Chicken served here and I don't mean the Colonel's way. Chicken sandwiches and nuggets are their specialty. They also have a breakfast menu. And waffle fries, great waffle fries here. Great place for families and kids. They have an indoor playground for the kiddies. Friendly staff and fast service round out the experiences I have had here. Highly recommend. Closed Sundays.

Eesh. Not the best-run location. Long lines, undertrained staff, just kind of a mess with people bumping into each other like Sims. I'd steer away and go to another one if you're just dying for a chicken sandwich with cheese and pickles.

So I gave this location another chance (after terrible service I gave them 2 stars) since it's just down the road from work. After sitting in the drive thru for about 25 minutes, I ordered one thing. Just one. A meal with a large coke zero. They couldn't even get this right. I will not be back.

Was disappointed with my lunch yesterday. The food was ok but the sandwich looked like someone sat on it. The service was lacking. It took us 15 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches. There was very few people in the restaurant. While we waited we almost froze. The place was very cold. If all this wasn't enough, the trash bin was overflowing and had to hunt for a place to dispose of our tray. Since 4 new restaurants will open by the new year within 200 yards of this location, management should address their issues.

I just drove over 800 miles and and I was tired, but yet, I wanted to check out "Chicken Fil-a". A restaurant known for Good tasting chicken. Boy! Was I disappointed by both the service and this chicken sandwich. I just do not see why folks are getting all excited for a burnt piece of chicken on a soft hamburger bun. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich, But what I got was a sandwich with dill pickles, mayonnaise and a glass of lemonade which I didn't order. After telling the young man of his mistake, He proceeded to charge me the difference of what they gave me or what I did not ask for. Now to some this would be considered a honest mistake but,. . . As I was leaving you could hear me asking one of the patrons behind the counter where could I find a Kentucky fried chicken in the area. They did tell me where it was located.

This is a good clean restaurant. Fast food, but there are healthy options. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. There is an indoor kids playground that is kept clean. I would have given them a better rating, but it is a bit expensive. For example, the grilled chicken combo is $2.00 more than the fried chicken sandwich. Doesn't make sense to me, but that it is. They hire high school kids, and for many of them it is their first job. They do a great job. A big way to go for that. Thanks chick-fil-a. This is a great family restaurant. It's quiet and clean. Oh, remember, they are closed Sunday.

Consistently great location. I travel to Tennessee a lot and I always stop at this location while on the road. This location is always busy, but is very clean and has great service. In addition, it's in a nice area, so it's a good place to stop. I hate being on road trips and winding up taking scary exits!

It's fast food time, so I must be in KY. Clean restaurant, friendly service, decent quickness. I sampled the peppermint shake--divine. And some waffle fries--good, too. Worth stopping in if you're around Harrodsburg Rd.

Yum yum yum. My favorite fast food restaurant in the entire world. I went here quite often when I lived in Kentucky...Now that I live in CA, the closest one is an hour away :(. I loved their chicken sandwiches more than any other sandwich...Ohhh I miss it!!! I hated waffle fries until i came here...And their milkshakes are amazing too! I also think it's wonderful that they're closed on Sundays, but almost every single sunday I would crave it...Just because I knew I couldn't have it!

I don't care if it's fashionable or cool, the fact remains- I love Chick Fil-A. I love the sandwiches, fries, and nuggets. I love the ice they put in their cokes. That's right, I said "cokes." I'm from the South, bitches, and I love Chick Fil-A.
