There's about 3 or 4 Buffalo Wild Wings I'll go to, between muncie and central Indiana and this one is the best.. Which isn't saying a lot. I only get good service at any BW3s, including this location, if the place is slow. Today our waiter was nice and we were seated promptly. I'd be upset if it were anything less. The wings are great, just like any other BW3s. Plus, I'm obsessed with Asian Zing. My girlfriend and I also go the soft pretzel sticks, which were good but the queso is a little strange. It reminds of me of the cheap nacho cheese you get at a middle school football game. I honestly don't think the manager here likes sports. We came to watch the here to watch the Pacers game, which they were happy to turn it on for us, but out of the dozens of other sporting events going on, all that are on the TVs is golf talk shows and NFL network replays. Which is okay, but not exactly what you'd expect. They also played distasteful music instead of something interesting.. Like the Pacers game Overall, pretty good. I got what I expected. I mean, it is Buffalo Wild Wings

While we were a larger party, there was no acknowledgment from our server about how much time we had spent waiting. When our food finally did come out it was cold. The service here gets worse and worse as I come back. This place has a reputation for slow service, but what we experienced today for lunch was the worst yet.

There are lots of tv's here and it is is pretty much a go-to Muncie spot when it comes to watching sports. Mostly townies--the BSU students can be found at Brothers' or Scotty's. This is a pretty big place with a high ceiling. The food is ok--I'd stick with the wings--and they can be a bit sweet sometimes. The fries have that weird coating that I'm not a fan of. There is a pretty good beer selection and sometimes decent specials.

Horrible service! We arrived and found our seat, after 8 minutes, a waiter came and asked us what we wanted to drink. We told him, he disappeared for about 10 minutes, while several other waitresses casually walked by. He came back, told my buddy that they were changing the keg as he had ordered a beer. My coke was still nowhere in site, I mentioned to him how long we had been waiting. I told him we almost got up and left because of the wait, he looks at me and says "so do you still want to order or not"! It was a Saturday night, the restaurant was dead, that should have been a sign! Horrible service, horrible waiter, never going back to the Muncie location again! We got up and left..

The place is empty on a Saturday night for a reason. Long waits, bad air, and a genuine lack of care of your time. To start we came in to a near empty building and waited about 10 minutes to get seated. The host seemed a little stoned. Not that there is anything wrong with that (unless it affects my time). I'm a pretty observant person and watched as half the employees just wandered around like they were the walking dead. I have watched enough episodes of bar rescue to realize that this is just a case of poor management. I have been to 4 different BW2S and none of them were 1/10th empty as this one was on a Saturday night. The food and our server were good. I think promptness and overall cleanliness could do this place wonders.

As far as Wing go these are pretty good. A bit pricey perhaps but they test great. The service is excellent and the surroundings is better than most bars in town. I would recommend this place to anyone or any group who would like a real nice evening out.

This place needs an intervention. There were problems from start to finish. One hostess told another to seat us "wherever." Our server took forever to come to our table to get drink orders but even longer to actually bring our drinks. Our appetizer came out before our drinks and we only ordered iced tea. There were dirty tables throughout the restaurant and a line at the door waiting to be seated. But the worst part was waiting for over an hour for our food... which was cold when it came out. We complained to the manager who said they were "just slammed in the kitchen" but honestly... what would happen if this were a game night or if classes were in session at BSU? And from reading the previous reviews, this is apparently a pattern here. Advice... stay away!
