Great food selection. My favorite is the crispy noodles and Boba tea. They also have good Gelato selection.

This place is a fusion restaurant, they serve American, Asian, Mexican food and Gelato, its a transplanted asian joint from the mall. Food wasn't spectacular, its a good place to take friends if everyone wants a different kind of cuisine. I would only return if this place was the only option. food was ok.

Uh. No. Walnut chicken was not good. Just walnut dause on top of rice and chicken fingers. Spring rolls were frozen and microwaved. One still cold in the middle. Feeling sick.

My absolute favorite in Wichita! I love the chicken Teryaki bowls and cheesy wonton (crab ragoon). You have to understand that I am the absolute pickiest person I know. They are consistently amazing!

The best EVER!!!!!! I moved to California and have cravings for this place every week! Please bring a location out here. They have the best cream cheese wontons in Wichita along with their teriyaki bowls. Some prices are kinda high but it's still worth it.

This place may be having a bit of an identity crisis, but I was the benefactor! The gentleman behind the counter carefully explained the menu and when I asked for the dish with the most veggies, he promptly pointed me in the direction of the vegetable teriyaki with chicken! It was AMAZING! The veggies were fresh and plentiful and the sauce was very tasty. They weren't very busy on a Sunday at lunch, but they're probably busier during the week. Perhaps next time I'll try some gelato!

wow they really made themselves the one stop shop for..everything lololol had the honey walnut chicken, classic americanized chinese food but nothing too crazy special gelato was decent but the chocolate flavor was tinted with some sort of fruit, probably an unclean scooper or some sort of other contamination.

For a long time I've thought Yum! Brands have squandered a tremendous opportunity. As the owners of Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut, they should be doing more than just throwing all three of those businesses under the same roof - they should be creating cross-franchise menu items, too. A Doritos Loco taco made with KFC popcorn chicken? A burrito supreme pizza? Have some fun with it, guys. Fusa used to be a food court darling in Towne East. Chill used to be located at the Waterfront on Webb. Clearly one of those establishments was upgrading, and one was downgrading, though I'm sure Chill is paying a lot less for rent nowadays. So you have a food court restaurant that has essentially left the mall and made their own mini food court. The food hasn't much changed, meaning your low expectations are welcome here, especially in the case of newcomer Red 8 - this is fast food Chinese in every sense of the word. The Fusa part of the building is a little harder to nail down - there's some Japanese-type stuff there, but there's also burritos and burgers. It's Fusa that takes themselves the least seriously, and it's probably where you should be focusing your time. My lunch was a burrito filled with General Tso's chicken and a side of fries. Think about that for a minute; three different cuisines, all shoved together, and creating something unique and decently appetizing. I can't make any claims to the freshness of the chicken I was eating, but the giant tortilla filled with rice, black beans, and pico de gallo was more than an homage to Chipotle, though I couldn't accentuate a Chipotle burrito with a hefty drizzle of Sriracha. The shoestring fries were decently crispy and homemade, which was again more than I was expecting. If there was one fault to this trio of restaurants it's that it doesn't go far enough. Sure, there's a few crazy burritos, but I want jambalaya fried rice, beef and broccoli burgers, and lo mein gelato. Okay, maybe not the last thing, but you get the idea - this is food court cuisine that needs to accentuate its sense of humor. It's better than I was expecting, but there's plenty of room for improvement.

Good portions and prices for some good food! I enjoy their steak teriyaki bowl, thai beef salad, honey walnut chicken, and the fried rice. However their egg rolls and thai tea were sub-par and didn't finish either.

This is quite an interesting eatery in Towne East Mall. We went with the French Beef Bowl and Honey Walnut Chicken. Overall it was a very unique and delicious lunch. Will be coming back again in the future to try some more of their meals.

The portions are very generous, the food is tasty and the price is really reasonable. The people are very pleasant to talk to and will happily explain your options to you (there are many - it would take a while to try all the options). I've had several options and have never been disappointed. Some reviews mention the mall, but this is now a stand-alone restaurant on the east side of Wichita.

I have eaten here several times @ the mall. Honey Walnut Chicken is very popular and the sauce is to DIE FOR, served over white rice! Also, the saigon wrap is a yummy snack! It is a oversized clear wrap stuffed w/chicken,lettuce,ricenoodles & veggies served with a yummy sauce ( i like to get a side of the honeywalnut sauce & pour it on every bite!) Their BUBBLE DRINKS are delish! They come in MANY different flavors. Cream & Fruit Blends. My favorite is the COCONUT & THAI ICED TEA. They serve w/whipped cream and "BUBBLES" or "BOBA" which are Tapioca Pearls. They serve w/a BIG FAT STRAW because of the Tapioca Pearl. You can order w/or without them. (I GET EXTRA!) THE REASON i gave 3 stars is because When they first opened they used to have BIGGER portions & better quality. But, I have noticed the portions and quality getting smaller and worse. So, I dont go here as much as before. But, its still a Good place for "MALL FOOD"

I eat at FUSA every time I go to the mall. What a change from typical mall food! Our food is always fresh to order, tasty, aromatic, and well presented. I love trying the new combinations of flavors they have to offer. My favorites are the wrap and roll combo and the honey walnut chicken over egg noodles. Their FUSA chicken salad is also really yummy, and my husband loves the Italian quesadilla. I would recommend FUSA to anyone!
