This was the first time I've ever seen a Starbucks connected to a gas station. I kept that in mind when we went in. The staff were friendly and the pastry case was full of a variety of treats. (Several Starbucks branches I go to regularly are not nearly as stocked as this one was.) The restrooms had paper towels everywhere and the front of the house was in a little bit of disarray.

Hooray for a Starbucks with a drive-thru! This one is located right next to a gas station, right off the interstate, so it's convenient. The drive-thru line moved very quickly, and my order was correct. What more can you ask for?!

I order a grande bold with a splash soy at each and every Starbucks I go to and this is the FIRST location where the barista/cashier showed me the cup at the counter and asked how the color was! Now, this was excellent for me because when I say "a splash" I literally mean "a splash" and they usually put way too much. She put the perfect amount, but the fact that she asked how it was definitely made me happy!

One of the better starbucks in the indy area. They are quick, helpful and overall it has always been a good experience for me. They are colocated with a gas station which makes it loose the high end feel but inside the store it is very nice like a typical starbucks. Dont let this factor scare you away as it is still a corporate location.

I utilize this Starbucks too much throughout the work week. It's so incredibly close to where I work that the drive through is pretty much begging for my business. And I cave. Every time. The staff are usually very friendly and quick with my order. The decor inside this particular Starbucks? Eh. But, for being attached to a gas station, it still manages to keep me coming back for more. Love me some Starbucks!

We've been visiting this Starbucks for several years now and we've always found it to have friendly service and the high quality beverages and treats that you expect from Starbucks. While it's still a "treat" to us and not an everyday thing, we do appreciate this location being so close to home. The only comment I would make is that their outside "porch" facing the gas station is almost comical. But there's really nothing they could do about that.

The staff at starbucks is so well trained. I have had Starbucks for over twenty five years. I love your coffee but love your staff at speedway and country club in Tucson AZ more, they are a great and certainly make me feel like I am having coffee at a friends home instead of a corporate store. This staff should be the training store for all of Starbucks. Thank you Starbucks for wonderful coffee and thank you everyone at my favorite store in Tucson , AZ..... Carman Wong

I've really had enough of this Starbucks. I stop at it every once in a while on my way between Lafayette and Indianapolis because it breaks up the drive and I like a little caffeine boost. Invariably, whether I walk in or use the drive-through, they screw up my order. Usually it's something like whipped cream when I didn't want it, but this time they put regular milk in my drink when I asked for soy. I asked for soy because I'm lactose intolerant. The pain I experienced from their mistake has finally convinced me to never stop at this location again.

On Sunday, August 19th, my husband and I, along with another couple, were returning to West Lafayette, IN from the Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis, IN. We were tired after a long day, and it's about an hour drive, so we decided to stop at the first Starbucks we could find that was just outside of Indy (to avoid local traffic), to get a little caffeine. According to Google Maps, the Starbucks located at 6378 Crane Drive in Whitestown, IN would be open until 10 p.m., and it was 9:12 p.m. when we got off on exit 130; so we weren't worried, even though from a distance we could see a line of cars. We considered getting gas at the gas station next door, but decided not to. When I pulled into the drive-thru, there weren't any more cars in line, so I was expecting a fast, efficient crew. Instead, when I spoke our order into the drive-thru's speaker, I got no response. I repeated it, but still, no response. I then said "hello" a few times, but again, no response. I thought that maybe their speaker was broken, that's been the case before at a Starbucks, so no big deal. I drove forward to speak with someone at the window. I saw a girl at the register and tried to get her attention by waving my arm around, this did nothing. I lightly honked my horn once, she turned her head and looked at me. I smiled and waved, so that she would understand that I just wanted to get her attention, not to be rude or anything like that. She looked at us, almost thru us, with a blank stare, and turned away. We sat there, puzzled. I was about to honk and wave again, when she walked away. I was hoping this was to go get someone else or something like that. After a short while, she came back to the register area, but did not face us, and did not look at us again. I was stunned at the way she was ignoring us, but I tried to remain calm and reserved, I didn't want to get upset over a simple misunderstanding. As my patience began to wear thin, another girl walked by, I took the opportunity, and honked. She stopped walking, and turned to look at us. I smiled and waved again, but she too just stared at us. Then, she seemed to huff as she also walked away from us, like we weren't there, like we didn't exist. Now I was upset. We started to wonder if Google Maps was wrong, and if the store was actually closed. But the lighted sign was still on, and the lights inside were still on. We continued thru the drive-thru and neared the front of the store. We were going to get out and check to see if the hours of operation were posted on the door, but at that point, we didn't want to give them our money anyway. Not after that rude display of customer service. Even if the store was closed, the only thing the employees needed to do, was tell us that; that would have made us slightly disappointed, but we would've been informed, and on our way. That would have been the decent thing to do. But no, they couldn't even be bothered to give us that, simple human courtesy. As we drove away, we saw a few people getting out of their cars and walking up to the store. We were going to warn them away from the bad customer service, but frankly I was too annoyed to be advising anyone, and didn't want to waste even one more second on that store. We have never received such rude service, actually, non-service, from a Starbucks before. It was truly unbelievable. Horrible customer service, we will never go here again! The next Starbucks we came across had great customer service, thankfully.
