An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

The first time I ate at Chipotle I didn't understand the hype. I decided to try it again a couple of years later and I have no idea what I was thinking. As big as the burrito I think the price is fair, however $2 a taco is a bit much. I've discovered that burrito bowls are the way to go. Not only do you get more, it's healthier for you. Typically I get the burrito bowl with barbicoa, fajita vegetables, corn, rice, and hot salsa. It's so money.

I've been to this specific location several times (thinking oh maybe they're just busy or maybe the staff is new?) and it has been chaos on each occasion. I do not go at typical 'busy' hours to try and avoid the lines but it doesn't help here. They are always running out of their main ingredients, not getting orders correct and are not apologetic to their lack of good customer service or any of their shortcomings. On my latest visit, the line was long but observation showed it wasn't because they were busy per se, but rather no one was helping the single person take or create orders. The entire time some gal walked around barking orders but not assisting (she did not appear to be a manager and if she was, then shame on her). I witnessed 3 people get their orders wrong after very long waits, but didn't once hear any apologies. More of less it was a vibe of "please get out, you're making us look bad." After 35 minutes of being in the line and hearing the shouts "we are out of guac!", we had enough and left. Whoever the manager is or the person who runs this location, they need to get a handle on this. The issues I witnessed are not excusable and should be non issues. What chipotle runs out of cheese or guacamole?! I think I'll start traveling to the other location on Rock from now on.

Donte' or however you spell it, the MOD on 9/23/15 was the most unprofessional person I've ever spoken to. We ordered a large to-go order and 2 different people found long hair in their food. When I called in to complain he DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE! He said he would replace the order, only if we order it the exact same. seriously? I will never go here again. or anyone at my company. He should not be in management!

This is by far the worst Chipotle in Wichita. Every time I order the tacos they try to the least amount of carnitas on it they think they can get away with. I always have to request more meat. They will add more but if you do not say anything they will not do anything. They seem to want to try to hide it with beans and rice. I am a fan of Chipotle, just not this one. Unfortunately, it is very close to my house and I have to play this game with them every time I order. This does not seem to be an issue at other locations. If they try to screw you with a minuscule amount of meat, speak up!

Don't order online and then make any special requests in the provided option because when I said light salsa I got nothing but rice meat and a ton of salsa. No lettuce, cheese, sour cream, etc.

Have to give a five cos I love there food. Usually the portion or the size of the burrito is good but it is not today. But I like there food. Their service is quick and you pick what you like makes a big difference.

Chipotle is one of the healthiest options for fast food at a great price. They are not owned by McDonalds but once were until 2006.

Best burritos ever. Ingredients are fresh. I usually get a chicken fajita burrito. Big and filling. Highly recommended.

I went through a phase when I was in love with their burritos, and would go at least once a week. But I'm not crazy about them anymore. I guess should've taken it easy to begin with. Their burritos are huge and can be unmanageable, they look like big capsules. You get here more bang for your buck, and that's what matters, so no complaints... :)
