wait until they leave. She made herself look bad. But she made that business look worse. If she worked at my company I would have fired her on the spot. I work in retail/customer service and own a business. ZERO tolerance for this type of childish behavior. I will never be back here

This is my favorite location on the Westbank, a zillion times better than the one on Terry Parkway. The employees are super nice and friendly, and they remember my drinks and ask about my day. The atmosphere is good, perfect for work, study, reading, or light conversation (inside voices and no screaming children... usually). They were recently remodeled, and I'm going to be an old fart and say that I liked it better before. They added a "community table" (that's what I call it), which is long and sits a few people at the one table. As someone who cherishes personal space, I'm never going to sit there. Now that I've finished whining, I do enjoy this location, and I appreciate the pride that the employees have in their store and work. It's mega-obvious, especially when compared to the craphole that is the Terry Parkway location.
