Everytime I go here they make me pull to the side and wait at least 10 minutes for my food. There is nothing fast about this Popeyes. I would rather drive to the one on hwy 59.

Went there last night & the MANAGER was rude, name was BARBARA, cursing the F-word at her employees! I was embarrassed for the employees because they were getting reamed for doing nothing wrong. The other employees were fine, it was the manager who was unprofessional. She seriously needs to be fired for her behavior. One other thing about this location...sometimes when I order spicy chicken they'll give me mild, which is a total pain because I usually don't know this until after I'm already home serving it to my family. When paying as much as they charge for CHICKEN, they should get the orders right every time.

We treat ourselves to some Popeyes about twice a month. Chicken or any side is consistently good.

Well first time in our Covington Popeyes, not impressed. They close at 15 min to 10, NOT 10. We walked in at 15 min. to 10 and it is obvious we were not welcome. The assistant manager was shaking her head when she saw us coming in, that was nice. She then locked the doors, not sure but isn't that a fire code violation? They complained because they had shut some equipment down for a food item we had ordered and had to restart it. The register man was rude to say the least, couldn't even make eye contact or break a smile. The manager was nice in the end but for me that is just too late. I worked fast food before and you make sure EVERYTHING is still able to be cooked ( unless you ran out ) up to the time of closing! NOT 15 min before. My meal was ordered at 9 49, not 10, no excuse. And the food, well it didn't look like the commercials at all. They did give us extra due to the problems, but I gave most of it to my dogs I am sorry to say. I love good fried food and living in New Orleans I have high expectations but this wasn't even so so food. Sorry Popeyes, we will not be coming back, you need to step up your game to say the least.

This location is a joke, everytime I go here something is wrong, they are rude as can be, get the order wrong, and take FOREVER. I've gotten countless amounts of free chicken due to them taking forever, but ide rather have my order within a reasonable time than parking my car in the tiny space they have for vehicles to sit and wait 20 minutes for an 8pc. their sides lack size also, they charge out the wazoo for them and dont even fill them close to the top. I'de rather drive to mandeville from now on, which is 20 minutes away from my house as this one is 5.

Love it. ..at the Drive up ordering Shrimp Basket. Girl asked me if I wanted to order a Cocktail. Lol would love one. .. just shocked. . Then she told me it was just cocktail sauce!

Love that chicken from Popeye;s is the first thing that comes to my mind. Everything is yummy here, Red Beans and Rice, Coleslaw, Mouth watering buttery biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn on the cob and fried catfish. THis place makes KFC look like a tadpole swimming in the pond and here comes a big black snake lookin for some dinner.
