We went here for a steak. Big.mistake. Our server could not hear so we had to yell for her to hear us because when she would repeat back to us it would take three times to get it right. I ordered a porterhouse steak rare and got it almost medium well. We will not be returning.

Menus were sticky. That's a huge thing for me. We had a large group & the hostess didn't offer any assistance in making sure my Grandparents could find the table. The menu was full of options, but nothing was standout, besides the banana pudding dessert. I had a salad & it was good, but nothing worth coming back for. We had a server plus the woman he was training & the refill situation was rough.

This place is not too great. The service was generally slow and the food was not as good as say, Outback or Texas Roadhouse. I ordered mac and cheese as a side and it wasn't good. Not impressed with the quality of steak in general, though it was cooked well.

Only go during happy hour. They overcharge on alcohol. The only food I like there is the prime rib and ribeye. Burgers are ok but not worth $8.99 and up. Fries are ok. Sweet potato fries are way too sweet. Their "in store" drinks are overpriced ways of selling bottom self liquor at higher prices. Adam, a bartender has excellent customer service skills.

We went back Wednesday afternoon at 2:20 pm. Sign on door said 2 entrees for $14.99. Waitress told us not until three on Monday - Wednesday We were contemplating what to do: as we looking at each other I was about to grab some peanuts until my wife pointed out the container. We walked out; as we were out we saw same sign said "all day" M-W. They don't even train their staffi

This place is the worst. I came about 2 months ago and my take out order was grossly undercooked, this time I show up and they never put the order in and seriously wanted me to wait. #WTW

This is another chain I wish we had up north! Although noisy and crowded, it felt warm and comfortable. Our server was attentive and very sweet. My husband and I each had a cup of loaded potato soup which was divine! It was loaded and delicious! We then split an anything and everything salad which was equally delicious. Please build one in Skokie, IL !!!!!!

I cant beleive anyone gave this place more than one star . if you did your desperate for a real dinning establisnment. This place use to be good back around 2000. but with each passing year it gets worse and worse. i haev eaten here for years. but i have pretty much stopped now. the food is not as good as it use to be. to be honest you would get better service if it did become wait on your self, becuase i guess they dont hire servers with experince and dont give the people they hire training. the hostest male and female suck they are all to busy talking about thier weekend plans and each other. if you say you are expecting another person . they tell the person they are free to look arond for thier party. I cant beleive managment lets these people by with not working and performing thier job. so if you want a job where you just loaf and customers dont matter come to logans. If you want food you can eat and actual service then go elsewhere. another yelper said go across the parking lot to mcdonalds you will get better service and food , sadly he was not joking. its true!

Went for dinner with my daughter. We got the 2 for $13.99 dinner which was more than enough for us. I got the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken w/health-but broccoli & a house salad - very good. She got the Popcorn Shrimp w/fries & sweet potato fries. Everything was very good. Service was good & we got everything quickly. It was also happy hour so margaritas were 2 for 1.

No stars. Horrible service and even more horrible food. No ones food came out at the same time, one never did. Some was cold, server was never there, unfilled drinks...the list goes on. Go across the parking lot to McDonald's. The food will be better and hotter!

I enjoy going to Logan's once in a while. This was our first time at this location. Their special 2 for $13.99 dinners are a good choice. I got the chicken which was very good. My wife got the shrimp which was also very good. The service was exceptional. The only thing I don't like are the peanut shells littering the floor. It gives us a feeling that things are not clean and sanitary due to the dust that spreads. We would go more often if they did away with the crunchy shells on the floor.

Never have had a bad experience at any Logan's Roadhouse. The servers are nice and friendly... well i take that back. We would of had a bad waitress today if their hadn't been a shift change. We ended up with another waitress named Tiffany and she was awesome! The food here is always good and you will always leave feeling full and satisfied!

Like many of the chain roadhouses like Outback and Texas and so on and so forth... Logan's is yet another part of the string of many. After a good experience at Texas Roadhouse, I was thinking Logan's would be the same. I was disappointed. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the beer nuts littering the floor, the faux gritty feel of it all. It really is a fun place to sit and enjoy a game or a drink with a friend. No complaints there. Ryan, our server, was very enthusiastic and exhibited his flair (Office Space reference). He really made me feel like he was behind the Logan's brand. I can not at all complain about Ryan. He did an amazing job as our server. The food however is a different story. My wife and I started with a Caesar Salad. There was something odd about the dressing. I can not quite put my finger on it, but it almost tasted as if it was a bland ranch with a whole lot of black pepper dropped into it. And then they covered it with a whole lot of Parmesan, but it was that fresh shredded kind, it was that hard, stringy kind that has been sitting in the refrigerator for a little too long. The lettuce tasted a little pickled, but that could have been the overload of dressing. Our stomachs did not agree with it later on. For my main course I had the 6 oz steak with popcorn shrimp and the sweet potato fries. Again I found myself in the same conundrum. Too much pepper on everything. Why not let the steak's natural flavor speak for itself? While it was cooked to perfection, I could not find the natural flavor. You can't really mess up popcorn shrimp and the sweet potato fries, like the steak, was over peppered. My wife had the chicken tenders since she can not eat red meat. Slightly better, but nothing to rave about. She had mash potatoes on the side and no complaints there from what I could tell. The complimentary bread was bland and a little too doughy. The butter was plain and it would have been nice to have a few herbs thrown in there to make it interesting. Well Logan's, I tried and I will have to pass. While I know this is a corporate roadhouse, Texas Roadhouse about 2 miles away is leaps and bounds above. Perhaps raise your prices 1 dollar all around and get better cuts of meat so they do not need to be over-doused in pepper. There are other spices you know.

Went on a date with my hubby and this is the place he took me for lunch. Great fun atmosphere...reminded me of a place in Catalina Island, well because of the peanuts and how you can throw the shells on the floor....love the feeling of the shells between the floor and my shoe...crunch crunch crunch. Service was great, she made sure our food was as it was ordered, refilled our bread and drinks, and suggested what was good. I had the sirloin steak & lobster and it came with two sides, I had grilled veggies and rice pilaf...hubby had sirloin steak & jumbo shrimps with two sides as well...he had loaded mash potatoes and sauteed mushrooms. He also ordered beer and guess what HAPPY HOUR..gotta love it and the BEER MUG was HUGE. Great price great food. I loved the bread too. sweet and warm yum. Will go again.
