Whenever I am headed to Richmond or Berea I frequently stop by this Starbucks location. I have always found the service to be very good and the atmosphere to be pleasant. I especially enjoy the distant view of the mountains in Berea from this location. Also, the Wi-Fi is very good here.

This particular starbucks is close to the highway and a prime location for people in Richmond or Berea. I stopped here with my group of 20 people on the way to Frankfurt. The service was relatively fast but not the fastest compared to other Starbucks. The atmosphere is great as usual with a beautiful patio.

I needed a pick-me-up after about 10 hours of driving and dropped in this Starbucks. The staff was friendly and efficient. The restrooms were nice and clean. Nothing to complain about here!

There's no better place to have a hot drink and pastry for breakfast. This time round I had a Cappuccino and slice of pumpkin bread. It was all too delicious and I enjoyed every bit of it. I was here with 21 of my friends and we were all served in under 25mins! I can always count on Starbucks for quick, efficient, and amazing service! Looking forward to my next future visit :)

Stopped at this Starbucks on my way to/from Lexington. Super quick service in the drive thru and my drinks were made correctly. Can't really ask for much more when just passing through. But a super friendly staff gave me a smile on my road trip. You can see the sign from 75, but if you're not familiar with the area, it's a little tricky to find the store. If you're heading north, make a left; if you're heading south take a right. At the first light turn left & then take the first left. It looks like you're turning into the hotel, but I promise it's tucked behind there.

Super friendly staff! I make it a point to stop here on any trip to visit family in Ohio. My Yorkie was standing in the window and they asked if I wanted a puppy latte and had it ready at the window!! One of the best Starbucks I've been to!

Not impressed!!! Driving back from Spring Break, we stopped here at 10:30 pm. The store closed at 11:00 pm. They had already put away the baked goods and were not at all interested in getting anything out, so that our boys could have a snack. There were five other guests and four workers, but only one helping us. The other three were busy cleaning. We ordered four drinks and three were wrong. I have never been to a less friendly Starbucks.

I was getting a bit worried while driving through Kentucky that I hadn't seen a sign for Starbucks and bam--there you go. I immediately exited and found it right behind the Steak N Shake. Friendly staff, like freakishly friendly and quick service. They have a drive thru as well which is always nice but unfortunately my butt was asleep from a long drive so I wanted to shake it off. I will be stopping here on my way back through KY!

Stopped by here a few days in a row while in town. Each time, I ordered a venti latte. Each time, the order met my expectations. While waiting on my drink, I noticed some pictures showcasing some of the employees and how they help out in the community. That was nice to see. The only thing that bothered me was the huge curb that you hit when you turn off the street and into the parking lot. No low riding or older vehicles better come up in here if you don't want a jolt to your spine or sparks to fly from underneath your vehicle. Will definitely be back.

Excellent! The best Starbucks that I have been to in some time. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and overall atmosphere. Great selection of Starbucks coffee/gear...and the employees were genuinely the nicest I have ever come across at a Starbucks. My only complaint is the men's restroom was a bit dirty...but that happens sometimes.
