This Chick-Fil-A is the only freestanding CFA on the Wank, and one of only 2 on the south shore. Why is this important, you ask? Well, only freestanding CFA's do breakfast, which is really the best time to go to CFA, period. The biscuit makes ALL the difference. Like every CFA, the staff is super friendly and the lemonade is delicious. One good thing about this CFA is their HUGE parking lot-the one on Veterans is a nightmare. I'll be honest' y'all: I schedule early morning appointments with my doctor at West Jeff just so I can get breakfast here. It's just that good.

Everyone I know know's that I am OBSESSED with chick fil a. I'm here at least once a week or so. The workers are absolutely sweet and never give you a hard time. Whether you're just getting there 20 minutes before closing(sorry) or bright and early for breakfast. This is the only location in the westbank so my sisters and I are here so often that the workers know us. Its great for kids and honestly I'd choose this chick fil a over everything.

Great experience as usual. This Chick-fil-A along with every other franchise that I have been too they have very high standards, good quality, and every employee in every franchise has always been friendly.The ladies that bring the food to the table and pick them up our wonderfully hospitable, it's almost like you're sitting at their kitchen table and their home.

There's not much I can say about this place. It is after all just a fast food chain, but the quality is actually fresh and I don't feel like I gained 10 ibs after eating it. I enjoy the spicy chicken combo. The fries are always hot and crispy and the members at this location are nice ans friendly. Yup.... that's about all I can say about this place. Go get a spicy chicken sandwich.

I drive by their sign on Manhattan daily, and I finally got a chance to get breakfast there this morning. Of course, their free breakfast ended at 10 am, instead of the advertised daily hour of 10:30, which was not mentioned on their sign. When questioned about it, employees merely pointed me to their Facebook account (which is also not mentioned on their sign). Way to falsely advertise, further alienate your customer base, oh, and waste my time.

The drive thru was full at manhattan location. After ordering, it took exactly 4 minutes for them to get my card, fill the order, and ask if I needed any sauce. I kinda felt brain-dead because I couldn't think of anything to respond with immediate as they were asking it. Basically they are a)fast, b)accurate, c)forward thinking, d)making the franchise wealthy, and d) making Ray Croc spin in his grave for what "liberals" (for lack of a better word) did to McDonalds... I worked fast food and they did in 5 minutes what would take us 40.

Chick Fil A is fast food chicken... nothing really special, but fast and convenient. I love, love, love that they offer grilled chicken nuggets for the kids. Get this with the fruit cup as a side, and you have a relatively healthy kids meal (at least, in comparison to every other fast food chain). That's really where my Chick Fil A love stops, though. I visited this location this past weekend, because they sent coupons in the mail for free food, as part of the grand opening celebration. I got my free sandwich and kids meal, and I probably won't return for a while. Much like when the Metairie location opened a couple of years ago, it's ridiculously busy, even with their dual drive-thru lanes. Expect a good 15-20 min wait in line during peak hours for the next few months.

This is where my grilled chicken nuggets, salad, and diet Dr. Pepper live. Perfect location for after work or after running errands in the Manhattan Blvd merchants corridor. There are no "thank you" here by the staff - just "My pleasure!" which goes a long way. The only reason why I can't give them 5 stars is their menu needs to get healthier.

This is a great place to eat! I love the nuggets n chicken strips. My husband had me try their soup it wasn't bad at all. Their service is GREAT! My food is always hot and taste good! Plus you always get service w a smile!!!!

We got Chick-fil-A the second day it opened. I wasn't really impressed with the chicken - it was a little dry. I will review again when they aren't super swamped, but for now my review will remain unimpressed. I was thrilled that the location means I can get nacho cheese from Taco Bell a few blocks away to go with the fries! Delicious.

FINALLY! I'm sorry, I'm giving this Chick Fil A 5 stars for convenience alone. Metairie has had a mall-less Chick Fil A for years and the Westbank has finally caught up. I love the Chick Fil A chicken salad sandwich, I will definitely be frequenting this location, so that I don't have to worry about parking at the mall and waiting in what seems to be a never ending line.

Hands down the slowest, most badly prepared Chick Fil A that I've ever been to. First visit, there was a live band performing right next to the drive through speaker. Had to order at the window and wait. The cashier Informed me that they had no idea that there was going to be a live band that night. Next visit I sat in the drive through for 19 minutes. Never happens at Chick Fil A. Another visit, I ordered a gallon of sweet tea. When I got to the window, the cashier informed me that they were out of gallon jugs. Sitting in the drive through right now. Have been since before I started this review. I JUST ordered and am just sitting here. Don't waste your time at this location.
