I have been going to this particular Dunkin Donuts every morning for years, lately they have been hiring some rude Indian work horse employees that try to speed up the line by demanding customers have their order ready right away. It's disturbing. The location in Highland is a much more pleasant experience.

I've been to this Dunkin Donuts several times. Fast drive-thru, friendly over the intercom. When you pull up they say "Hello My Friend, what can I get you?" Love it! Always get the order right. Great location and the inside is very clean. They also have the best coffee too!! A++++

This dunkin donuts is one of the best I've been to. It is super clean and the service is fast and efficient. Absolutely lucky for it to be one of the closest ones to my house. Even on busy mornings the drive thru seems to move at a reasonable pace. Overall an excellent place to be serviced from.

This is by far the best dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The staff are very friendly and super efficient. Even though there's always a super long line when I go before work in the morning, they keep it moving very quickly. Not only is the service great, but the product is top notch as well. Their coffee is made to perfection and the food is always fresh. Even my dog loves going, they always give him a treat at the window!

This is a normal Dunkin Donuts, except the service is LIGHTNING FAST and everyone who works there is friendly. The Indian dudes at the drive-thru call everyone "my friend," which is also oddly endearing.

What makes it so difficult to get my coffee order correct? I ordered an extra large coffee with easy cream, no sugar. The voice from the box repeated it exactly. Why in the heck was my coffee sweet? I'm soooooo sick of this happening! I hate wasting my money... By the time I realize the error, I've driven off and left coffeeless. Pouring a REGULAR cup of coffee isn't rocket science! Get my damn drink right!!! FYI everyone... The donuts are NOT made on premises, they're delivered daily. Very few places "make the donuts" anymore.

My favorite dunkin donuts in the area. Everyone is pleasant and very quick with service. Whether it's the drive thru, sitting outside, or strolling in, everything looks very clean and put together. I've never had an order mess up despite the chaos of the morning there.

Fast and friendly service. The inside is super clean and very busy in the morning. I enjoyed my black coffee. They offer local deals as well. The inside is pretty big for a dunkin donuts.

I love the coffee here. ... dunkin donuts coffee calls me... I've been to other DD's but here my coffee is made right every time the customer service is beyond that of a lot DD's . Friendly service great attitudes great coffee!

no way not when you can go to munster donut just about across the street! I don't mind bad mouthing the corp. places at all this dirty dump is over priced and under quality every time

This is by far the friendliest and best quality Dunkin Donuts in the NW Indiana area. I have been going thru their drive thru for many years (since they opened) and are always treated in the most friendly way. Recently, after ordering thru the drive up, I found myself without my wallet, credit cards and only about 50 cents in cash on me. Guess what? They gave me my normal daily coffee and donut and said "don't worry about it...see you tomorrow"! Wow! Not only that, but their donuts are ALWAYS fresh and seem to be even a nicer portion than some of the other area DD's. When I stop in on the weekends, the counter help is super nice too. They always give my 7 y/o a couple of free Munchkins for no reason other than apparently to thank me for being a good customer. Finally, even if you see a super long wait thru the drive up window, no worries. This is the fastest DD drive thru I have ever not waited in! I am truly a loyal customer! Great place!

All the food I order from this particular location is extremely salty. This doesn't happen at any other location. IDK what the issue is.

Always greeted by a "hello my friend" when you order from the drive-thru and now referred to as "honey" at the window, this DD cracks me up.
