Having a Starbucks craving on a Sunday, the Fort Leavenworth Starbucks was closed. This left the Price Chopper Starbucks as the only local option. My wife and niece just came back from there and the experience was less than pleasant. The female barista had an attitude and was unprofessional. It wasn't necessarily what she said but how she said it. I wanted a blended drink, the blender was down, which meant half or more of the Starbucks drinks were unavailable to make. My next choice was a Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. They decided to make the drink and then after the fact explain they had no salt for the drink because it's a seasonal drink. So no blended drinks, attitude problem and made my drink without all of the ingredients. My wife ended up not even getting a drink because she'd prefer not to give any money to this Starbucks location after her experience, so a profit loss due to a poor experience. This was around 6:00-6:30 pm 28 June 2015. The manager may want to retrain their employee's on customer service.
