Don't let the fast-food facade fool you. This place is a small miracle of great Mexican quisine. I recently moved to Vincennes from Los Angeles and, respectfully, I just haven't been blown away by the local Mexican fair. When I saw the Chava's sign while driving down Hart Street I had to give it a try. What a delight! The pork quesadilla was fresh and soooo tender! The cheese (always a giveaway) tasted wonderful, and it was completely affordable! My wife and I enjoyed it so much we couldn't stop eating. I want to start a campaign to get the word out on this place, so it will be around for a long time!

My teen daughter told me about this place. It's like subway but Mexican food. The food was really good and affordable. Fast service. Great place to eat. :)

Chava's offers Mexican food fast, and it does this extremely well. The food is of very high quality and tastes great. It all seems very fresh. My wife and I both absolutely love the nachos, which are made to your specifications when you order and are big enough to make a meal out of. In fact, we love the nachos so much we haven't tried much else. The staff is friendly. I would recommend this place for a tasty lunch or dinner on the go.
