my first time, and absolutely loved it!!!! my aunt ordered beach club, and it looked so good that i took half of her sandwich (okay, i traded her for my turkey sandwich but i got the better end of the deal)... I especially loved the garlic/avocado taste in beach club! i really really really wish we had jimmy john's in california... i know i would go there a lot more often! my next visit to kansas, i'll definitely go back to try other gourmet sandwiches!

Jimmy Johns really came through for us. At work couldn't get out for lunch when we remembered JJ delivers Ya. Ok we were just a little out of the delivery area and they helped us out anyway. (Lucky we are a big company with lots of orders I guess.) I had the Country Club on 7 grain wheat bread delicious I've tried the french bread it's just too tough. The sandwich was great lots of meat plenty of toppings and fresh bread. My coworker had the Italian night club with the hot peppers wow it looked great, I'll try it next time. Maybe I can have one of every thing they all look so good. Overall great service and good food. Bye bye to you other sub shops

Took 40 minutes to get 1 sandwich and a pickle. When I finally got it, the bread was just about rock hard. I'm not impressed at all.

Freaky fast...I'll give them that. Freaky good...debatable. Pretty average, if you ask me. The service here is awful. The counter is run by what looks like a bunch of high school or college age boys with zero customer service skills. They do not greet customers. The one who took my order did not even look at me. He was looking vaguely out the window. I got my sandwich and despite it being a to go order, i had to ask for a bag. It just seems like they can do a lot better.

Usually like Jimmy John's but the service at this one stinks. My some doesn't like jig chunks of veggies so usually they will chop them up before putting them on the sandwich. Not here. So we asked them to just out them on the side. Not here. Unreal.

Let me start this by saying that I love Jimmy John's. Great food and great prices all around. BUT, this location is NOT "freaky fast" with delivery. I work at an office less than a mile away from this location and I order Jimmy John's at least 3 times a month. They have never delivered my simple order in less than 45 minutes. My co-workers have similar experiences. I find this to be unacceptable. When I order from other stores when I'm at home or in other places the delivery is very quick. But for some reason this location has issues.

First, let me preface this by saying that the sandwich I ordered was incredible...definitely far superior to any other sub shop. That's the good news. Maybe I went on a day when the guy who took my order and my teenage son's order was in a bad mood. I had never been into a JJ's before. I politely inquired at the counter about their sandwiches, etc. The guy behind the counter was so rude. He pointed up to the menu hanging above him and said, "Read the sign. That's where you order." He was RUDE!!! He was snippy and short-fused. My 17-year-old son asked a question about a sandwich very politely, and he received the same curt response, "Like I said...look at the sign above me," as he quickly pointed a finger to the menu above him. What a jerk. But wait! It gets worse. He then forgot to remind my son to get his chips. (Never been here before - didn't know you could just grab a bag. He also forgot our drink cups and seemed put out that I politely reminded him.) Then...are you ready for this? Are you sure? As you may never want to order food here again or at least avoid the use of their "freaky fast" delivery service. After my son and I ate inside the restaurant, I got up to go to the restroom to wash my hands. After I came out of the restroom, my son was done with his lunch and we walked out together, but he was in a hurry to get me out the door. As we walked to our car, he proceeded to tell me, "Mom....you are never going to believe this. You know that guy who took our order who was such a jerk to us? I saw him preparing an order for delivery and after he filled up a to-go cup with soda, he blew his nose in it, put the lid on it, and walked out the door with it to deliver it." This horrified my son for the obvious reason but also because he works in the fast-food industry and keeps a keen eye on that stuff (Yes, I know...this gross stuff has happened elsewhere, but for him to have actually seen it where he was eating really freaked him out.) I was so disgusted but at the same time, the manner in which we were treated by this guy was consistent with that horrifying behavior. Sadly, I will never go into a JJs again, despite the fact that the sandwich was good. This incident has ruined JJs reputation for me forever, and I was none too shy about telling the folks in the business a few doors down where I had an appointment right after lunch never to go to JJs again - as many of them do - they were all equally horrified and JJs just lost a bunch of customers there. Word of mouth spreads quicker than snot out of a nose! I have every intention of telling anyone I know about this incident. This was just appalling and unforgivable. I wish I had gotten that guy's name. I know what he looks like, but I will never go into that establishment again. FREAKY GROSS!

Easy a simple place to have lunch. Nice and clean very new location. I recently ordered box lunches from the location for a presentation and everything came out very nicely and the price was reasonable. I will return and I recommend this location highly.

Quick indeed! Nothing fancy, but good subs nonetheless. Can't go wrong with a #12 (Beach Club) with extra avocado spread and double sprouts. I prefer the french bread over the sliced multi-grain bread. Like any other JJ's I've been in, these were chipper, friendly folks. This location was also very clean.

This Jimmy Johns rocks. I order delivery here about once a week and they've NEVER scrambled my order. They are quick too deliver and food is always delicious. Lobe 'em.

Ok... the bread makes a huge difference. Get the soft wheat bread unless you like tough bread. I like to keep my teeth in my face, so I order the soft bread. The Italian Night Club is pretty good and it does need the hot peppers. There are enough to share so don't let everyone order extra peppers- they are like 60cents per order. The "gourmet" sandwiches are the only ones that interest me. The left side of the menu is too skimpy. However, if you order any of the last 4 gourmet sandwiches on the right please be advised they don't have cheese. "Sauce" means olive oil and vinegar. They really are fast to deliver. The chips are kettle chips and they are like 2 bucks a bag. Pricey. They have Jalapeno, salt and vinegar, original, bbq and baked. No minimum delivery. No delivery fee.
