Give credit where credit is due, new management has invested in an updated interior, installed a new rewards system (spot), and hired smiling employees. The crew still has problems keeping up with demand an the buffet and the pizza is not my favorite, but my six year old son lives the new t.v.'s that were installed.

This is the only place that I have been to that has a really good breakfast burrito. I usually get the meal which includes a breakfast burrito , potato cake and a drink for under 6 dollars. They have different options for the burritos but I usually get the turkey burrito with provolone cheese melted in it. Not too many places around sell breakfast burritos and this place was pretty good
Perhaps this review is not quite so far considering it is not an exciting place for me to visit in the fast food world (woooo reubens). But I got the turkey sandwich and potato pancake. They were solid. If I was in a time crunch again, I'd go!
Classic Cincinnati deli with the modern amenities of a fast-ish food place. Definitely order a Reuben with a nice greasy potato pancake and this location offers beer and wine. You won't find that at subway or arby's.

Hub and I thought this place will be our future go-to spot for casual breakfast. Good food, great service, good pricing and lots to eat. They live up to their motto "A Lot for a Little". We both had eggs, sausage and home fries. Home fries are stand-out! Coffee cups were always kept hot and full. And for $7 (2 eggs, home fries, bacon/sausage/goetta, bread choice), they're the best thing going for breakfast!
Second time coming and we will not be back. Food was horrible. French toast was thin cold and tasteless. Syrup had no flavor. Bacon was so hard I could hardly eat it. The home fries are awesome though. Eggs were not over medium were raw and nasty. They don't even butter your toast. So inevitably cold toast comes out and you have to put butter on it. Besides the food the kicker was our awful waitress. She was frumpy, dirty looking, and lazy. She would not bring things all the way to who they belong too she would just set them at one end of the table and make us all pass it down. She never filled my husbands coffee even one time. But other waitresses did. However we did not complain and were very kind to her. Then came the bill. It was quite messy and it didn't really make a lot of sense. So my husband looked closely and realize that it didn't add up. The waitress was trying to stack a six dollar extra tip by putting the wrong amount in. When my husband confronted her that it didn't add up she got huffy with him then she added it up again herself but did it very quickly and said see it adds up. My husband said no that doesn't add up. And so he asked for the calculator to add it up himself and she took off and said let the other waitress take your money. My husband and added it up and again it was six dollars over. So he handed it to the other waitress she ended up and yes it was six dollars over. We wonder how many people this woman cheats on a regular basis. If you go there the very careful to add up your bill.
We lived around the corner from this spot for over a year without trying. One dreary Saturday morning while recovering from overdoing it on the cocktails we decided to dive right in. Ft. Wright Family Restaurant is exactly what you expect. A small, local joint with classic greasy spoon breakfast food and waitresses that you call you darlin. The home fries are awesome. Actual potatoes sauteed with butter and onions - just like my mom makes and best when drenched in ketchup. I typically get their omelettes - with my favorite being the ham and cheese. If you love cheese - this is the guy for you. I, personally after imbibing in too many stiff cocktails, like egg with my cheese so the way they do it here is just right. I give it 3 stars in a loving way. Mostly because I prefer takeout over dine in here, the options are pretty basic, and while it's good it doesn't blow you away. That being said, Ft. Wright Family Restaurant is always there when you need breakfast in a bind!

We had a vegetarian burrito, tostada, veggie taco and the boys had their typical rice with refried beans. Every thing was fresh and tasty. Would recommend!
My wife and I ate here tonight. It was very authentic in its atmosphere and the food was pretty good. Our server was personable but not very attentive. The food did arrive quickly and it was fresh and hot, the staff that was working seemed disinterested though and the restaurant was not that busy. I would give them another try but overall it was pretty average.
Best Mexican food! Love it. The place is very clean and the service is great. I will continue to go there until they go downhill like some of my past favorites. I hope they keep up the good work. Their food is great and their drinks are beyond amazing.

Hot Head Burritos

Reviews:
It is certainly nice to see different options that the other burrito chains. However, some of the ingredients here are blah. The rice, beans, and corn salsa I had were just plain bland. I know they have spicy sauce, but I don't think that gives them a pass on the main ingredients. I don't care for iceberg lettuce on a burrito, but that is the only option here. I think the best thing Hot Head has going for it is its endless combinations - even more than other burrito places. There will be something for everyone. They have many "hot" sauces if that is your style. I will pay Hot Head a visit if it is convenient, but I won't go out of my way to go there.
Spicy chicken burrito was very tasty with the perfect amount of heat. Price was good as well. A fine alternative to Qdoba or Chipotle with more menu options.
Simply outstanding, I would say more but I think I'm going to go get some right now. I have to suggest a burrito with a mixture of the hot head sauce and sweet habanaro

Texas Roadhouse

Reviews:
I wasn't sure about trying another Texas Roadhouse after a bad experience at one close to home not too long ago. But thanks to the positive reviews here, I decided to give it a try. So glad I did. A big shout out to all the yelpers who posted reviews here. The wait was 30 minutes on a Sunday night before New Year's Eve. The waitress was a bit different, in that she didn't write down our orders but said she would get them right when she turned them in. Yes, the steaks were perfectly cooked. My wife had the 12 ounce sirlion and I had the 20 ounce bone-in ribeye, both medium well, and they were spot on. I enjoyed a Sam Adams Boston Lager with my meal and it was de-lic-ous ! Great job here.
We love Texas Roadhouse and frequent it on a regular basis near our home in Illinois. For my husbands birthday we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse in Hamilton Ohio when we were in Ohio for our kids' Showchoir event in Fairfield Ohio. The service was excellent (which is one reason we love our roadhouse). The hearty cut sirloin was out of this world! We order the same cut, cooked the same way, with the same sides every time. This particular visit our steaks practically melted in our mouths. They were so tender the could nearly be cut with a fork. Keep up the great job! Our server was Rhonda and we were table 224/1on February 28,2014. Rhonda made sure our drinks were full at all times. Thank you all for helping make my husband's birthday a happy one!
It's A-OK for what it is. And what it is is your typical, chain restaurant meat and potatoes pusher. The other three had steak. I went with the country fried chicken (gelatinous "country" gravy on the side, please), a baked sweet potato which is decent with the cinnamon butter, and green beans. The green beans seemed to be experiencing some sort of identity crisis. They looked like frozen green beans that you steam at home. But, then maybe you tossed them in a pot of watery bacon and onion broth. Not southern style and not...not. Just weird. And their beer selection made me want to cry unhappy tears. The service was really great, though. Overall, Texas Roadhouse won't shake your soul or rattle your bones. The music, however, may make you want to throw your beer mug at the wall and start a brawl. Fair warning.

Sub-Station II

Reviews:
I agree with Robert A., the subs are fantastic but the customer service is horrible. I went in at 1:50pm (they close at 2:00pm on Sundays). As soon as I walked in I heard lead meat slicer say "Oh man". I thought to myself, you poor kid, so you will be 15 minutes late getting home to your mother's basement to play video games until dawn. 4 stars ONLY for the food which blows Subway away.
Most amazing sub sandwiches ever!!! The store unfortunately often looks dirty. Their employees can be unfriendly and seem annoyed that someone came into the store. I will say that the owner Mike has always been very nice and helpful when he is there.
Don't get me wrong, their subs are fantastic! However, their customer service is despicable. This has happened 3 times I have been in, each time they seem so disappointed to have business, or more or less a damn job. Over all I do like the place and want to see it succeed, I do think the owner needs to reevaluate his employees as they are rude, and need an attitude adjustment if they want to work in the restaurant industry.

Mi Tierra

Reviews:
This is a popular place for my coworkers to meet up after work for drinks and dinner. I wasn't crazy about it on my first visit, but it has really started to grow on me. It's still not my favorite Mexican restaurant in the world, but it's not terrible. The food is okay, standard American-Mexican fare. Their salsa, though, is phenomenal. It's fresh, spicy, and full of cilantro. I've been trying to watch carbs lately, so last time I went I asked for a plate of fajita vegetables as a substitute for the rice and beans that come on the side. I was prepared to spend extra and receive a little plate of peppers -- but they gave me a huge plate of beautifully charred peppers, onions, and tomatoes, which was awesome! And they didn't charge extra, which was doubly awesome.
Had heard good things via word of mouth so wife and I decided to try it. Was very disappointed. Portion size was decent but food was generally very bland. The salsa had very little flavor, the cheese dip was good. Within minutes of leaving both wife and I had upset stomachs and I felt bad the rest of the day.
I have a confession: I love stripmall Mexican joints. Now, I know exactly what I'm going to get when I go, which is Americanized, super-basic but delicious taco platters with rice and beans and a nice chips and salsa to start. You do this for me, and you've got mi corazón. Mi Tierra was right on the money with the food. The service ... eh. This restaurant is hard to find. My GPS kept saying it was right next to the Walmart but in fact it is down a road next to the Walmart. If you get to the end of the Walmart plaza and hit the lights, you've gone too far. Inside, it is family-friendly comfortable to the max. Brightly colored murals painted on the walls, soft plush booths with Mi Tierra artfully carved into the backboards, the works. We were sat by our server who brought us menus and chips and salsa. The homemade salsa, which was delicious actually came in a container and he brought a bowl for each of us. No double dipping here. And the chips were warm, win and more win. We figured out what we wanted and then ... waited. Forever. Our server never came and eventually a manager saw us still waiting and took our order. OK. Food came out quickly and was just what I wanted, tacos, warm, flavorful, cheap. Perfect. But when it was time to pay? Again, the waiter dropped off our check and then ... we waited. Forever. And again the manager came over, apologized and took our money. Very strange. Ah well, this place is a win for sure. If you know what you're going to get, and what you're getting into, then it's pretty damn good.

One of the better wing places in the area. Try the chili con queso dip. Plenty of beer on tap!! Great when there's a game on plenty of TV's.
Great food and staff. Great place to watch football.
I like the place and have gone here a few times when I have had a hankering for wings. It is not gonna blow your mind, but you know what you are getting into and there is a lot of good food on the menu. If you want wings and a familiar atmosphere you know where to go.

A group of my friends and I met at Dickmann's this week as we attempt to schedule a gathering once a month. This is the perfect place to just relax, have some drinks and eat some food. Buckets of bud light (cans) were $10. The food is just typical bar food. I especially like their personal pizzas, but my friends ordered wings and they looked good as well. The waitress was very personable and took care of the table very well throughout our visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a place to watch a sporting event ... TVs everywhere. BTW - Dickmann's hosts one of the best summer (sand) volleyball leagues there are.
Not sure why this place has a three star avg? If you enjoy the sports bar atmosphere, it doesn't get much better than Dickmans. Drink prices are great, food is good (especially their wings), and the staff is prompt while being friendly. They have huge TVs and numerous smaller ones all over the place, so you're guaranteed to see your team! This place is certainly worth visiting.
If you like boring service and drinking out of plastic cups, you will love this place. Wait staff stood around shooting the bull and I was bored to death at the bar. I like to have conversation while drinking, especially when it's a slow Wednesday. However, it was lame. The Pub at Crestview Hills is right down the road, I'm heading there.
