The food is reasonably good for a fast food chain, but the prices are way too high and they run out of their more unique menu items way too often. Basically, it provides a good alternative to Starbucks for coffee and bagels. This particular store isn't well run and often runs out of menu items, even early in the morning.

I've been to this panera multiple times and the experience has been average. Last night was not one of those times. Typically if my tomatoes were green and tasted sour I wouldn't care but when upon asking for new tomatoes in a pleasant manner (because I really don't mind) I am greeted with a snark and scowl. The new tomatoes were taken by hand without the use of gloves and placed on a napkin, and apparently green tomatoes was all panera had.

I go to this location often because it is close to my work. Almost every single time I go through the drive through my order is wrong! However, I do like the new menu items that have been added and the ease to make things more vegetarian friendly without just eating a plain salad.

I used to think Panera was really tasty, then I started living near one. After having eaten it more times than I can remember because the other nearby alternatives were Arby's and McDonald's, Panera isn't as great. It's just okay. I swear the food tastes better when you eat it in the restaurant, too, maybe because they mix the dressing into the salads for you, so it gets spread more evenly. It's a pain to get salads to go because of space, too, since they serve them in the restaurant on really large plates where you have room to toss things around. The take-home box of salad is compact, and even shaking it with the dressing inside doesn't mix it well. Their tea is pretty good for fast food tea, and I do like their bread and cookies. The only real problem I've had is one time we ordered a fruit smoothie in the drive-thru, and it came with bits of chopped up plastic in it. I think something must have fallen in the mixer and gotten cut up while mixing it. The pieces were small enough we couldn't just pick them out and drink around it, so the whole ~$4 smoothie had to be tossed. I plan to say something to them next time I go there, and I figure they'll give me a free one to make up for it. I'll try to update my review if something goes awry. So this Panera is a good choice if you're in the area and you want fast food-ish quality. It's better than the nearby McDonald's and Arby's, but not so great as, say, Sahara down in Beaumont. Also, my boyfriend and I discovered that two people eating at Ramsey's is cheaper than two people eating at Panera, and the food at Ramsey's is much tastier. So Panera isn't a frugal choice, but it's faster than Ramsey's.

They were horrible to me, when i said i did not want a cuban sandwich on honey wheat bread because they were all out of ALL other bread the girl shut the window in my face. The other girl finally opened it back so i could get my kids mac cheese and soup. Then they forgot my kids drink! I will never go back there!

I love to go to Panera and enjoy their many unique and delicious sandwiches. They are always adding new ones to keep it interesting. The soup selection is great. They have outstanding coffee, and very good bagels and bakery items.

This place is hit or miss. Some days the food comes out fast and others slow. They tend to have a large turnover on staff, too, as I often see new employees. I love their lunch and dinner sandwich selections as they have great bread! Made fresh each day!

All Paneras are a mix between a bakery and a coffee shop, if you ask me. I've been to this place a few times for random business meetings. Usually, it was someone else who chose this place as the destination. There really isn't anywhere in the area to meet up that has free wifi too. Every time that I've been there it is seems too crowded and not private enough for a comfortable meeting and I often look over and find someone listening. Maybe my conversations are just too interesting to ignore. I've noticed there's a lot of students or young teenagers who appear to be studying. They have delivery/catering too. I've been less fortunate to experience that several times. Other people in my group seem to enjoy it, but I'm not too fond. Yesterday I had a potato soup that was hot and was the best food option that I've experienced from Panera. Usually the soup is mediocre and just barely warm. The salad that I've had is a bit odd. Usually I'm given the fugi apple/grilled chicken salad and it's not my cup of tea. Even the dressing is a bit on the sweet side. The delivery guy always on time. All in all, it's a cozy place that serves food, tea and coffee and just so happens to deliver. I'll give it a three and a half star rating.

I think Panera is overpriced. They have a pretty good variety of menu items including sandwiches, soups, salads, pastries, flatbreads, etc. Nothing I've ever had has stood out more than any other place. It's just a lunch place.

We ordered our food but our card wasn't working because of machinery -- my friend and I got our whole meal for free! And not to mention: it was absolutely delicious.

The food is Panera bread so I have not too much to say about it because it is the same for all the stores. The reason why I gave it four stars is because they have been extremely slow drive-thru. We frequent the store quite often as it is on our way to and from our home and I always noticed that it takes a little bit longer to get through the drive-thru. They have a lot of outdoor seating which is nice because the inside is very small compared to other stores and it is often busy and kind of squishy.

Well kinda disappointed, all the floors were dirty and at 10 am??? What's up with that? However staff was very nice and courteous and the food tasted okay. I got the bacon spinach souffle it was microwaved but it was cheesy and had bacon so you can't go wrong there! No signage available to tell you where the line is to order so that allowed a man to cut in front of us...oh wait I am sure he had to be more important than lil ol me! This could be a really great place guys , just get it clean and put up some signs . The breads looked Awesome but not 5 ft above all the dirt ........not appealing.
