We went through the drive through. The coffee was very tasty amd the donuts were the best raised donuts I've ever had! I'll keep an eye out for this place from now on!!

Seriously, people were not joking about the good service at Tim Horton's. Service was A+. I ordered a ranch chicken wrap, mac & cheese, and an iced mocha. The chicken wrap was nice, very cheap for a pretty good sized item. Mac & cheese was also big. I'm a big mac & cheese fan--it was good, not great. They lose a star for their iced mocha. The coffee taste overwhelmed everything. I should warn you, I am not a big coffee drinker, so I might be particularly sensitive. I'll definitely go back to try some of their other drinks and desserts.

This place is so slow in the morning. People were standing around when they could've opened a 2nd register. I thought going in would be faster than the drive thru but I was so wrong. There isn't time for chatting up your customers when the line is 6-7 people deep and you have yet to fill orders from the previous 2 people. I beg you to please figure out how you can step up. Your cashier shouldn't be leaving the front to make coffee and fill orders for others when your line is that long AND there are plenty of people who can do that for her. Your coffee may be great but the workers put a bad taste in my mouth. This location is worth no stars, but maybe giving 1 will get your attention. I ordered the #7 meal which is the multigrain panini. It's a egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. I couldn't eat it. It looked like a fake sandwich that you see in one of those play kitchens your child has. The bread was soggy from the heat of the egg. I opened the sandwich to try to solve something and just couldn't do it. I won't be ordering that again. I'm not sure how they can serve that with a smile. It needs to disappear from their menu.

How often do quick serve restaurants exceed your expectations? More than one year ago, I'd never stopped at Tim Hortons, though Canadians had raved about them for years. I rarely drink hot coffee or doughnuts but the panini sandwiches got me in the door. The ham and cheese panini and the bacon, tomato, and cheese panini are great, especially on multi-grain bread. I'm shocked that I would enjoy multi-grain bread when I don't like whole wheat bread at all. The iced tea was acceptable and probably better for western tastes. Update: tried some iced coffee and iced latte and didn't like it as much as I'd hoped. I wonder how they'd do in Japan with UCC and Key Coffee there. Customer service was pleasant, which is always a surprise at any place in town.

Things Tim Horton's excel at: 1. Customer Service 2. Donuts! 3. Atmosphere Things Tim Horton's can improve with: 1. Coffee (blech) 2. Soups I always get awesome service, and I love the donuts. I came here about a week ago and got some chicken noodle soup. Unfortunately it was about 90% broth. 4 noodles max and maybe 2-3 carrots. Could have been a fluke, but I was bummed by the lack of chunkiness in my soup. Sandwiches are average. Go for the donuts!

It's ok. A doughnut is a doughnut in my opinion. Hot chocolate is good, especially at Christmas with the mint and sprinkles! Rest of the food is good.

Having lived in Boston, where Dunkin Donuts has a monopoly, I can say that Tim's doughnuts aren't anything too out of the ordinary. They're pretty much identical to DD's, both in taste and options. I can't speak for the coffee, but the apple cider, to be honest, is pretty lackluster compared to Starbucks. The hot chocolate is good, especially with the peppermint flavoring added to it. And don't miss the cinnamon french toast bagel. NOM. Where Tim Horton's really shines is with their employees. DD's staff is universally surly, and Starbucks' can be hit or miss, Tim Horton's hires the nicest people on the planet. They go out of their way to make sure your everyday doughnut experience is made special, whether it's in the store or at the drive-thru.
