This is been a very consistent and clean location for years. This seems to be a test location for the new menus and layout. Management is always good and service is above average. We tried some Moscow Mules (drink) on the last trip, which were great. My only knock on those drinks were that the cup the drinks were served in were too small. The food is always top notch, and their calzones are unmatched.

We had a free pizza coupon we elected to use. I had never had Old Chicago pizza. Man was I in for a great, great surprise! We had the Italian Grinder on the Tavern crust. It was fantastic! Our server was very personable and professional. She had good input on our choices. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but it is a sports bar. We are still giving Old Chicago five stars!

It's a little too expensive for what it is. The pizza is pretty good. It's not something I would rush back too but it's still good. Service was good, I just don't think I want to spend as much as I did for pizza.

I went for my 27th Birthday with a small group from work. We got there around 9pm on Tuesday the 1st and were cut off from drinks at 10pm. When the waitress came over she seemed unclear as to why we were being cut off. After questioning the waitress more we formed the idea that our bill was to high and they didn't think we could pay. This of course made everyone in our group feel perturbed and judged! I wanted to settle this right away before anyone was offended so I asked to speak with a Manager. After some time another guest joined our group (now a group of 5 and 10am) and she ordered her food and drink, I again asked for the Manager. Some time later our waitress came back and said we could drink more since we had ordered more food, again I asked for the Manager. In the end I found the Manager and described our situation, letting her know it would of meant a lot if she would of came to us to make things clear. This made everyone in my group feel pretty down and really screwed with our fun outing. I won't be going back because I know as a group of ladies we work very hard for our money and I would think the Manager who was also a Woman would of understood going the extra mile of speaking with us would of made everyone feel better. Get it together Old Chicago. P.S. 2 girls had 2 drink each and then my co-worker and I had 3-4 (2 shots and some fruity drinks) When I was talking to the Manger she gave me that has a reason to cut us off. We all had drivers! We all had scheduled rides, in fact my ride was taking 2 other home. We had this planned out! The Manager would of known had she just come talk with us in the beginning .

Excellent food! Crispy chicken salad with ranch by far my favorite! Best ranch dressing around. Always have had great service too.

This bar that wants to be a restaurant has the worst carry out service on the west side of Wichita. They place so many restrictions on what you can or can't order for carry out, that it's just not worth the trouble. It is apparent to me that Old Chicago's primary purpose is to keep you inside the restaurant, and ordering from the bar. We don't dine in very often because it's too loud to hold a conversation without shouting. After a THIRD experience with a too restrictive policy for takeout, I don't imagine I'll be ordering from ANY menu at Old Chicago at 21st and Tyler, again.

My friends and I went out to get some pub pizza after 10pm. Right off the bat, the waitress slammed us for all ordering the pub pizzas. I forcefully laughed it off but it wasn't funny. When she brought our pizzas, my best friend was watching the TV and she jolted the pizza toward him and said, "Should I throw the pizza in his face? Haha..." We all looked at each other in shock that she was treating us this way. My best friend doesn't ever get mad but when he does, it isn't pretty. He exchanged some words with her basically saying, "That wouldn't be a nice thing to do..." And she combatted it with a snide remark and my friend responded with, "Wow! We've got a real Amy Schumer over here...." She walked away and went to bother some more customers. After that, she backed off but the damage was already done. We weren't paying for the waitress to insult us while we're just trying to have a nice time and enjoy some food. It put a real stink on the experience. If we went to Dick's Last Resort, I would understand but this was Old Chicago. Her name was Shannon and because of her, we won't be back.

I've been a big fan of OC since the first one opened on East Kellogg, in the building which use to house, the Bombay Bicycle Club. The food is good, but let's be honest; I visit OC several times a week because I like beer. And OC's WBT gives you a perfect reason to drink it. Lots of it. Service? Drink lots of beer and you won't notice. There's a vast difference in the quality of service between the 3 locations. OC East has always been my favorite. Depending on the time of day and if my favorite servers are there, it's usually quite good. OC Old Town by far, has the best servers. Whether it's the weekend, weekday, or late night, the service is very good. There are 2 reasons I even go to OC West. 1. I live on the West side. 2. I work 2nd shift and it's a short drive home after a couple of late night beers. With the exception of a few servers, the over all satisfaction of the West store is very minimal.

I was highly disappointed with their beer selection. I was hoping for a wider selection than random beers you can get at smaller bars. The food was actually decent which surprised me. If you are in Wichita and want a good place with a few decent beers, this is your place.

Took the wife here for a Saturday afternoon lunch. Food was good I had a calzone she had pizza. We each had 2 beers and the tab came to over almost 40 dollars oh we had chips and salsa. The bill just seemed excessive for a Saturday lunch.

I have never had a bad experience here. Although I have heard as they become more "corporate", the food has started to suffer. I'm a big fan of their pizza, and could eat the spin dip for 3 meals a day. Love the HUGE selection of rotating beers, but they are pretty pricey. Not sure my bank account will be able to handle the full tour.

Everytime I go, the food gets worse. I remember coming here several years ago and ordering the spinach & artichoke calzone. It was so delicious! When my friend wanted to get some Old Chicago takeout the other night, I figured I'd order that. What happened??? The marinara had no flavor other than tomato. And there were so many tomatoes in the calzone, I was overwhelmed. The Italian nachos also did not live up to past tastings. I have had decent service there and have had some good times. The drinks are usually pretty strong and bartenders competent. But I can get drinks as good for much cheaper elsewhere. It's consistent in that the taste is getting nastier.

I Know they brag about serve 100 beers!!! All I want is a COLD beer. Is that too much to ask for? They have never been able to get this right. I have had them put bottles on ice as soon as I get there to alleviate the problem and that's a hassle for the bartenders. As far as food, I ordered wings recently and they actually look like pigme wings! The drummies were from midget chickens. Where did they get those? I'm sure they're cheaper for them to purchase. They have to understand there are ALOT of choices out here and they are losing the fight. We need more selection on the westside to help Old Chicago get their act together.

Been here many times in the past and has always been good. This experience not the same. Food took 1 hour to get to the table and the quality has gone down a lot. Pasta was not cooked consistently, panini was greasy chicken pretty dry. Service was ok that is why I rated 2 star. Might come back again but won't be my first choice.

I can't believe this place only has two reviews... and both are not so good! This location has almost always been GREAT! My husband, our room mate, and I go out almost every Saturday night to this place and out of probably 30 trips or so have only had a bad night ONCE! We had a waitress whose boyfriend apparently had stopped by for dinner cause she spent most of the time we were there with him at his booth. Other than that one time, though, we've always been served great food, non-stop drinks, and great atmosphere. It CAN get a bit loud at times but hey... it does have a sport bar. *LOL* We have tried the other two locations in town as well, but this by far is our favorite.
