It was okay nothing to rant or rave about. The food was par for the course and the service was okay. I like the atmosphere and the bar set up. That is really the only thing to say about this place. Didn't really leave a lasting memory one way or the other.

Chain restaurants are a dime a dozen. Especially in Ashland, KY. Ruby Tuesday is no exception to that. Perfectly mediocre in every way and acceptable for that. My fellow Eastern Kentuckians LOVE chain restaurants. Ashland has more chain than non-chain, easily. If you want a sitdown meal in Ashland, you're looking down the barrel of a TGI-O'Chillibee's choice. If you HAVE to make that choice (as I did on Saturday night), Ruby Tuesday is not the worst one to make. Ruby Tuesday is slightly more upscale than Applebee's with minimal junk on the wall. The menu rotates & is moderately priced & acceptable. Food will be hit or miss: my ribs were solid, but potatoes cold. At least it was quick. A bar is also available for a quick bite while watching a big screen. Draft list is small and generally poor. Staff is Eastern Kentucky friendly, of course. Given that is is EKY, you'll likely be dining with a significant amount of morbidly obese people who are very picky, complainy & using coupons that have expired. The best part of Ruby Tuesday in Ashland is that it's not particularly popular. If you're in a hurry or want good bar attention or simply want to avoid people you went to high school with, Ruby Tuesday is a better call. Texas Roadhouse & Applebe'es will pack them in like corkwood, while you might have your own dedicated bartender or waitress at Ruby Tuesday. If you're stuck dining in Ashland, KY, I'm sorry. There is not much you can do about it. Ruby Tuesday can minimize that suffering in a tame & friendly atmosphere. I wish you Godspeed.

The food had a weird taste, possibly freezer burnt, I got the chicken strips. The restaurant looks nice but the food and staff have a way to go to be up to par.

Take your chances when you go to Ruby Tuesday's in Ashland, KY. We go there when our favorite places are filled to the brim! The bad thing is sometimes it is okay and most of the time it is plain awful! The service is very s l o w, the salad bar sad and the entrees lacking in taste and flavor, but if you are in an eating out mood, don't want to do dishes and like a risk you might enjoy the place! Who knows stranger things have happened !!

I said I wouldn't come back and I unintentionally lied. Not my fault. My parents dragged me here because they had a coupon, I begged not to go. So it was busy, everyone had coupons for a b1g1 free meal. We didn't wait long to get seated. We ordered promptly and then the hell began. They brought the meals first but mine was missing the fries. They said they were making some in the back for me. We then pointed out that we didn't get our appetizers. An hour later they brought out my fries, no ketchup anywhere to be seen and one out of two appetizers. They apologized and promised to bring more drinks as we were out and the app and ketchup and more napkins. An hour later they brought some napkins. Dad was ticked off and wanted to leave, still missing ketchup and appetizer as well as drinks. Manager came out and gave us our appetizer and laughed off the lateness of it. Asked for bill and 45 mins later they brought it. Another 45 mins and they finally brought my dads credit card back. So the whole dinner took us almost four hours. With only the original drink order and they never gave us refills. This time we all agreed none of us would be back.

We have never had a bad meal at a Ruby Tuesday. This one was no exception. We were a party of 7. It was busy but we were seated rather quickly. The service was very good and attentive. The food was very good. 5 of our group had never eaten at a RT before and they all really enjoyed their food. Their salad bar is one of the better ones available in chain restaurants that we are familiar with. Appropriate pricing. We had a great dining experience.

Love the place and the service was great! The meals was worth the wait- it had wonderful flavor. The manager made us feel really awesome to have a family dinner there. I enjoyed the food better than any restaurant in Ashland. The service was wonderful! I will go back! Love this place.
