Giovanni's is a small town pizza joint that can usually be found in smaller towns/cities. They have good sandwiches and great pizzas. I believe they have a buffet if you go inside to eat, but I usually get a to go order and take home. I would recommend this to anyone just passing through or locals for that matter. FYI their Extra Large pizza will barely fit in your fridge so beware. LOL

Dreadful is a little too strong but not much. Our hotel recommended this place and had we not been so tired from traveling we'd have left. A lack luster, unimaginative and generally unappetizing, fat and carb filled, salad bar, menu and buffet were "enhanced" by a wait staff that seemed more interested in gossiping with each other than offering any service. Judging by the size of patrons, the attraction of the all you can eat buffet is sufficient to attract local clientele. The quality of the food is certainly NOT the draw. Mushy overcooked pasta, tasteless sauce, not much to the salad bar....

Stopped with family for lunch today and we loved it! Great salad bar; excellent pasta sauces; solid pizza; friendly service; reasonable prices. Great food for the family!

Went there earlier this week for the dinner buffet. It was very busy but the buffet was always well stocked and the food was excellent. Very fresh salad bar and all the pizza and pasta were great. We drive from Mt Sterling routinely for this Giovanni's.

Can't emphasize enough how accommodating and friendly the staff and owner are at this establishment. Everytime we visit they automatically throw a ham and pineapple pie in the oven for my wife. The soup, salad, pasta, and pizza are plentiful, good and a great value, but it's the people that make this stop five stars.

This is a nice little local pizza place with really good pizza. Very clean restaurant, salad bar is top notch, potato soup is wonderful. Also serve sandwiches and calzones. Good value for the money as well. Relaxed atmosphere.

the staff was all very professional and matured adults when I was there. The food was pretty good, and enjoyed the chili, salad bar and some of the pizza and pasta options. I will return to this location, as they appreciate you being there, it was clean, and food was worth the price.
