Good value. Good food. Good portions. Tasty salsa. Tacos could use a bit more seasoning, but marinated chicken was good.

Ordered the Burrito Verde, Chimichanga style, with green Chile sauce, and sour cream. Delicious! Service was FAST. The pork was tender, and the green sauce was slightly tangy. Being from Arizona, I had some trepidation ordering Mexican food in Kansas, but I was quite pleased. I can't imagine being in Coffeyville again, but if am, I'll try to return!

This restaurant gets an A+ in my book. Great food, very fast service, clean, well lighted, and had a full bar. The waiter and wattress was very polite and quick to respond to requests for more salsa and drinks. The salsa was fresh and tasty. I ordered the chicken taco salad and was impressed with the size of it. I will plan to stop here again. P.S. I travel all over the US and never get better service than I did here.

This had to be the most bland and boring Mexican food I have ever eaten! Granted, being from Arizona I should have known better then to try and get Mexican food in Kansas but based on the other reviews, I had high hopes. And the service was non existent. The only positive thing I can say was the chips had salt on them.

The food here is fresh and good. The prices are reasonable. Not many choices in Coffeyville, even so, this restaurant would be good anywhere. The service was great and the Margarita delish!

I have eaten at this place twice and both times my meals were tasty, probably the best you can get in the places like Coffeyville. I remember having their shrimp fajita once and it was better than the one I had in NYC. The chips and salsa are not bad either. Their dessert flan was good too. I really think it is a good place for Coffeyville and you can tell by the crowds you see on weekends nights.

This is a sparkly new restaurant in an area where there isn't a lot from which to choose. We had very attentive service with well prepared food. It was a busy Saturday night, but the turnaround was quite fast and I felt the price was very reasonable. The menu was fairly large, so there is something here for just about everyone. I would recommend this spot for someone who wants reasonably priced Tex-Mex in a casual setting. Alcohol is served.

Ah El Pueblitos... I have to say this is a sinful pleasure of mine! They have a new location. I absolutely love the new building! So much more room... alot less lines! They have always been quick and friendly. They have always gone above and beyond the expected service. This new building has all hand painted art on the walls. Makes me remember my trip to Cozumel. Sorry... floating off to a day dream... I have to say I think they might of created the next deadly sin.. the Queso.. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm is all i can say... I have tried to duplicate it.. Haven't achieved it yet. Has a hint of Jalapeno with a nice creamy white cheese sauce. Everyone I know has their favorite menu item here. Mine is the Burrito supreme. Which I smoother with Queso dip! hahaha yes I'm obsessed! Hubs loves the Carne Asada. One of my good friends loves the Chimicanga. No matter who you ask there is something that everyone just loves! Oh did i mention... You see the pic of myself? That my friends is the large Margarita.. Which is a pitcher! oh yeah..... can you say Margarita night!?! They have peach, mango, strawberry and the classic! Sounds like a good excuse for a Margarita night to me! Oh and don't forget to take someone there on their birthday.... grab your camera... and watch the whip cream mustache happen! This place is def where us locals will tell you to go!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
