This location is consistently subpar compared to the Carmel location. Their blizzards have no flavor. Their menu is also limited. Don't waste your money.

Typical DQ in my opinion. Blizzards are always good and staff is friendly. I'm not big on DQ food so I can't speak to that, but the ice cream and treats are great! Interior could use a little sprucing up but not bad and is clean.

This particular Dairy Queen is located Olio Road and Olivia Way the service was quick but the hospitality is very poor. Young employees without good skills in service. I also noticed they made fun of a few customers that came in which is absolutely said.

This sorry excuse for a Dairy Queen is the reason why chains are terrible places to depend on. If only Yelp's search function was better, I would have found Alexander's on the Square instead of this place. Terrible. Just plain bad. The assistance manager was impersonal and somewhat obtuse. Do you realize we can hear your conversations? And why the nickel and dime treatment? No napkins in the dispenser. When I bring it to your attention, do you hand me a napkin? No you fill the dispenser right in front of me and then turn it around as if the problem was taken care of, so I was supposed to get the napkins myself anyway. No ketchup on the tables or a condiment area, instead you have everything hidden in the back and I have to tell you twice that is not enough ketchup. Plus, why did you squeeze it onto my (kid's) hot dog. I am more than capable of dispensing the appropriate amount of ketchup. Then on top of it all, why was the hot dog white? Like it had been sitting in that water for days? Why was it disgusting (but the kid ate most of it)? The only redeeming factor is that the place was clean, but even then, do you have to spray the table right next to me in your cramped eating quarters when I'm eating? Why is your decor straight outta 1982? And, why did you pull out the trash and leave a drip trail behind you, only to not mop it up, but wipe the floor with a dish rag? Never again for this foolishness. I suggest you avoid too!

This location is consistently subpar compared to the Carmel Rangeline location. Their blizzards have no flavor. Their menu is limited, "We only have the local menu". If I'm wasting the calories, it better be good, but it's not here. Don't waste your money.
