Awful service. The servers serve themselves before anyone else. We had a particular experience where our server was "scared of getting in trouble" when we asked for a substitution on the Appetizer Sampler... A $14 plate! We decided to cancel the entire order. Are you kidding me?!

Favorite Sushi restaurant around! I've loved everything that I've had here!!! My favorite rolls are the Philadelphia roll and the Spicy Crab

Having lots of family and friends in Paducah, I had heard a lot of people talking about Jasmine. I went in with high hopes and left disappointed. It's not that the food or the service was "bad". It's that everything about the place felt lazy. I ordered spring rolls, a crunchy shrimp roll and the basil fried rice with shrimp. All very standard and easy meals. I was expecting these standard Amero-Asian dishes to have a unique flare or possibly some spicy flavor that left me craving more. I didn't get any of that. From the laminated spiral-bound menus to the food with no flavor, I might as well have been at Shoney's. I also noticed that when I got my phone out to read other reviews on Yelp, the waitress became distant. Perhaps she saw me with Yelp and knew the future review and no longer wanted to be an ambassador to the establishment. Jasmine, you could be great. You have a great location and a good audience. Find your voice, your flavor and stop being lazy.

Great atmosphere. Bar area is very nice for casual meal. Shrimp Tam Yum was great! Red Curry was fantastic. I will be back next time I visit Paducah.

So wonderful inside and great service! The katsu don was great but my mom's yakisobo noodles were just so-so. The samurai roll was delicious and beautiful. Next time I'm in Paducah I'm definitely coming here!

The food is decent and the menu is fairly vast. Interesting that they play trance music most of the time, which I find interesting and don't mind. Middle-of-the-round Thai food. Heard their sushi is the same. Worth a try.

Nice Thai place in Paducah ...had the chicken tom yum soup, and chicken and pork spicy basil stir fry ....liked that you could combine chicken and pork in the stir fry ...most places I've been to wont let you do that.

Been there A LOT, have had mediocre service but I can't recall having terrible service. With any restaurant I would suspect you'll get bad service from now and then just from the fact that you can't always hire the BEST person. The food here is ALWAYS great, and they are pretty consistent. Definitely the best Thai place i've ever been to.

Crappy service waitress spent more time talking than getting check and proper service Green tea is brown, waitress said that's the way it comes- in her defense it says china green tea with a green label but it looks like Lipton. Chicken teryaki was like shoe leather did I say I ordered steak teryaki to begin with Chirashi wasn't good didn't seem fresh The raspberry flavored sake was wonderful though it came in a shot glass I went to murray jasmine and there is no comparison. Paducah should be better,it's not except the rasberry sake shot

When did restaurants start closing from 2-4 and 3-5?...second one in two months!...I walk in...the hostess meets me at the hostess stand...I ask..."sit anywhere?"..."OH...sorry sir we're closed"...we close between 3 and 5...we'll reopen at five...it was 3:05...you won't see me....you could at least lock the door!

  • Bill D.

Judge them for food and service! Food consistently tasty and fresh especially the sushi! Yes there are differences between the Murray location but that's OK. And the management is listening to the customer because coming July 1 they will no longer close from 3-5pm. Also they are expanding their menu perhaps to include the items from both stores? Every restaurant has a bad day once in a while my wife and I went to the Murray location one evening and after being seated waited 10-15 minutes before I flagged down a server to let them know we had not been asked about our drinks! But after that we were well taken care of just an oversight!

Mediocre food and indifferent service were the memorable features of our first trip to this restaurant. But my wife and I decided on a second visit to see if the first was an aberration. . On 26 December the hostess was ABSENT for ten minutes. We were then told it would be 15 minutes for an available table. Luckily, we struck up a conversation with another couple waiting to dine. They had also been told it would be fifteen minutes. But they had been waiting for twenty-five minutes and no table was yet in sight . We left-- and we will never return.

Excellent Japanese food. Sushi and sashimi always top notch. Spicy rolls red dragon & Boston roll are favorites.

Food is delicious, however, I think my waiter is going to Thailand between stops at my table...service is seriously that slow. Other than that, really good and unexpected in Paducah.

I miss this place! I was in Paducah for work for 6 months and, knowing I love sushi, one of my coworkers recommended we visit Jasmine's for dinner one night. It's fair to say that I was fairly hesitant to try sushi in Paducah (no offense to anyone who lives there, but you're not exactly close to salt water). I ended up loving this place! Their Katsu roll is outstanding and, while I went in every time saying I was going to try something new, I always ended up asking for that when the server came by. They have great happy hour specials on wine and margaritas. They also have an amazing ginger dressing that I often purchased by the pint to use on salads. Their shrimp and avocado salad it also really good and it's a big portion. My coworkers loved their chicken teriyaki and liked that the sauce was served on the side so they could use as much or as little as they liked. I've also tried the unagi roll, volcano roll (yum!) and the pad thai. I high recommend this place for anyone wanting amazing thai food.

Food is great some of the best I have had that being said it got a 1 bc service is always horrendous. Walking in and having people stare at u for several minutes but never offering to sit u, waitresses never coming back after taking drink order, forgetting things in to go orders, & waitress playing with their hair and nose rings. I have found if u call ahead with order to go it's way easier most times.

I went here with my mom and sisters family. Did not know what to expect, recommended by a friend. It was great! Everyone ordered something different and we shared. Calamari was perfect and the dipping sauce was out of this world. Between us we had the MSU roll, Kentucky roll, sesame chicken, orange chicken, and Thai chicken fried rice. It was fabulous, and would highly recommend all of them. Unless you are extremely hungry only order one item per person. Will go again the next time I am in Paducah.

I had the same problem Jeff had. A friend and I decided to stop in for lunch one day at about 5 minutes or so until 3. We walked in and just stood there for a few minutes until the hostess finally looked up and just looked at us funny. When we asked for a table she just said that they were closed and went back to her business. She was a rude about it as well. There was a handful of people dining and the doors were unlocked. When my friend asked why the doors were still unlocked if they were closed the hostess just looked up and shrugged her shoulders and looked at us hateful. We left immediately and haven't returned. The food was great but the service is lacking.
