Pleasantly impressed!! Don't be turned off by the gas station next door. The menu variety maybe a little overwhelming at first, but well worth the wait in choosing. (LOVE the 'Wheat Hampton' turkey sandwich) Give this place a try-should not disappoint!

Live close by to this location. Visit weekly and have never had a bad experience!! Amazing sandwiches. The Dagwood is one of the best on the menu. You can also call your order in ahead of time to speed up the process! Great place and amazing food. Would recommend to anyone.

I went here because I had a coupon for any sandwich, any size. The menu is HUGE, and can seem extremely overwhelming, but if you like pastrami, you'll be fine. The girl ringing me up didnt seem to know how to apply the coupon so she asked another girl over. I'm assuming she's the manager. While talking to me,this manager girl, who was wearing a white shirt instead of the black uniform, was trying to flick something out of her braces... After she left the original girl to finish up, she stood in the corner on the frontline, facing the handwashing sink, plucking at her teeth again. She did not wash her hands when she was done. There was a really nice young tall guy with dark hair there was really sweet to my daughter and gave her a sample of the gelato. He is the reason for the 3 stars. I got the taxi driver sandwich, and while I wasn't exactly sold at first, i save half of it for the next day and liked it a whole lot more after the flavors sat together.

Oh my gosh !!'n this is what I've been waiting for a sandwich shop that actually delivers on the East Coast style. I've been coming here for months since this dream opened. My favorite sandwiches is called the "little Italy "of course. I usually stop in on Thursdays about 9 AM shortly after I waking up because I've been thinking about that sandwich all night.

Stopped for a tank of gas and realized i was hungry. I've always been a fan of delis, so why not? Considering that this place looks like part of the gas station from the outside, i was pleasantly surprised to find a quaint little mini-deli without any lottery ticket dispensers on the counter. The menu is pretty tough to work through, but I've found that to be common in this type of eatery. You know...every possible combination of a dozen ingredients has its own name. Cute, but intimidating. I tried the Rockefeller Reuben and the sour cream potato salad. Only got a half sandwich, because i apparently forgot who i was while ordering. You have the option to make your Reuben with corned beef, pastrami, or turkey. I chose the corned beef and subbed spicy mustard for the Russian dressing. Gotta say i was not disappointed in the least (except in my lack of a second half-sandwich). The corned beef was awesomely tender, and the sauerkraut wasn't overly vinegar-y. The rye bead was lightly toasted and had a very mild flavor that didn't overpower the rest of the sandwich, but didn't just hang out on the sidelines, either. The potato salad was pretty effing awesome and slightly dill-y. For the price, i expected a bit more of a healthy portion of beef, but the sandwich was overall good. I don't know if I'll ever make the trip up here specifically for this place, but it's now officially on my radar every time i am near Hamilton Towne Center.

Let me just say this...this is no ordinary sandwich shop... Tried this gem on a whim as my hubs and I noticed it was across from a Crew Carwash. I was hooked just by walking in because of all the NYC graphics. Full disclosure...I'm obsessed with New York City, so slap some taxi yellow up on the wall and name your sandwiches after NYC landmarks and I'll be a customer for life! What you really come here for is the taste of this food! We're talking pastrami, corned beef, salami, turkey, ham, etc. On their website, they say that they do things the deli way...bake their own bread, fresh slice all their signature meats and cheeses, and make their deli salads fresh every single day! Truth. My fave selection right now is their Hampton which has turkey, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, avocado, mayo, and salt & pepper. It can be served hot or cold...I tend to go for hot and I tell them to add the avo afterwards for a more fresh bite. My hubs goes for more traditional fare such as the Mama Leone with ham, salami, pepperoni, and the works! They also have fun selections like Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Madison Sq. Garden (vegetarian option), Empire State, and many more! They have three locations here in Indy: 1.) Noblesville, near Hamilton Town Center 2.) Greenwood, south of Greenwood Park Mall on US 31 just past Main St. 3.) Indianapolis, downtown within City Way They also have a location in Bloomington, IN. Start spreading the news....New York, New York....

Go somewhere else! WAY too expensive for what you get. Check out the salad photo for $6.49 that I posted. Damn! Rip off! Also, I was the only one in there and waited 10 minutes.

First off walking in it was a deep freeze. The tables were sticky and hadn't been wiped down well. As far as the food...Pastrami was good but they overuse condiments. Potato salad was wayyy too sweet...and dill was either non existent or too little. Asked for a cold turkey sandwich ...meat was cold, bread was piping hot...i don't get it. I've tried this place three times now...last time at this location. Downtown Indy on Delaware St. is spectacular....it's smaller but the food is the bomb. You'd think they would be similar but since it's all fresh made there can be significant variation. The downtown prices are also a couple bucks cheaper per sandwich...go figure!

I was pleasantly surprised to pull into a TRUCK-Auto Stop, "service center," & find something DIFFERENT. This place brought back memories of NYC. The place is "crispy" clean, greatly decorated, & the food I got was VERY GOOD. It's pricier than the usual Interstate Service Center businesses, BUT the servings are better, & larger. It is what the name implies.

Tried their sandwiches for the first time tonight. While the kids liked their I Luv NY and meatball sandwiches well enough, the pastrami on rye was salty to the point of being inedible. It's like they added salt to the grilled pastrami. The dilled potatoes were OK and my daughter liked her fruit salad. For the cost I definitely expected better. We'll stick to Shapiro's in the future.

Coming from New York I was excited to find a place claiming to be a "New York Deli". I ordered a sub from the Indianapolis location and it was everything I expected it to be and more. It was by far the best submarine sandwich in the area. With all that being said I was more than excited to learn about the opening of a Gandolfos on the north side. I visited the Noblesville location tonight and was less than pleased. I ordered the "Brooklyn Bridge" which is the same sandwich I ordered from the Indianapolis location. I was expecting a turkey sandwich on a full hero roll like advertised (and the way it came the first time), instead the sandwich was delivered on a French baguette that was half the size and the same price as the advertised sandwich I received at the Indianapolis location only a few weeks prior. Don't waste your time or money at the Noblesville location. Apparently the only Gandolfos in Central Indiana that truly knows how to make a true New York deli sandwich is the downtown location.

Not bad. Good sandwich, but expensive I thought at first. Ended up with a huge sandwich with a pickle spear for just over six bucks. Extensive menu that can be confusing. I would definitely eat here again. The sandwich had two or three pounds of meat it seemed. No skimping here.

Being vegan, there's not much of any sort of option for me here, so I ordered to fries to give it a try. THAT SHIT WAS STRAIGHT UP ORE IDA FRIES FROM THE FREEZER AISLE THROWN IN A MICROWAVE. For a place that boasts such genuine New York food, that was lazy and cheap. I can't speak for the sandwiches, plenty of other people can for me, but I wonder what else they so lazily slack on

The bf and I were road-tripping from Minneapolis to Noblesville for Thanksgiving. Of course it took forever to get through Chicago, because traffic is always suck on holidays there and we drove on Wednesday. We were two hours behind and didn't get in til 9pm. His awesome grandparents were totally prepared with reubens for us. They were awesome. We each devoured a half sandwich because there was so much meat piled on it. We saved the other halves for snacks, and because it was Thanksgiving and there was so much other food, we were able to have a few bites at a time and ended up finally finishing them on Friday. It was awesome.

Great Dagwood sandwich. Restaurant was dirty. No wiped tables. Definitely a carry out location.

I didn't have high expectations for a place connected to a gas station. But I was pleasantly surprised. The logo looks almost identical to the old Schlotzsky's logo so I thought it might just be a rebranded Schlotzsky's, but it isn't that at all. I worked in NYC for a year after college and got spoiled by the authentic delis that seem to be on every block. One, they were good. Two, you got good bang for your buck. This is as close as I've found to one of those in the Indy area. Their smaller special today was a half meatball sub with a side and drink for $6.99. These days, any place you can score lunch for under ten bucks I consider a win. Sad but true. Not only was it easily under $10, but it was a LOT of food. Their half sandwich is bigger than most joint's whole. And the bread was very good, as were the meatballs. Give it a try. I'll definitely hit it again.

This is an easy to miss restaurant because it's in a strip with the anchor being a gas station. I had some coworkers who said we needed to try it so I went with them and did not know what to expect. it has a neat atmosphere of a New York style deli. When I look at the menu, it was a little overwhelming because there are so many options. I chose a sandwich that was pretty simple and when I ordered it I was asked if I want to double meat. This question sometimes makes me wonder if they don't put enough meat on in the first place but I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on a sandwich that I may not like so I declined. I'm so glad that I did. The regular sandwich come stacked high with plenty of meat and toppings. They put together a great, authentic New York deli sandwich that I have not seen anywhere else. This sandwich blows away the chain restaurant Subway sandwiches. I also have to say that their side dishes, including potato salad and banana pudding really set them above the rest.

SAD!!! Ordered a corned beef rueben. BLAND!! Pretty sure they just used roast beef. Had better corned beef from a plastic package. Hope this was just an honest mistake. Really expected more from a $13 sandwich. They might get another chance.
