I always come here because I forget how terrible it was, and it's so close to my house. Then, something else bad happens and I remember why I don't like it. Take my last trip as an example-- I got the turkey and provolone mini, and asked them if they could heat it up, as they have one of those microwave/toaster contraptions for heating other certain sandwiches and wraps. As a response, the employee says, "We don't heat our #8s" suggesting that I made some great faux pas just because I wanted mine heated. Why can't I just get my sandwich heated?!?!? Why is that a big deal!?!?!? It's a turkey sandwich, not some great masterpiece!

When it comes to cold subs... I haven't found better. Fresh and filling! The staff is also great and energetic, and always friendly.

I ordered the regular size "famous roast beef and provolone". The sandwich was prepared as I watched. The veggies were fresh, the meat was tasty, and the bread was perhaps the best bread I have ever tasted on a sub. The ingredients were plentiful, so the sub was very filling. The interior was clean, and the service was friendly. The email club provides some good discounts.

Jersey Mike's offers good subs, decent cheesesteaks, and decent pizzas. For me, they are on-par with a Mr. Goodcents on the cold sub front, but not quite as good as a Planet Sub or Which Wich. They blow a place like Subway completely out of the water. Hopefully that gives a good idea of where they rank among other sub chains in the area. This location is always clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Great choice for a quick lunch.

Their subs remind me a bit of the Walmart pre-made subs. I have only been here once. Staff was friendly and helpful. To me it's an average shop with average or above average prices for what you get. I'll take Firehouse Subs anyday over these guys.

I don't know why anyone would bother with Subway or any other sub shop, for that matter. This place has them all beat by miles. I drive clear from up north just to get a sandwich or wrap... they're that good. Wish they hadn't moved this location or they would put some that aren't so far south.

Been going here since they first opened- cheesesteaks are great. Lately I've been getting a small turkey sandwich "Mike's Way" and they are delicious. Plenty of food for a great price.

its a good place to pick up a decent pie! About $16 for large pizza that will fill the family, not bad price, and pretty good pizza.

I like this place for several reasons. They have mini sizes if you aren't super hungry. They have hot and cold sub options and they have a griddle so they can sauté onions and peppers for your sandwich if I think is very yummy. They do have pizza too but I've never tried it. I love the Big Kahuna with chicken and the Philly chicken. Crisp onions and peppers with grilled chicken and melted cheese oh yum. It is a bit pricy but they mail coupons and it's a good quality sub in my book.

Great guys working the place...they were super friendly and accommodating. I had the super club (the thing was a tower of meat and veggies) and my boyfriend had the Big Kahuna (Philly with jalapeños pretty much) I ate like half of his sandwich I think...they both were awesome and we will definitely be back.

My lunch crew and I go (went) here once or week or there about. I've had the pizza (it's OK) and a few of the several dozen subs they offer. They offer a mini size (about 4-5 inches), regular (7.5"), and giant. They also offer sub-in-a-tub which is breadless (but no price break), and a wrap. Normally this mini option is nice if you're not too hungry, but I'm not sure if it's offered on every item. The meats are plentiful and fresh and good tasting. The bread is fresher than other places. As I mentioned, there are a lot of items to choose from and a few different toppings to add like pepper relish and fresh, crispy bacon. There's a popular option to get your sandwich "Mike's Way", which I decline, but it's essentially drowning the sandwich with special oils and seasonings, and most everyone seems to choose this. Now, the bad. This place is quite pricey. Even the aforementioned mini sized subs are $5.25 (they just raised their prices) and a regular is usually around $7.50-$8.50. That's pretty much the killer for our crew going there any more, except on rare occasions.

I had been wanting to stop here since I happen to pass it a couple months ago. I finally did and decided on a philly. Was way too cheesy for me and meat didn't seem seasoned. Roomie got a deli and it was good. If I come back I would stick with one of those.

I would say of the Subway, Mr. Goodcents & Planet Sub type stores, this place is no New York Deli but I'll take it over those three.

I decided to stop in for lunch after hearing from a few people that the sandwiches are delicious. Even the name, Jersey Mike"s set the expectation that the sandwiches will be as phenomenal as the sandwiches that I eat on the east coast. Unfortunately, the expectations that I had for Jersey Mike's was disappointing. Because I do not eat red meat or pork, my sandwich selection was limited. I had a choice between the turkey sandwich, chicken parm, and the chicken philly. I decided on the chicken philly because I did want to pay for a turkey sandwich that I could make myself at home and the boy behind the counter did not recommend that I try the chicken parm. My chicken philly was disaster in a hoagie roll. The cheese was overwhelming, there was not enough chicken for the size of the roll and the amount of cheese, and the chicken had a processed and fatty after taste. The only thing I enjoyed about my sandwich was the bread which was slightly on the dry side. For $10, I could have bought the chicken platter at Mr. Gyros next door.
