When you walk into the lobby you know you're not in the average hotel. This property featured tall lines and organic shapes. The lobby opens up to release you into a great space. Fruit infused water, coffee, wine to welcome you - along with cookies and fruit. There is a full service restaurant with catering and room service options. There are cozy couches and sitting areas, including a fireplace. All the walls are glass and the landscaping is lovely - letting in light and allowing the outside "in". There is a nice business center, a heated indoor pool and hot tub. I imagine there is also a fitness center. Our room was a king room with a nice fridge, keurig, and microwave. The mattress was a lovely memory foam that did indeed keep you cool. There was a proper thermostat to control the temperature. Great deal with an amazing ergonomic chair. There was a comfy upholstered chair and ottoman too. The bathroom was lovely with a walk in shower with glass doors - that's a lovely change of pace. Nice granite counter, good light, and a hairdryer. Neutrogena vanity products. Breakfast is not included - $9.99 per person but looked to be a nice breakfast buffet with hot and cold items.

I'm only giving it three stars because we came for a banquet and did not stay at the hotel. I will say the banquet was nice, the room was your typical room and it would be fine for any venue I believe. The food was good, hot which is always a bonus haha but it is your typical banquet food. The chicken you could slap someone with and it may sting. The pulled beef was pretty good and the sides were too. That's is about all I can review on. Nice staff!

This hotel has been a wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, fantastic staff, beautiful outdoor patio, indoor swimming pool and hot tub that is very well maintained and clean, and not too expensive.

Horrible experience with the staff member Mathew Penn. he was very rude and threatening. I had planned to stay 2 weeks but left after 1 night.

Clean rooms, good rates, and a very friendly staff every time I've been here. Guest laundry on the first floor and the hotel food is actually pretty good.

This hotel had really great rate and was really nice and inviting when you walk in. The room was comfortable, clean and relaxing. We ordered from the restaurant and had it sent to the room, IT WAS DELICIOUS! Especially the dessert. This was a great stop after a long day of driving. It was close to plenty of things like fast food places, including a Starbucks and Krispy Kreme and Walmart isn't too far away if you need anything else. My only complaint would be that we were looking forward to renting a movie through the TV and they don't offer that option.

Clean, affordable, friendly, and conveniently located in the heart of Georgetown, KY -- mini gateway to Lexington, Frankfort, & Midway. Free parking, free internet, and great in-room amenities and toiletries. What more can you ask for? This place has a great government rate for those that qualify at $79/night. On my date of arrival, there was no government rate available online; so, I called and asked if it was available, and it was and they granted the government rate via phone. Friendly and fast. Hilton Garden Inn Lexington is close to the Bourbon Trail distilleries, Keeneland, and don't want to forget downtown Georgetown which is really cute at night. Downtown Georgetown (along Main St) can be pretty crazy especially during the Festival of the Horse -- this was when I went and it was hard driving around since streets were blocked off. I'd definitely say this hotel is a great, affordable place for getting a good night's rest. In general, hotels in Lexington-proper are more expensive and poorer quality; so, staying in Georgetown for only $79/night definitely was a steal. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lexington. Save your money and stay in cute Georgetown in this super clean hotel!

Typical Hilton Garden Inn - clean, comfortable room, nice restaurant if you don't feel like leaving for dinner and a pool to enjoy the beautiful weather. This hotel is in a suburb of Lexington but still convenient to use as a base for the Bourbon Trail. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Nothing but a positive experience for us.

We were traveling down I-75 and exhausted at nearly midnight. One after another hotels that we called were fully booked (Maker's Mark conference and horse shows, we think). The ONLY room that we could find left between Cincinnati and Lexington was one of two available king smoking rooms at this HGI. We were so pleased.....even though we NEVER stay in a smoking room normally, we found it to be entirely odor-free, very clean, reasonably priced, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating even though the one desk manager was exceedingly busy. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel. Nice people. Comfortable bed. Would stay there again. Breakfast is not included with all the rooms. Incidental deposit was not refunded for 72 hours. Overall a good experience.

We booked this hotel online without checking Yelp--big mistake. We arrived and in the first room we were given the TV had no picture and the sink was badly clogged and wouldn't drain. When my wife went to inquire about switching rooms she was greeted by a sullen young woman who obviously needs some customer service training. The second room had two queens (we had booked a king bed) and the duvets were rumpled and full of lumps and the pillows were just thrown helter-skelter on the bed. In addition the cushion for the chair was akilter over the arm. The room looked like someone had been sleeping in it. Fortunately the second person we dealt with was somewhat more helpful, and we got a king bed room, albeit on another floor, which meant schlepping our stuff back on the elevator--a big hassle. And as mentioned in other reviews the only reaction to the inconvenience was a cursory "sorry". In addition, the TV system is not intuitive and has no written explanation about how to access regular channels--we had to have someone come up from the front desk to show us how it works, and we are both reasonably smart people. We don't know what the morning will bring but I strongly recommend you check somewhere else before staying here.

DONT!!!!! The service is terrible. !! They take a reservation they cannot accommodate. Did nothing to make up for it. Night manager and day manager were beyond stupid. Keep searching. Rooms are tiny and minimal.
