Outstanding ensemble of food, service, and atmosphere. Menu includes a wide choice of meat and seafood, all cooked superbly. I had an excellent gumbo and a seared, grilled fish. My two friends had scallops, and pork chops. Everything was well-prepared and artfully presented. Service was attentive and knowledgeable, without showiness. It helped that my friend who recommended going here is a regular customer. Pardo's works well with the small strip- mall location. The place was packed with looked like local customers. We brought our own wine, so I can't comment on the wine selection. If you are out in this corner of the Northshore, I recommend dining here.

Have been here many times and plan on many more. Quite possibly the best restaurant on Northshore, always a very interesting and exciting menu, which changes from time to time, but never even slightly disappointed. A can't miss.

Didn't honestly know what to expect, but I'm so happy we decided to dine here! The menu was amazing! We have the filet and ribeye which was cooked to perfection! The portobello mushroom that was on top of my ribeye was just as tender as my steak! The bread and complimentary swordfish bruschetta was great! The mocha chip ice cream was good but too many espresso beans in it made it hard to chew. The wait staff and ambience was excellent!

Spilled beer in my wife's lap and on the ole boobies,brought one napkin and laid it flat on table then charged me full price for the beer!!!!!
