I usually visit IHOP when there's a promotion, and today's special seemed like a good offer. The women's restroom was clean and the staff was friendly. Our server was exceptionally delightful and helpful. He was attentive and quick. Because of my bad experience with the Gretna ihop, I'm grateful that my experiences and services at this location exceeds the other location.

IHOP on Manhattan was about what I expected when I visited for the first time this past weekend. I ordered the Country Fried Steak with eggs over medium, hash browns and pancakes. Of course the pancakes were good. The country fried steak, while tasty, was a bit bland. The eggs were over easy, which while not a huge problem (just not my preference) is something IHOP should nail every time. All in all, I didn't leave hungry. I did leave slightly underwhelmed though.

I come to this Ihop all the time anytime (breakfast, lunch, dinner, middle of the night, etc), and it never has been a disappointment. The employees have never given me a bitter experience. At one of my most recent visits, a waitress went above and beyond to seat us in an area that wasn't as cold as the others! Service may not always be 5 stars, but it is still great for an Ihop restaurant. The food has been great ever since they changed their menus! It is more fresh and it really seems like they have put more of an effort to see from the eyes of the customer. I'm rating this Ihop 4 stars because, after reading other reviews, I feel like this particular Ihop should get the recognition they deserve. Not many Ihops are good, but not many Ihops are as acceptional as this one.

Love the fact that this place is open 24 hours! I am always greeted with a smile and receive good service. The seasonal/new offerings keep me coming back over and over again. The eggnogg pancakes are *A+MAAAZING*!! But if I were to recommend pancakes that are always on the menu I'd recommend a plate *or two* of cinn-a-stacks, tastes like a cinnamon roll with the fluffiness of a pancake haha. The breakfast menu is incomparable however if you plan on getting dinner there aren't too many options. Can't get mad though, it IS a pancake place after all lol. It's an excellent hangout place that my friends and I frequent. Highly recommended !!

Got the strawberry banana Danish crepes.... it's suppose to be filled with sweet cream cheese ..... this thing was filled with a whole brick of straight melted cream cheese... If u like plain cream cheese, this is for u

Yeah. yeah. I know. Most people go here for breakfast. Hey, I was one of those people too. I always got the "quick two egg breakfast" whenever I happened to be here, no matter what time. Getting anything else but pancakes or eggs at a place with "pancakes" in the title just seems...wrong. Well, one day I was there for lunch My boyfriend got his usual french toast, but I wanted something else. I wanted to try actual lunch food. So, I decided to try the pot roast melt, and oh, what the heck, I'll have some onion rings on the side. Oh. My. Gah. It was soooo good. I haven't ordered anything else since I had this. There is no going back for me. I have even turned my boyfriend into a pot roast sandwich fan. They are FANTASTIC!

My Family went to Ihop on 4/11/2014 at 10 pm the place wasn't pack . When my family arrived there were 2 employees at the cashier , none of them say hi or anything . They ignore us waiting there for 9 mins . Than A girl came out and take us to our table . We sat there with the Menu for like 20 mins , our's waitress walk back and forth serve other table but never once come to our's table . Than there's another white family walk in sat down its only took that white waitress 2 mins to come to their table and take order for them. We got very piss so we all got up and walk straight out the door . Bad service and racist . I own a business and I would never treat any customer in any race or color Differently.I know that First come first serve ,but I always trying to great all of my customer as soon as they walk in with a big friendly smile . This place is ridiculous .

After giving up on finding a decent breakfast place on the Westbank, I decided ihop would suffice for a meal the morning after an epic toga party. Coffee, orange juice, and pancakes.. good enough. I don't think i have been to an ihop in about 5 years, so I was somewhat excited to see the number of choices for pancake toppings and whatnot. The cinnamon ones looked delightful, but also covered in an absurd amount of sugar that would probably cause a diabetic coma. I went with the plain ol' buttermilk. Oh, and since when does ihop not bring out the warm thing of regular pancake syrup? It's now located on the table at room temp with the other flavors. Lame. How is the butter supposed to melt? I actually took the lump of butter and moved it in between two pancakes to make it melty and delicious. Still, no warm syrup was disappointing. They also had run out of salsa for my fiance's omelette that was supposed to come with salsa. He substituted tobasco sauce for the heat and eventually also added ketchup. While he said it was good, I really don't think tobasco + ketchup = salsa. Overall, it's an edible, reasonably priced breakfast. The staff is friendly (they must give them unlimited free coffee during the morning shift to keep them peppy). Especially given the lack of other breakfast options on the Westbank, I'm sure I'll be back numerous times.

Considering the other restaurants in the area, this one is one of the better in customer service, timeliness of food delivery, and cleanliness. The sirloin tips plate, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, is the best plate they offer. Absolutely delicious!

My boyfriend says that this IHOP is the best. Actually, after many returns, I am able to tell why they are always so busy, even at midnight. The service here is wonderful. The servers are nice, not too attentive, but it's reasonable. Side jobs are usually the case. No matter what, I make sure I leave with a happy tummy and a to-go of one of my favorite drinks, mango iced tea. Since I am trying to adjust to a healthy diet, I tend to get the same thing every time and it always works for me. I get the Crispy Chicken Salad, but with grilled chicken instead. You can have your choice of dressing, but for me, the salad works without it. It also comes with a toast, but I am not too fond of it. I know this is bad, since I am trying to watch my weight, but I just love how they sprinkle lots of cheese. I just can't say no to cheese! This is my second favorite salad after La Madeline's! Hmm, there was an ant on the table. This guy was intruding on our date, but no worries. We didn't make the situation big of a deal, but I thought it would be nice to pick out every little detail. Overall, IHOP is great, especially when you go in the A.M.'s. I will probably be back on random occasions.
