Dianna herself was very kind, accommodating and willing to work on a holiday for our rehearsal dinner. All of our early interactions with her were positive. However, the food was very undercooked. Half of our guests were served chicken that was almost raw. The pieces on the outer edge of the dish were cooked through and very good. But the chicken pieces in the middle were not cooked. Most of the food was not hot. She needed better heating burners and smaller pans. We were disappointed. It was terribly embarrassing to have so many of our guests leave the dinner hungry because the food was inedible. I was relieved that none of the wedding party got sick. Cannot recommend.
