Everything is extremely over-salted. They need to figure out how to make an original freddy's burger without 10 oz of salt plastered on the top.

Went through the drive thru last Friday night and waited a half hour to get our food. Drive thru worker didn't even apologize and argued with my wife about the correct name of Freddy's Sauce. Emailed Freddy's Corporate a week ago with no response. We will be taking our business to Culvers!! Terrible customer service all around!!!!!

We were here on Saturday at noon and the place was PACKED. We were lucky enough to be at the front of the rush. A trainee took our order, but everything came out just like we ordered it. One of the employees stopped at our table a few times to pick up our tray, empty baskets, etc. The food was fine... We had hot dog combo: one with fries and one with onion rings. The fries were good at first, but they get kind of chewy after 5 minutes or so. I've never seen the appeal of those little shoestring fries. I really enjoyed the onion rings. The hot dogs were good...nothing life changing. The annoyance was the line winding between the tables, although we tried to sit far from the counter. There were a lot of kids rushing around banging into us the whole time. Eventually the kid/employee picking up from tables did get a little annoying...asking to take the basket of fries away as we were actively stuffing then into our face, but I know by that time there were no empty tables, so they were tying to encourage us to leave, although we really weren't goofing off or anything. Overall, not bad. I'd go back. Just not right when every youth sports team was there! This part of town needs more restaurants. Freddys is a nice addition.

Wow, after reading the other reviews, I'm almost afraid to write mine. This is a rating for a fast food restaurant, so four stars --in comparison to other fast food restaurants. Freddy's is a bit more diner-like, with the thin hamburger patties made of what I'm guessing is high fat content beef. But, it's not a mystery what it's made of, unlike some other fast food restaurants which must pack in the soy fillers. The cheese is always nicely melted, rather than like McD's cheese, which I swear is really edible plastic. I love shoestring fries, so those are on my love-it list, too (the crisper the fry, the better). As for the ice cream, it's just another custard, and some could use more mixing sometimes. However, I don't recommend the roast beef sandwich--I don't see it on menu, but it was advertised in store. First time, it came out cold, so I asked if it was supposed to be a cold sandwich. They tried to fix that, but the bun wasn't soft until it became soggy, and it wasn't terribly flavorful.

This Freddy's opened a few months ago and we finally tried it. We have been to Freddy's once many years ago in Topeka but I don't really recall the experience. The experience here was meh. I'm not a huge fan of the super skinny fries but they were hot and crispy and I liked the fry sauce. The hot dog I had was kind of skinny but the casing was nice and crispy and they were happy to add onions and mustard. My hubby had the patty melt and my daughter a double cheese burger. Both said they were fine but not really any better than any other fast food burger you can buy. Then we got custard...disappointing. The concretes only had toppings mixed in about 1/3 of the way down then it was straight custard. The sundae I had was too much ice cream, not enough topping. And I wasn't a fan of the texture of the custard - really firm, almost like hard ice cream. We most likely won't be back.

This location is in serious need of improvement. Four drive thru experiences and order wrong each time. Last time onion rings literally dripping grease. Will not be making fifth visit.

Not sure what has happened to this franchise but at all locations they have degraded to poor quality. The burgers are like eating a block of salt! I thought this location might be different since being new but turned out to be the same salt bomb that you feel for hours! Only reason i gave it 2 stars is service has improved since opening and the fries and custard are top notch. Maybe their frozen patties are shipped pre-seasoned then they are seasoning them again upon preparation?? Fix this please!!

Knowing this was a new location my family and I thought we'd give this a try. Big mistake. With 5 cars in front of us it took us 20 min to make it to the speaker. The speaker was super quiet. I mean like I could barely hear the girl. We then waited another 10 min to get to the window. Out of 5 items ordered (all custard), 1 of them was wrong, and all 5 weren't mixed well. I'd probably avoid this location for now.
