I don't go to Cracker Barrell to purchase worthless trinkets in their shop, I go for a decent meal, which I did not get tonight. My chicken tenderloins were small and burnt, wife's chicken in her salad was minimal, and kids burger was paper thin. I believe they have cut back serving portions to cut costs. Unfortunate.

Poorly run restaurant. How does a restaurant run out of baked potatoes, special of the day and part of another special before 6 pm! Their "special" roast pork ( which is why I went int there in the first place as it's very good) is only served after 4:30 pm and when I got there at 5:30 they no longer had it. Someone needs to get their act together or they are going to lose a lot of business.

Awesome food Family friendly Everyone was very friendly The food took a little longer than expected, but it was worth it. They gave us drinks for the road.

Terrible experience here! Hostess too busy chatting to notice we were waiting to be seated, food came out burnt and waiter was rude. Never had been there before and didn't know you went to the front to pay. My husband tried to pay the waiter and he said "what, you want me to get that for you too?" SMH. Won't return.

We ate here for lunch but ordered off of the breakfast menu. Service was excellent as always and the food was very good (we had eggs, sausage, hash browns, grits, biscuits). Love their homestyle orange juice! Will definitely be back.

This Cracker Barrel is horrible. In fact, nearly all of my experiences at Cracker Barrels nationwide have been horrible. So horrible that you should question my intelligence for having ever come here. This location is relatively new. On one morning I was out searching for breakfast and decided this would be a good place to try. I was wrong I think my problem is that the concept of Cracker Barrel seems appealing. Who doesn't like a big store filled with things you don't need, a long wait for mediocre food and awful service? When I first pulled into the parking lot I noticed that it wasn't full. Assuming this meant there wouldn't be a wait, I headed in. Despite a restaurant that looked half full, I was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. I put my name on the list and did my best to prevent my kids from goading me in to purchasing some obscure toy only sold at CB. Just as I was about to relent and purchase an animatronic parrot, my name was called. We were guided to the table by a server who took our drink order and promptly disappeared. After a wait that seemed like 15 minutes, he returned and deposited our drinks. Once he took our order he was gone again, but this time we didn't see him again until well after our meal was complete and it was time to get the check. Even then he didn't bring the check of his own accord. I actually had to track him down and request it. During all the time waiting around for him, I surveyed the restaurant. It never got more than half full and our server didn't have very many tables. I'm not sure what caused him to be such an awful server, but he likely convinced me to never return. The food items were typical CB. I don't get the hype as every item on our table was bland and unimaginative. I guess some people love that kind of thing, but I am not one of them. In summary, I am not a fan of this restaurants at all. I hope to never return.

Went twice, it was so bad the second time that our entire meal was comped. It took over two hours to get breakfast, I almost missed my flight.I would highly recommend never eating there.

Came here on a road trip from Florida to Texas. I always try to stop at a Cracker Barrel for a nice sit down meal. It was a Monday around 6 and not crowded and was greeted and sat immediately. Sam my server was very attentive and kept my tea full. I ordered a $7.69 special of rainbow trout, baked sweet potato, fried okra and corn bread. Everything arrived as ordered and was hot. No major complaints just a cozy home cooked meal while on a long road trip.

Came in at 8:20 the restaurant was more or less empty. I waited for a hostess to arrive for about fifteen minutes before I turned around to walk out and what do I see? The hostess leaning over the check out counter having a casual conversation with another employee. So I stood and waited to be seated and still didn't get any service. But you know what really pissed me off was both employees sweetly telling me to enjoy my evening as I walked out the door. Apparently the restaurant was empty for a reason. I've never left Cracker Barrel angry. I will never attempt to eat at this location ever again.

I know what to expect from Cracker Barrel. It's IHOP with a store full of junky "Made In China" crap your Grandmother might think is cute. (Ironically they sell chesesy Americana, John Deere, Coca Cola and other redneck stuff but it is all made in China. How patriotic!) I chose to take my daughters there for breakfast anyway. Our server did not know the menu. I asked about omelets and he could not tell me what ingredients I could choose from. "We don't sell many of them." What? Really? A breakfast joint that doesn't sell many omelets?? I was specific and twice stated that the ingredients would be fine as long as there was no meat. About 10 minutes later he returns. The cook added bacon. Do I still want it or should they make a new one? Why did you even ask me? He serves our food and says, "Is there anything else that I can get you?" "Yes, utensils, ketchup and hot sauce." "OK" And then he leaves us with no forks and goes to the next table over to take their order! Jacob obviously needs to be trained. How about asking, "How is everything?" How about checking back in with us? He puts the check on the table AND THEN asks if we want anything else. Duh! Please train your staff! The food was OK at best. The cheese in the omelet tasted like a pasteurized cheese food product. Terrible. The omelet was on a plate with nothing else. Pretend you care with a basic presentation. I am not expecting something great like Mandeville's Broken Egg Restaurant, but try to up your game a bit.

This. place. sucks. The staff is unorganized and dumb. The food is stale, and the wait time after you order is ridiculous.

Good coffee, eggs cooked perfect, great biscuit with white gravy, fried apples, grits, thick bacon and apple butter. Waiter kept coffee cup full and came by 3 times asking if we needed anything.

We LOVE Cracker Barrel as a chain, but this is severely disappointing. I go for the meatloaf and dumplings, they are my favorites but my dumplings were dry and if they had been left out and the meat was hardened as well. The lack of other customers should have been a clue to run. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty we still had to wait to be seated. Not for any exponential amount of time but still, there was no reason to be waiting in an empty restaurant. Really disappointing that we will have to drive to get good Cracker Barrel now.

After driving across country I pulled into this Cracker Barrel for dinner and then read the reviews. I expected it to be horrible, but to my surprise it was fine. The service was quick and what I usually expect from Cracker Barrel. Both our orders were correct and the server was very attentive, friendly, speedy. Nothing horrible at all. I'd come back if I didn't live hundreds of miles away.
