My SO and I came here with a gift card and we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was! We split the lasagna dip, spinach dip, and a burger (can't remember the name of it, but it had a hot sausage patty on it too). The lasagna dip was served with french bread and man, it was like dipping bread into the lasagna sauce pot as a kid (or adult!). The sauce was a delicious marinara-y/lasagna-y in-between sauce from heaven. The spinach dip was no slouch either. Just a basic dip with tortilla chips, but on the higher end of spinach dips I've had. The burger was also quite delicious, and not just because of the hot sausage patty. I de-constructed my half because, well, I felt like it. In doing so, I tasted the burger by itself. And I have to say, they do a damn good job. Seasoned great. Cooked medium (a compromise between my SO and me). Just a very good burger. The burger also came with sweet potato fries, which I know are hard to do correctly. And they did them correctly. Great meal.

Very nice addition to the area. The prices seem a bit high for the atmosphere and service, but I felt the prices were reflective in the amazing taste of the food. If you go for no other reason, go for the food. Everything is delicious! Don't worry about the odd parking situation. The restaurant is much bigger on the inside than it seems, so even if there's crowded parking the wait is still probably minimal. This place is good for just appetizers and drinks, large parites, or a casual dinner date.

Nice little place with a wide variety of food. As info "paneed" means breaded and fried. I had veal parmigiana with pasta. Pretty darn good! Hannah was an extremely nice and attentive server!

I ate here last night with my best friend. As soon as we walked in, we both said "hi" to a male employee that walked in front of us. He just looked and kept walking without saying a word. It was a little rude. I was sad to see they did not have La Cremation Pinot Noir by the glass. We ordered a bottle of the house merlot since it was fairly cheap. The wine section is small. We ordered the spinach dip appetizer, meat balls and French bread appetizer, and the fish of the day entree (which is redfish, my favorite. The spinach dip is amazing. The only complaint is the chips tasted very familiar, as if they came from a bag at a grocery store. I liked the meatball appetizer. The redfish tastes great, but I found 3 scales , a bone, and something chewy string (not sure what it was). I understand if you make fish you'll always sometimes get bones and scales, but I see it differently with restaurants. It's okay if someone you know serves it to you. Therefore, my review is based on service, taste, and menu. Service needs a little more work. The waitress tried to box my food as I was eating. Your employees are your service. Looking at someone and walking away is a 'no no' in the service industry. A simple, "someone will be with you" would be more proper. The food was great, as far as taste. Preparation is also the key. The menu, from what I see, looks good. I saw a few entrees I wish I could have tried.

I ordered the chicken parm tonight and it was excellent! The chicken was cooked to a nice juicy perfection with a light batter. Covered in a spice filled red sauce and just enough parm. The pasta was cooked at just the right firmness. The service was very good as well! Very kind and courteous staff! There hasn't been anything I've ordered and didn't enjoy! Tucked away in a low traffic area at the edge of a quiet neighborhood. Great setting for a date!

My coworkers wanted to come here for lunch and I was skeptical because I couldn't find a legit website for the business. I was able to browse the menu a little bit because of yelp but I like looking at a menu to make wise choices before I see/hear what everyone else is getting. We had about 15 people with is and the waitress was able to split the bill quite easily. An 18% tip was also included which made life easier. I ended up getting the southwest chicken salad with dressing on the side and it was delicious. Everyone's meal looked great and I really wanted to steal a bite of the macaroni and cheese a few of my coworkers got. Next time in plan on ordering the Mac and cheese. Nom nom

The service here is horrible, and this is not after a one time visit. The wait staff are slow, and appear completely uninterested in making the experience wonderful. The reason for the two stars instead of 1, is that the food is always spectacular. Just do not go to this restaurant if you are in any sort of a rush.

Wow! Just ate here tonight with my dad. We had a tip from a contractor friend of ours that suggested we try it. What a wonderful experience. It's not fast paced or chain feeling, quite the contrary! The interior has a lil taste of Italy and the tables have loads of space to allow for family's to sit comfortably. It was nice to see your families there with little children and infants that were welcomed as soon as they came through the door. Plenty of food. Let me say this to start. Dad had the Roy soup, smelled great and he ate every last drop that could be found in the bowl. He then had the veal parm, which also didn't stand a chance! He had a speciality margarita that was splendid with the speciality spirits added to the norm of tequila and lime flavoring. I had the red fish, which was the catch of the day, topped with shrimp. Wow. I love red fish and this went straight to the top of my all time favorites! The side I got was regular Alfredo fettuccine. Great side, creamy and cooked perfect. Yes, I'm going back. Just as soon as I sleep off tonight's meal!

First time here and had the best meal I've had in a long time!! Our waitress Melanie was exceptional. She suggested the grilled chicken florentine which was by far the best piece of grilled chicken I've eaten at a restaurant. My date got the ribeye and was impressed (which takes a lot). Every one of the employees was friendly and professional. We will be back!!

The bar looks great, but the restaurant...meh! Old table and chairs make you feel like you're in a cafeteria. Large room poorly decorated. Waitstaff were friendly, but totally untrained. The night I was there a male staff member went out the front door, pushing in front of customers coming in, without holding the door. Most of the clients were 70 or older. I do have to admit the redfish was some of the best I have ever tasted, but came on a small oval ceramic cafeteria plate with no presentation. Wine list poor with cheap wines. Too expensive for what you get. I won't be going back.

My wife and I love to eat here. Food has always been excellent and service has been top notch. The gumbo is very good either as an appetizer or main entre. It has become a regular stop for lunch and dinner. Prices are very reasonable. Try the popcorn shrimp dinner - you will not go away hungry. We wish them much success and hope they are at this location for many years.

I recently gave a second chance to this restaurant and I am so glad I did! What an improvement since my first visit!! Service was EXCELLENT, and the food was AMAZING!!! Their spinach dip blows away Copeland's in my opinion. I'd prefer the fried bowtie pasta with it though over the chips, but VERY tasty!!!

Love this place! Great service, great food, great atmosphere. They do a wonderful lunch service and have daily lunch specials Monday-Friday. Everything I've ever had here has been great especially the burgers and catfish. Definitely recommend this place for casual and inexpensive dining. I am regular here and will continue to be.

Let me start by saying that I eat here at least 2x a week!! Their wraps are delicious, the burgers are soo juicy, salads are huge and dressing is home made, sandwiches and poor boys are always perfectly fried and made (roast beef is just the best I ever had), the pasta dishes I have not really tried but I found the Alfredo was dry and cheesy.. Hamburger steak and the steaks are good too!! All and all this place has everything you're looking for in a neighborhood restaurant!!

A table of 10 was easily handled by the wait staff and cooks. Try the delicious crab cakes when you order. Friendly staff and the chef greeted us upon food arrival. Great atmosphere and would recommend to anyone looking for a local flavor in Harahan and River Ridge. Stop bye and check it out.
