Pretty mediocre breakfast joint. Nothing particularly special, but the service was good & I enjoyed the experience overall. I haven't tried their lunch options though, so they may be better. I got 2 egg breakfast w/ home fries and wheat toast (burnt). They poached my eggs nicely which doesn't always happen. My friend got the biscuits & gravy, which was okay. Definitely not the best I've had, but not the worst

I would definitely eat here again. The food was good, not the best ever, but hot and good, and the price was a total bargain. Service was friendly and quick. I had the 1/4 order biscuit and sausage gravy with a slice of ham and a small order of french toast. It was all really good and since this was my combo breakfast/lunch it kept me full until I ate dinner at 7:30 that night. It wasn't the BEST sausage gravy, but it did have a nice texture and the biscuit was soft and tasted good. I prefer zestier sausage gravy so if you like yours mild you'll probably like this. The interior is a little odd because there's a big bar in the center, but the walls are painted nice colors and the space is split into 3 areas so if there's a loud group you'll be able to sit away from them. Booths and tables.

I am a regular at this place. Like another reviewer said, it's a great place to get normal American fare if you don't wanna cook and you don't want fast food. Always had good service. They have fast, unsecured wifi with no frills.

Excellent breakfast with a reasonable price. Seems fairly new. Went in here because the other breakfast places were closed on Mondays, it was definitely a good choice. Had biscuits and sausage gravy, that was very good, with a side of eggs A la carte. Service was fast, coffee was great, and it was fairly quiet. For reference it's directly across SR 32 from Big Hoffa's.

We went to The Pancake House at about 6pm on a Monday night (they close at 8). This was one of those occasions where my family and I just wanted breakfast for dinner, and we didn't want to drive to far from home. I ordered the steak & eggs. The steak was a bit on the tough side, but I've learned to lower my expectations on that, due to the low cost (this isn't going to be an Eddie Merlot steak, of course). Overall, not a bad meal, and you can't beat the price.

There breakfast is very good. You get plenty of food at a reasonable price. I love the fact that you can order breakfast for dinner. Not any other place near here offers this My wife and I have eaten dinner here several times now. Their all you can eat fried chicken on Tuesdays comes with plenty of sides and you will Definitely not leave here hungry. This is a small mom and pop type place and I actually enjoy helping to support a local small business while enjoying some very reasonably priced tasty items. I recommend that you give them a try!

I was in just a week ago for breakfast. Good service, only two people there. The food was lacking. Eggs sunny side up were not cooked well. Biscuits and gravy were bland. Overall I was uninspired.

What a pleasant surprise to find this little gem of a restaurant in Westfield! Good, basic food at great prices. Generous portion sizes which allowed us to bring some food home for lunch the next day. Not a "special celebration" type of restaurant, but highly recommended for a night when you just don't want to cook dinner.

Me and my girlfriend were out riding the motorcycle on a beautiful day, and had some time to spare. We were both hungry so we decided to try The Pancake House for lunch. Can't say I was expecting much walking in, and I can't say I was surprised walking out. The entire staff(from what I saw) were Mexican. Of course, this is not a problem as long as they speak English well. Our server sat and greeted us, took our drink order, and returned to our table 4 times within 5 minutes before we were ready to order our food. He seemed bored, as did they rest of the staff. They congregated by the register up front waiting for people to come in. Their menu is pretty big, which immediately tells me majority of it is awful. Alas, it was lunch time and I felt like a sandwich. I ordered their french dip(don't believe they call it that, it was a roast beef sandwich with au jus sauce) and chips. Usually this sandwich is prime rib, but yeah right. The very first thing I noticed is my sandwich was served with cold "Ruffle" chips. Are you kidding me? That's the best you can do? At least mention on the menu when you're giving me (one of the worst) name brand chips. Believe me, I'd get something else instead. As for my sandwich, it wasn't the worst I've had. They claimed they make the au jus sauce in house, I'd say they probably do. Often times Au Jus just tastes like dirty water with salt, theirs actually had flavor, although not the best. I needed two refills during my meal, and had to request for both. Did I mention before we were the only people there? My girlfriend ordered scrambled eggs, french toast, and bacon. She enjoyed the french toast and the bacon, but the eggs were not enjoyable. Scrambled eggs should be fluffy, vibrant in color, and full of flavor. These were flat, brown, and disgusting. I may one day decide to give The Pancake House another shot, but not for a long time. If/when I do I will update this review, but for now I give them 1 star.

A best kept secret! Try the Mexican omelet or biscuits and gravy. Mild or bold coffee available, if you ask. Very friendly wait staff! We'll be back soon!

Not good. Bad service, bland food, how can you screw-up breakfast? Go to MARLOW'S learn how to make breafast.

It's not a trendy New York runway type of eating establishment for people with their noses in the air and pinkies out. But it IS a place to go for a home cooked type of meal. The menu does have variety. There were several things I wanted to try but I went with the smothered chicken. My wife got the French dip. My 11 year old got the jalapeno burger. We were all happy with the meal. Prices weren't bad. The burger came with stale chips from a bag but the waiter was honest and told us before hand. We could have gotten fries but it was a $2 up charge. That was what we found as the oddest thing. We also tried their fried biscuits with apple butter which were yummy! The environment was kinda home-like as well. The music they were playing was terrible...Deborah Gibson post her 80s hits and Xanadu type stuff that almost put me to sleep. The waiter was new so we were patient with him. But to sum it all up, it wasn't the cleanest place in the world, but neither is my home. We are definitely gonna eat there again!

2/09/2014 We arrived at approx 4:15 pm. Upon entering the front door I noticed that it looked very dirty and it only got worse from there. We went in and 4 employee's were sitting in the booths all on their cell phones. We greeted a young man who told us to sit anywhere, I then noticed that the restaurant was really dirty and there was only one other patron in the restaurant. We ordered an ice tea which after taking a drink we both said OMG this tea is so stale. Now tell me, when you don't have any people in there why are you not cleaning the place. Our waiter was dressed in all black and had an apron on and it was so nasty that it turned me off. We got up and walked out and no one said a thing. Please don't waste your time on this restaurant. I really felt like a cockroach might walk out any time. If the restaurant is that dirty in the dining area I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like.

Nice little restaurant to visit. Great service, clean, and good selection on the menu. They were having a $0.99 Kid's Menu (Under 12) Special going on when we visited. The portions on the kid's menu was very sufficient for my hungry 9 year old. What a great deal! The pancakes looked extremely fluffy and no complaints from my children! My only complaint is that they use regular American cheese single slices on my omelet. When one orders an omelet at anywhere besides fast food, one expects shredded cheese. Maybe, I'm weird...but I just don't buy or eat heavily processed cheese singles!

Terrible service. 10 minute great times, another 10 minutes to get drinks and have been waiting over an hour for the food. I'm not sure if we ever will get it. I regret ever entering this building. Stay away unless you are wanting to waste a couple hours of your life!
