Stop trying to act like you're too good for Olive Garden. It is delicious. Oh, yelp is mad that this review is too short. So, I recommend the short ribs with risotto, or absolutely anything else. Mean cheesecake too.

Let's see. We've been fasting all day and we could eat at sunset, so we decide to get there at 9 (we can eat at 9:15). The idea was, if we ordered early we could get our food early. We are seated right away at 9 because I had a reservation, but the restaurant was pretty much empty on a Thursday night. Immediately, we noticed there was food all over the floor, and someone had to clean up around us as we were sitting. The waiter also was apparently too "busy" to stop by our table and give us a menu until 9:15. Keep in mind the restaurant is virtually empty. We ask for cups of water to start off. The waiter then disappears for 30 minutes. 45+ minutes just to get a cup of water and we've been fasting all day. We were literally getting up to leave, and the manager had to run over and apologize profusely and ask "what is going on here?!?" as if she is completely oblivious to their own poor service. We finally order. Food takes a while but we were a big group. Here's the final nail in the coffin: Two dishes of fish arrive raw. Very undercooked and inedible. Apparently their excuse was "they were cooking them in a hurry." I honestly would have a much better quality time going to Mcdonald's. I used to really like Olive Garden to be honest, but we are never coming back here again.

Absolutely terrible service but I contribute it to poor staffing...or at least I hope that is what it was. We were sitting at the six top in the bar and the bartender was trying to manage the patrons at the bar, the orders coming in from the rest of the restaurant, and all of the tables in the bar area. The manager did walk through but never helped. It took over an hour to get our food and when it did arrive we weren't impressed. The potato soup was far spicier than it's ever been making it almost uneatable. Maybe it was the very bottom of the barrel so all the spices landed in the two bowls we ordered? We ordered cheesecake but it came out completely frozen so we couldn't even get a fork through it. Our plates were never removed from the table and our drinks were not refilled. When the bills finally arrived at the table, the lag time in getting our charge cards picked up was so long we grabbed our stuff and tried to find the manager to pay. The bartender finally took our payment as we were walking by her.

No....At the booth next to us there was a "service dog" (cocker spaniel) with two fifty something females diners. The worst part is after they left there was no vacuuming, or even seeping under the table. Had it been an armed forces person, or someone with an need for a service animal and a real service animal- no problem. This is a restaurant manager with no regard for hygiene. If the law says anyone can bring in their dog with a vest on that anyone can buy at Petsmart, at least clean the area after they leave. Could the next diner have had pet allergies? Did you not owe it to them to at least make an effort?

Waited over an hour for a table. Once seated, our food arrived another hour later. The food was lukewarm. The table next to us never received their food. We will certainly not be back!

Very slow carryout order. Ordered an hour ago and waited another 30 minutes. Won't order carryout from here again.

Love this place. Atmosphere always welcoming patrons seem happy all the time. Love this place. Even though the last time I was here my server spilled an entire drink on me and my cell phone it wasn't bothering me because I just wanted the food. Love this place.

I always thought this was the best Olive Garden nearby. Until the last time I came here and I found a whole napkin in my bowl of soup...that was...disgusting.... But the rest of my meal was good. Although my date asked for a sweet peach tea and it came out unsweet and the waiter refused to get him a new drink until he finished that one...the staff are so rude but once you look past those mistakes their food is pretty good. I guess with the meal being so cheap you get what you pay for.

I was very upset with my visit . I asked for beer lady comes back states we out of that beer . Lady then serves everyone else states there is one substitute Heineken at that price . Of course not my beer of choice . Lady then goes on asking what I'd like to order in highly rushed fashion . Hovering over top tapping her hand . If I was not with my grandmother and it was hard for her to walk I would left with such rude service . Laurie was my server she had black hair she was pushing us pulling plates from right in front of us . She could show good quality service bus the table once we leave

We ate here Tuesday night, because we were looking something other than our usual. Saw the online reviews, and they were good, so said, "why not?" I have eaten at a couple other olive gardens in the last couple of years and had been less than impressed. So I was pleasantly surprised when the food was tasty. Our waitress took my "no shrimp anytime, ever" request without a blink, even smiled and said she has issues herself, and would be glad to let the kitchen know. (Yea! Wish we could rate service and food separately, she would have a five star! The atmosphere was typical Olive Garden, and since it was a Tuesday, the place wasn't packed, but I was surprised to see how busy they actually were for a Tuesday. I would eat here again. I love Italian, have had truly great Italian, and this isn't that. But they put out a very tasty product, quickly, with great service. No complaints.

Absolutely the best service I've ever seen. The manager on duty tonight went to the kitchen and made my GF (Gluten Free) mom a fresh batch of Alfredo for her pasta. Always had plenty of breadsticks and drinks. Despite the wait, the service and food is absolutely well worth it.

Having always been a fan of the mediocre Olive Garden Italian, we decided to try this spot. Eat one, Take one home, add a few bucks because the included dishes are more than limited. Service was good, atmosphere was ok. You get what you pay for, and I am always satisfied with my visit to OG.

I liked the atmosphere, surprisingly relatively quiet for a busy night. The food was good, the service was a little meh because the waiter switched our soup and salad but we didn't correct him. I don't know if I'd recommend this place to people, but if you're in the mood for italian, it's the place to go. Just don't have high hopes.

Everytime my family and I come to this particular location we agree it's the best Olive Garden we've been to. The food is always great and service is good too (although we sometimes feel they give the waiters too many tables - they try to provide good service but it's nearly impossible sometimes with their workload). Our only complaint is with called-in to-go orders, which we have gotten several times. They are stingy as all get out with the breadsticks. I am talking like only giving us 4-5 breadsticks when 3-4 entrees are purchased. Has made us mad more than once, and now my husband insists on additional breadsticks from staff before he leaves the restaurant with our carryout. Definitely try the lasagna rolltini - yum!

waitstaff was short but our waiter Bobby was wonderful in getting us our drinks, food, and paying attention to our needs to get in /out quickly. Friendly service. Olive Garden food; but water filled and breadsticks refilled quickly.

I had the Vino Bianco Pork Scallopini (available for a limited time), which was surprisingly excellent for a franchise restaurant. Good service and relatively low noise levels.

It's Olive Garden -- the Red Lobster of Italian food places. All you can eat salad and breadsticks, along with middle of the road Italian fare. Prices good, quality ok, service average, atmosphere poor.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
