It's been 7 years since I've set foot inside a BR. My sister is visiting from out of town and wanted a BR ice cream cone. We had to drive about 10 minutes to find one, but it was oh so worth it! We were able to taste the flavors before ordering. We had 4 one scoop ice cream cones for under $10! We've been to other ice cream locations and it's always so pricey. I can assure you that I will not wait another 7 years for another BR ice cream cone!

No complaints with this Baskin Robins. It isn't a mom and pop shop but it about like any of the other hand dipped ice cream parlor a in town - easy, friendly service and good ice cream. Also, it looks kinda old/dated inside but it is always clean! The store is pretty small and all the times I have been it has been nearly empty but I hear it gets busy in the summer. Parking has been full often but not impossible to find a spot. You are greeted when walking in and they aren't stingy with the samples. The flavors are pretty standard but there is room for new or seasonal flavors. Being a chain though they certainly have consistency going for them. I usually tip because I try samples of the new flavors but it isn't expected.

Super friendly staff! Lots of different ice cream cakes to choose from! Very helpful on explaining which was what. Even helped me carry it to my car. Thanks!

I have been in Baskin's in many cities because it is my favorite ice cream shop in the Midwest. The one is by far the best I have been in in regards to customer service. The staff in more "mature" and it is very clean. It is older, but beautifully decorated. Very cheerful and bright. Will definitely revisit when I am in town..

I hadn't been to a BR in years but thirty-one flavors are enough for me. My old standard, peanut butter and chocolate, was even better than I remember and loaded with delicious ribbons of peanut butter. We went with a group of nine, both children and adults. Everyone was able to find something to satisfy their tastebuds. The shop is small. A good scrubbing wouldn't hurt as the place is lightly coated in sugary sweetness. Ice cream is a uniter and it certainly served it's purpose on this family outing. Will I go back? I won't be a regular but I will stop in from time to time.

Baskin-Robbins is one of the few places that you can get a dairy free option. They usually have a lemon sorbet or a lime sorbet. Both are great with sprinkles. The staff here is always friendly and cheerful and I know I can always get something to eat. During the summer they get extremely busy, it's a very small store, so you have to be patient in order to get your ice cream. They are in a stripmall so parking is sometimes hard to find, and you have to park on the back of the mall, and walk up to the store. It is a great place to hang out when the weather is hot and you want something chilly to snack on. I would recommend popping in and getting a scoop or two.

Tried to get a waffle cones four times. Each time they've been sold out. And "too busy" to make new ones. That'd be fine if the employees weren't checking Facebook while telling us that (with lots of 'tude). The upside? We left and went to Dips & Sips, which is 100 percent better AND way cheaper -- and they had waffle cones! (I really love ice cream. I think that's the take-away here.)

Did you know Baskin Robbins is the only ice cream place I've ever convinced to make me a 100% ice cream ice cream cake? You may not care, but it is. Tucked into a strip mall in mission, this Baskin Robbins always seems to be busy, further proof that Americans love their ice cream. Although the place may not look like much, the ice cream is always fresh and the staff is stellar. Mostly high schoolers, but they are very nice and attentive.

I don't frequent ice cream parlors, but this particular Sunday I was craving a piece of peanut-butter-chocolate-waffle-cone nostalgia. It was nice and warm...and Mother's day...so we probably should have calculated these factors before solving this equation Nonetheless, I am glad we stayed! The store was a ZOO. I mean, 25 people, at least? But there were four (or more) high-school-aged kids running the show and they were polite, fast and attentive. High-five, 31 Flavs. If I want ice cream again--you're my place.

As I've said in my other BR review, these are becoming extinct. Unlike the Olathe location this one is still great. I first found this one on the free scoop day. Busy, but they teenage staff handled it very well. I've enjoyed coming back here when I can make the trip.

I have to agree with Tresha. I go to this BR once every month or two. There are always good flavors to try, I'm one to go for no sugar added chocolates, which never disappoint. Also, I just choose something new for my boyfriend as well and he's always happy.
