I woke up this morning craving for donuts so I got on yelp to get some suggestions on a good donut shop in the area. After reading how people enjoyed the donuts at Flying Donuts I decided to try it out. I am not a huge peanut butter person, but I think I just found my new addiction---the peanut butter knot. The peanut butter flavor is not overwhelming just a perfect amount of peanut butter inside the dough. The knotted portion of the donut provides a little crunch/crisp texture. I opted for the peanut butter knot with chocolate drizzle---so good! I also purchased a bear claw and a maple bar, both were pretty tasty. This place is now my go to donut shop :)

Based on how amazing the doughnuts are this should be a 5. Based on the fact that 2 out of the last 3 times I've tried to buy doughnuts they're already closed by 10:00am because they've sold out, I needed to drop some stars. Today I watched 5 other cars pull up and leave just while I was in the parking lot. Message to Flying Donut - You're popular. If you make more donuts, you'll make more $. But you're helping me stay to my diet, so thanks I guess.

I have been to donut shops in many big and small cities, and I can confidently say that this is my favorite donut shop. The peanut butter knot with chocolate haunts me in my dreams, and I haven't had a kolache this good since I lived in Texas.

Stopped in this morning to buy donuts for my band as we passed through town. I had the pine cone and the Apple Fritter and was really impressed. Hands down the best apple fritter I've ever had. I had to take pictures and tease my family back in Texas because apple fritters are favorite kind of donut. I might even have to go back before we leave to get some more fritters!!

This place is terrific! My daughter and I love our Friday morning donut fix at Flying Donuts. The glazed blueberry is to die for. Apple fritters are the best I've ever had. My wife & I just returned from Portland where we went to the famous Voodoo donuts. Cool place but donuts don't hold a candle to this hometown gem!

Best donuts in town hands down! You'll have to try the apple fritters. Oh, and don't forget you get a free dozen donut holes with every dozen donuts.

Flying Donuts recently celebrated their 2-year anniversary and I hope they are in business for many more. I am fortunate to live less than 1 mile away which makes it easy to get donuts here. There are a few donuts they serve that are my favorites which include the bear claw, cinnamon twist, and peanut butter knot. What makes the donuts here good is they are very large and fluffy. The glaze on the donuts like the regular glazed, bear claw, and cinnamon twist cracks and little pieces fall off. I admit that they are so good I find myself picking up the little pieces and eating them once my donut is gone. Here are a few of the highlights you will find at Flying Donuts. The bear claw is filled with apple filling and if there was a bear out there that had claws that big I wouldn't want to meet it. The cinnamon sugar donut comes with enough cinnamon sugar coating to that it crunches in your teeth. Make sure and check the case for special donuts that are occasionally available such as bacon and maple or the s'mores donut. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and quick to serve you. There are a few tables inside if you want to eat your donut there. Or if you get it to go they are very careful to bag them without smashing your donuts.

This place is delicious! Super good glazed. We also tried a maple bar, chocolate bar and a super yummy chocolate/vanilla twist. They lady was nice enough to reopen the door and sell us some even though we were a few minutes late. Great service. Clean shop. Donuts are fluffy and melt in your mouth.

This is a hidden jem of fluffy donuts. Their peanut butter knot is to die for! LOVE IT! They still have a very good selections at 8 am when I usually roll in. They have mini donuts too! The only thing is that I crave their donuts on Mondays, and they are closed.

Flying Donuts makes the best apple fritter ever, with a perfect crispy crust and full of gooey, spicy apples- a really decadent treat! The mini cake donuts are also delicious! Highly recommend.

Small friendly place to get some donuts. I got a dozen donuts and got 12 donut holes for free! The donuts were quite large and fluffy and fresh! I would recxomend this place for sure. My wife wanted Krispy Kreme and I got these she said they were just as good. I say better than.

If you have not stopped by Flying Donuts you are missing out on some great treats! My personal favorites are the pinecones , peanut butter knot and the maple bacon donuts! We go just about every Saturday!

I love the donuts here. The owner is very sweet but yesterday I had a super grouchy lady wait on me. The lady had different colors in her hair. So if the owner reads this, you must know that customer service was very bad. Maybe she was tired cause she was up all night making donuts and I understand that but that's your job! Being in business takes being a friendly relationship person. If you are the girl with the multi colored hair, please be mindful and appreciate those who keep you in business.

It's a small shop with always the same people behind the counter. I absolutely love their peanut butter knot. It's more like a mix of a croissant and dough mix with an amazing peanut butter icing. I prefer the one with chocolate on it also. Their pine cones are the best in town. I don't feel like anyone ever puts enough cinnamon in them but at Flying Donuts they are spiced perfectly. I wish they had a soda fountain for my breakfast fix.
