This place is good. The ribs I had here were excellent they were fall off the bone good. The onion app is alright not a outback bloomin onion but it was ok. Our service at the bar was great. My wife's chicken sando was also delicious

I'm actually a fan of Texas Roadhouse. Franchise ... who the F cares? I used to travel a lot and when I just wanted a sure good steak and stiff drink I could find one in almost any city. Another great thing about these places is if they don't grill the steak to your request then all you have to do is ask for a re-do. Ask nicely though so they'll go easy on the special sauce.

Great steaks. We have a Logans Roadhouse here in Richmond but the steaks don't hold a candle to the Texas Roadhouse. It is my birthday restaurant, that is were I go for my "special" day every year.

    T. Roadhouse is still to this day my absolute favorite steakhouse in the world. I absolutely love the atmosphere, and how can you beat a pretty good $16 NY strip steak with the best mashed potatoes and sides ever? You can't. And the rolls with the honey/cinnamon butter at the beginning...omg yum. I make them bring me more and more, which they happily do! Thankfully this place is a chain...So now that I live in CA I can go to one that is semi near my house. Yum yum yum.

This is by far my favorite chain restaurant. I love the hot fresh bread, the steak has never been a bad cut or prepared incorrectly. Other chains need to take notes from this one. Yes, it's informal and there are peanut shells on the floor, but that's all part of the sctick and I think that's part of what makes it fun. The salad is pretty darn good for a high calorie salad, but you shouldn't come here if you on a diet anyway.

The food and service are great here, but for the love of all that is holy, it is just too damn busy for its own good. On the weekends, you'll be lucky if you don't have to park in the Kroger parking lot and if you don't wait at least an hour for a table. I guess it speaks for how good the place is, but I just can't deal with the crowds, especially on the weekends.

Food poisoning from the pork chops which have always been awesome btw. I had to go to the ER twice over it and 10k in bills. Management didn't seem to want to acknowledge there was an issue with their food and neither did corporate. Huge paperwork nightmare to try and get help with bills. Lucky I had good insurance at the time. Will not return!

Texas Roadhouse is literally one of my favorite go-to places when I'm starving because I know I'll get a lot of food and amazing rolls. My friend and I ate here and she ordered the veggie plate. The Mac and cheese looks like the Mac and cheese you put in the microwave lol. Texture and all. My friend said it still tasted good, but it was weird. I ordered the Chicken Critter dinner which comes with like 8 pieces of chicken tenders and two sides. I chose potato soup and corn. I was expecting the potato soup to come out before my actual meal, but it came out with my meal. So it was kinda weird eating soup and chicken at the same time. Normally restaurant are supposed to put the soup or salad before the meal. Our servers name was Heather and she gave me a super weird vibe from the very beginning. She was nice but she didn't really come to check back on us, only a few times, and when she did she was very awkward, which made me uncomfortable. After we were done eating she gave us our checks, of course we still tipped her, and she literally disappeared. She didn't ask if we wanted togo drinks, bread to take home, anything. We had to wait about 10 minutes to find her. It was super annoying. Overall, food was great but service was crappy. And on top of that, our seats were destroyed! I had ok leggings so as soon as I sat down, the seat scratched my leg so bad that I had to put one of their cloth napkins over. I didn't want to make it a big deal and be "that" customer, and I didn't want to have my friend switch me. As a company making so much money everyday, they should invest money in keeping their customers comfortable with booths that aren't ripped apart. Picture included.

Good food and wonderful portions...Great workers..Ordered a tbone it was well seasoned, tender, and delicious...I very seldom take the chance of someone messing up what I specialize in, but I was a happy camper.

I have to only give them a 3 star. It had been a while since we had been here so we thought we would visit again. The service was good and no complaints there. Our waiter kept our drinks filled and made sure we had what we needed. The food just didn't seem to be the same quality as before. I chose the prime rib and it was pretty good but a little dry. The au juis' had been rationed. Very little for dippin!! I asked for more but he said they were out. My wife and I both opted for steak fries and they are good fries but very salty. My wife likes a simple sirloin and she said it was just okay. The music was a little loud (may be the old age gettin to us???) but was difficult to hear across the table. All in all it was okay.

The fried pickles are garbage but the steaks are always cooked properly and well seasoned. Would've gave 4 stars but the baked potatoes tasted like they'd been laying around far too long (we were there early, around 4pm)

Always great service at the Roadhouse! When something isn't exactly perfect or they are really busy and you have to wait a few minutes for something they always try to make it right!!!!

If you want bang for your buck, this is a good place to go. We started off with the grilled shrimp appetizer and it was good, though heavily seasoned. For my main dish, I had the beef tips. That and the mashed potatoes were both smothered in gravy to the point of overkill, but it was still pretty good--especially for $9.99. The brownie dessert was everything you would expect. The service is friendly and they do dances to certain songs. Cheesy but it still gave me a laugh.

Fast friendly service. Great food. One of the few places in town you can throw your nuts on the floor and no one cares. LOL! They have a wide selection of food options from chicken to salad or burgers to steaks steaks. They also have a full bar and cheap beer. Gotta love it. Best steak joint in Lexington. If you do stop in, try the cheese fries they are to die for.

Well, 5 of us dined, 4 had steaks, 3 were prepared correctly. The 4th though. . . Wow. The Dallas Filet was ordered Medium. When it arrived, it was a shade past still mooing. The steak was sent back & they actually attempted to re-cook the same piece of meat & charred it to a well done. The manager was not helpful & stated that this was how they always handle it which I know from past experience is not the case,

Usually good place for a steak and bake potato, this time was a different story. Ordered steak all around in the group and 5 min after the waiter left he came back and said that they were out of baked potato but it would be 20 Min. For one. Really a rest. Known for being busy on the weekends and somehow you run out of baked potatoes on sat. Night. Finally got the steak and overcooked!!

Stopped here on our way back home from a trip to the Smokey Mountains because my wife wanted a steak and our dining experiences had been pretty bad. We knew Texas Roadhouse wouldnt disappoint. It didn't. Service was excellent and the food was too. My pork chops were probably the best ones I've ever had. My wife said "How do they make a pork chop taste like a steak?" House salad and rolls are worth a trip themselves. I usually try to give my business to the local guy and avoid the chains but I have yet to find anyplace that can beat Texas Roadhouse (at any location) for flavor, service, and value.

I normally do not enjoy chain restaurants. Especially a chain steakhouse. And another thing... I can't stand Country Music... FOOOOOR REEEEEAAAAAAL!! However... I will sit through an entire catalog of country hits from 1975-2012 with boots and a ten gallon hat on to get a medium rare bone-in ribeye from this place! My wife and I always get cheese fries or fried pickles (which are a bit salty, but then again this isn't a place fir the low sodium cholesterol watchers) and I will most always get something 16oz and above. We never leave dissatisfied. Especially since our two year old isn't out of place throwing her peanuts around.

The star in this review only reflect the staff. And not even all the staff but the last couple I've dealt with. I took my wife here a few nights ago as kinda a celebratory dinner for us because it was the first time since we've been married we had no kids for a whole weekend!!!!!!!!! Lol. But anyways, after getting in and finally getting to sit down we sat and waited for close to 20 min for our "bread and waters" to get to the table and if it wasn't for me asking a waiter that turned out not being ours we would have waited longer. When our waiter finally got to us she acted like we shouldn't have asked someone else to get us bread... I nicely said we are hungry and just wanted something till we got our food. So we place our orders and finally get drinks ( this is at least 30 min after being sat down). I ordered the filet and my wife ordered ribs. After waiting another 30 min I get my steak and cut into it and I swear it moo'ed at me!!! It wasn't pink or slightly red inside it was that really dark red that meat turns when it's warmed up. I asked the waitress if it could be cooked a little more and once again it was like I was bothering her. 15 min later I get my steak back and it is cooked perfectly but it was completely COLD... I had gave up at this point. I asked for a box and just brought it home and the wife cooked it for me. The wives ribs where amazing. She had a great meal while I sat and starved... I wanted to talk to the manager but after waiting 10 min for them to come to the table we just paid and left. I still left the girl a really good tip buy I will say that if I didn't love the food I would never come back. I mean that with everything in me and we usually eat here at least 1 or 2 times a week ( mostly carry-out). But I think from now on we will stick with the carry-out.

Our waitress was too busy complaining about how slow it was to take care of us. Salads came about 45 seconds before entrée and my NY strip was literally more fat than meat. My buddy's steak was undercooked (for him) but she never came back to check until we had to leave. The worst $20+ lunch I've had in a while.

Visited this location for the first time while in town for a race and I was very impressed. The wait staff was excellent. They very friendly, personable, and attentive. All the food we had was served hot and fresh. I feel like a good a little more food than I have at other Texas Roadhouse as well. I could not really find anything to complain about. I would recommend it while in town!

I love their cheese fries...I just wish they were fat free. I always receive excellent service too. It's one of the few places in Lexington that you can call ahead and reserve seating...or if you show up and there is a wait then they will text you when your table is ready...so you don't have to hold onto a germy paging device :) The menu and atmosphere are similar to Logan's Roadhouse but much better.

The service was excellent, the steaks were delicious and everything for a fair price. I highly recommend to call the restaurant 30 min. in advance. Happy hour offers 1/2 price apps. & great drink specials. Great kid's menu too. They offer steak, chicken and BBQ. One of the better steakhouses in Lexington.

Before going here with some friends, I remember my dad telling me with enthusiasm that "it's an awesome place--you throw your peanut shells on the floor!". My initial reaction was "they have peanuts?". They have peanuts. You throw your shells on the floor. They sell steaks. I wish I would have tried one, because then I would have known whether or not to throw it on the floor as well. My friends seemed to enjoy it. The guy in the party next to us smothered his with steak sauce. I had the chili. It was so-so. I've made better chili at home. I had one small piece of bone, and while most of the meat was okay, there were couple fatty pieces. I paid about $6 for the chili and a drink. Not too bad, considering I wasn't that hungry. Don't expect classiness. Expect a bunch of guys drinking beer, watching football or bragging about their trucks.

I was given a gift card to Texas Roadhouse. When entering it felt like every other casual steak house I've ever been to. We were seated for lunch, but apparently on Saturday's they do not have a lunch menu. Yep, that's right folks, full price menu for lunch. The waitress came over and I asked if they had any specials, she giggled and said no, it's the weekend. WTF? Really? Okay. So I asked what was the soup of the day. Potato.... I had to ask more questions to decipher that it was in fact a cheddar potato soup with bacon. I clearly said, this is our first time here. She said, "if you need more time, I will be back." and walked off. She had two other tables in her area with people... two... we made three... off she goes... I look at my husband and shrugged my shoulders. We looked high and low for something for lunch, we decided on several different appetizers since we did not want a huge meal. Before we could finish selecting he comes our waitress. She said, "You said this was your first time here, right?" We both said yes! In hopes of her recommending something. Our waitress giggled and said, "I thought you said that." and walked away from our table again.... We ordered our appetizers and I was not impressed. The fries (how do you under cook something you drop into a massive amount of grease?) were not completely done. The knock of Awesome Blossom was bland. The rib basket was so so ... again fries under cooked. We paid and left. We will not return.

Service was good, food was great. Requested my steak medium and for a change, it was cooked perfectly! Seasoned good and you could almost cut it with a fork. Only complaint is the waitress talked too fast and it was very hard to understand anything she said. Otherwise, all was good and we will be back!
