I've come to this Dunkin Donuts several times since I don't live to far from it. I've been hesitant to leave a bad review each time because I've always hoped that visit was a fluke. Every visit when I used the drive thru, ended with a mistake. Forgotten food, wrong food, wrong drinks, poorly prepared food..... you name it. Today specifically they prepared my bagel incorrectly (caught it today before I got home for a change) and forgot to give me the donuts I ordered. Also got a sweet tea when I ordered an unsweet. The service inside is just as bad. Bathrooms are often dirty. If your in a hurry and are ok with crappy food and service then this is your place to go.

National Donut Day...what a perfect chance to review Dunkin' Donuts! So I've been to this location a few times, almost always using the drive-thru and getting something like a breakfast wrap and iced coffee. I've never experienced the issues other reviewers have mentioned (wrong orders, poor service, etc). Today, I went inside to order my iced coffee and a dozen donuts. It was just fine, but kind of weird. For one, the floor was sticky EVERYWHERE. Like, McDonald's-floor-sticky (you know what I'm talking about). The cashier was fine, but some of the employees were yelling back and forth to each other, and then the man behind me started to order and the cashier asked someone else to take over in the middle of him ordering. Just kind of weird. Anyway, I'll keep coming back, but probably wouldn't stop if I'm in a hurry.

I got to be a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts while living up near its home state of Massachusetts. Their regular lattes had the perfect flavor, allowing me to enjoy it without the addition of a flavor like I need at some places (whose regular lattes have a burned flavor -- no names!) In any case, now that I'm back in the 'ville, I had a huge craving for a Dunkin' latte. This location on Bardstown Rd turned out to be just what I needed to get my fix. I went through the drive-thru, which was fast and easy, and left with a steaming cup of Joe that warmed me through and through. Nothing like a latte as a creature comfort on any day of the year!

I bring my son here every so often and we always get a dozen donuts to go. The service has always been friendly and our order is always correct. I'm sure they see lots of kids on Saturday mornings, but the girls working the counter always take the time to talk to my 4 year old and ask him what he wants. Sometimes the store can be a little messy, but what do you expect when they serve donuts to kids who are running around the store. Every time I go in there is always an employee in the dining area cleaning or one checking the condiment stand. When we first started coming we used the drive thru to get a dozen assorted donuts. I then realized it's much easier to go in where the employee is standing in front of the donuts and can quickly garb them instead of making the drive-thru worker run back and forth. We now always go inside and order when we get a dozen. If I know it's going to be easier for the employee and make the transaction faster for me I have no problem. When we went this morning I couldn't find the tip jar to leave a tip when we were finished with our order. There had been one there before. I was informed a customer complained that since they aren't servers they shouldn't be tipped, so the jar was taken away. I left our tip on the counter and thanked them. These people work hard running around making food and coffee for the guests. To me that is someone that deserves to be tipped for their service. If you don't want to tip, or feel the service doesn't deserve one that's fine. But to the rest of us who want to leave one having a jar on the counter is very helpful, and reminds some guests that this is a place where you should tip. Most of these workers probably have families and definitely have bills to pay. I work in a cafe where we are paid minimum wage, but really rely on the tips to take care of my family. I imagine Dunkin Donuts isn't paying big bucks and that it was a blow to some employees to have their tip jar taken. That's the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Got the "tuna croissant " for bfast this morning and they put it on a BAGEL and the tuna was so gross and old it made me ill. Never going there again and I live just across the street!

For those of us from areas of the country that enjoy the taste of Dunkin this place is a little slice of heaven. Sure, it may be hard to explain to some of the uninitiated about the wonders of Dunkin.... but those that have never known, may never understand. If you've never been to a Dunkin Donuts let me explain.... no overpriced coffe and good donuts. Unfortunately, Dunkin Donuts stopped making donuts at their local stores a few years back. There a very few DDs left that can say, "time to make the donuts".Now a days the items are shipped daily from a nearby distribution center. That can explain why they run out of donuts from time to time. This place is relatively new and I would guess it may be difficult in estimating the daily demand. With that being said, for those DD lovers.... be patient. The past few times I have visited this location the staff were very up front amd said they were not familiar with any DD lingo. I recommend being patient with the staff and maybe explaining a large "Boston". They also don't know how DD lingo changes from region to region. This is a good DD and i come here often. Be patient and please understand. ... you don't go to DD to order a venti!

I was ecstatic to see a Dunkin Donuts moving into the Highlands...especially being a stones throw away from my apartment, but sadly all of my visits to date have just been "okay" at most. My issues lie in the fact that they always overfill my iced coffee, causing it to inevitably spill all over me as I try to take the lid off and stir up the sugar they just left sitting in the bottom and also that I have yet to have a single visit where they weren't out of at least one thing I ordered (donuts, bagels, sausage bites, muffin...ect). I mean, come on, you're a donut shop--how do you constantly run out of donuts?! Also, despite what their advertising says, they are not open 24 hours; a real bummer when you've spent all night studying and walk there just for a hot cup of coffee and a donut at 3 AM. Get it together, Dunkin. Seriously.

I just received good news about a job opportunity and decided to sit down in this Dunkin' Donuts. I was here for three minutes and the manager came up and said that I must either buy something or leave. I decided to leave and write this review about how unfriendly this place is. Avoid this dump and its lame manager.
