You have a better chance of finding a plain bagel in the deserts of Nevada. Nice enough employees, which is a shame because they're being wasted on whatever crummy management can't seem to order properly for the store. Seriously, 4 different occasions I've had a hankering for a plain bagel with that delish strawberry cream cheese. Strike out every time. Get to your DD brethren's level Shawnee location, and quick, before they build that Starbucks across the street.

The people who work here are usually very nice but they are always out of things. I went there at 8 am this morning and they were out of plain bagels. They are always out of of most donuts way early in the morning. Don't even try to get a late breakfast. How are you open all day with no food left? There is new Starbucks across the street so I'll probably start going there.

Brand new location seems to be running pretty smoothly so far. I'm not really sure when they start making their donuts, but the ones I got around 7am seemed a little stale, which is concerning. Tip: Make sure they give you napkins.

Everytime I come here they are out of LONG JOHNS the way they handle it and talk to you is RUDE krispy Kreme makes everything fresh never a issue! THEY HAVE BAD MANAGMENT ALSO he slammed the door in my face and SAID BYE!

This Dunkin Donuts has brought shame upon the Dunkin Donuts empire. I jokingly tweeted back in September that Shawnee was getting a Dunkin Donuts so that meant I was moving back. Then I got a job offer and moved back, funny how that stuff works. I thought maybe this was some sort of divine intervention? Fate? No clue. Then I went to this Dunkin Donuts and realized that the universe was playing some sort of cruel joke on me. Medium cream and sugar. I have had enough of these in my life to know what they should taste like, and Shawnee DD you need a DD because you are drunk and need to go home, but you shouldn't drive yourself because you're drunk. A Medium cream and sugar should be overbearingly sweet and overbearingly creamy. It is not for the faint of heart. There's a reason that according to MyFitnessPal(TM) a Medium cream and sugar from Dunkin has some ungodly amount of calories in it (170 calories). We are talking coffee with a little bit of cream and sugar in it. The medium cream and sugar from the Shawnee Dunkin is not creamy and not sugary. It looks like they put one creamer in it and tastes like they put one sugar in it. This is just wrong. We all know how this should work. They pour that sugar in with little regard for your teeth and your health and then they turn that little cream lever until the color of the coffee is more light brown than burnt sienna. How/why did this DD not get the memo on this? Is there some sort of cream and sugar shortage in Shawnee that I should be concerned about? Made aware of? Oh, and they don't have onion bagels here. I can't even with that weak bagel game. I guess I will just stick to the one on 75th or hit up the one in indep on my way to all of the thrilling adventures I get to have in the state of Missouri. Potential improvements to this DD: 1. Don't be so stingy with the cream and sugar. 2. Get some onion bagels.
