Got the Siracha Pork Tacos...so good! Sat in the bar, like it much better than dining room. Thr3ewiseman Oktoberfest beer is way good! Server- awesome! Husband got bison burger- awesome!

I make a lot of mistakes in life. Ordering a salad at Scotty's ranks in the top five I've made today. We opted to head here with the in-laws for an early dinner on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was unsurprisingly empty. You can't turn your head more than six inches in any direction without seeing a television, including the one mounted at your table if you're in a booth. To that end, it's more of a sports bar than a brewhouse. The menu is extensive, but I always question -- if you have 34 pages of menu items, what are you excelling at? Our service wasn't terrible, but it was inattentive. I had to ask twice for lemons for our iced tea and my entree order was screwed up. She also took so long coming back to the table I gave in and ate the entree because I was hungry. I ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad with the dressing on the side. Our server asked if I wanted the half or whole; I answered whole. I was served the half (and luckily only charged for the half). I can't decide if it was good fortune because I wasn't stuck with more of a lackluster salad or bad fortune because I left hungry. My bed of iceberg lettuce came topped with *maybe* three ounces of grilled chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and an awkwardly huge portion of stale blue corn tortilla strips. On one hand, it was as advertised; on the other hand, it was the worst case scenario of what was advertised. Other people at the table seemed to enjoy their dinners more. My mother-in-law commented several times that her fish tacos were "spunky," whatever that means. She had a side of sweet potato fries, which weren't hot when they were delivered. Those were served with a caramel sauce. I don't even know. My husband had a burger, which he said was tasty. His side was the Cajun blue cheese macaroni and cheese, which as others have already said, is Kraft mac and cheese topped with blue cheese crumbles and then dashed with Cajun seasoning. Overall, I'd say it was overpriced, though you may be happier if you stick with burgers or the like.

What a waste! I ordered a cup of Chicken Gumbo, the waitress brought out Cream Of Chicken and Rice. She said the kitchen changed the menu on her. Very watery and bitter taste sent it back. Tried to order a 1/4 lb burger med. was told it would come out well, so I ordered the 1/2 lb Med. It came out well anyway. The waitress said she would get with the Mgr., she stopped coming by me at the Bar then left. Never heard anything from the Mgr and the 2nd waitress just laughed when I told her what happened. I won't be back anytime soon(ever!)

I adore the twisted pretzel burger. Particularly with the Cajun seasoning. Just ask. They'll do it.

As a frequent business traveler, I eat out a lot and have done so for over 20 years. Needless to say, when I'm home, I'd prefer a home-cooked meal. That being said, my list of go-to places when I eat out while home is very short and Scotty's is at the top of the list! It doesn't matter if I'm dining alone, with family or with a group of any size, the service and the quality of the food has always been excellent! I have never hesitated to recommend going there to anyone because I know they'll get the same awesome experience! Scotty's has the right people, the right service and the right food for a fun dining experience! I'm a believer and no, I'm not related to Scotty! ;-)

We have been wanting to try this place for awhile but all summer it was incredibly busy where we saw cars parked on the grass. We finally gave it a go this weekend. I thought the decor was cute, the leather menus, the mason jar glasses etc. The napkins were a bit rough and I agree with another poster, it also reminded me of car towels. We all got burgers and I was a bit surprised by the pricing. We also got half order of loaded fries. No alcoholic drinks and our bill was over 60 dollars. Seemed a bit pricy. Our server was attentive and we had no issues there at all. The burgers were decent but not amazing. I would have felt just as satisfied with a 5 Guys burger. I got the red headed clown that was supposed to have chipotle sauce. I don't know if they forgot to add it or it just was bland but over all it just tasted like a regular cheddar burger. The waffle fries were over cooked and dry. I barely ate them. My score has nothing to do with the this part but I have to admit the place made me feel old. Might be a place that 20's somethings hang out at. The crowed seemed young. The group behind us were a bit obnoxious. The one young girl talked loudly about her New Year resolution not to sleep with married men anymore. Alrightly then. She kept flinging her hair and whacking my teenage son in the back of the head. The booth seating seemed a bit too close which we did find a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I just thought the place was okay.

Slow service and mediocre overpriced food. Skip it.

I used to be a server, so I'm often overly critical of service in restaurants. Anna was incredibly friendly and sweet. She was good about recommending items on the menu and was honest when I asked about how spicy the different sauces were, I'm kind of a wimp. She answered all of my questions and even subbed the black bean patty on a sandwich that normally has chicken. When I realized there was rice in the black bean patty a few bites in (I can't eat rice), she apologized though it wasn't anything within her control. She also had the manager check in on us and take my meal off the bill, though I'd eaten most of the broccoli and part of the burger, and offered us a dessert on the house. This was completely unexpected, and while we declined, is a great example of awesome service. Keep up the great atmosphere and thank you! We'll be visiting again soon!

I have been here a total of three times and I have to say that overall the food has been good. Two of the three times I have been there I ordered burgers and they were good and I ordered the sweet potato fries (very cold had them replaced) and tater tots and they were edible. The third time I went with a friend and we did the appetizer and two entrees for $25 - the appetizer was the half order of cheese fries - when the server brought out the plate I was like are you serious? It was very small - most places who offer this kind of deal give you a full appetizer I ordered the chicken wrap and it was very good and was actually surprised by the amount of chicken that was in it. The servers on each trip were very good and attentive.

Visited this last Sunday for lunch with my husband and 12 year old son and was disappointed in the food quality and the place was just a disaster and dirty. Young families crowded in the waiting area waiting for tables to take advantage of the VIP kids eat free deal while at least 12 tables sat uncleared and empty with dirty dishes. Once seated the waitress in training was very helpful and the service was good. However the downer was being surrounded by all the dirty tables that saw no sign of being turned...and the disappointing meal. We ordered the buffalo chicken dip for an appetizer which was tasty but every 3rd chip was stale. For lunch my son enjoyed his grilled cheese and my husband had the burger with peanut butter and jalapeños and said it was different and tasty. I ordered the BBQ chicken salad which was pretty disappointing. Asked for dressing on side and not only got the side, but it was also drenched in dressing and was basically just iceberg lettuce with the chicken breast on top. Note to self-next time stick to apps or burgers and at all costs avoid Sunday!!

ehh idk about the burger but I got a smaller quarter pounder burger and not sure if there is a difference compared to the other burgers. But mine was just average. I actually liked Red Robin's a lot better than here. Not just taste wise but price wise. All you can get hot steak fries at Red Robin's. Here the french fries were not that great and mine were actually kind of cold. There was also not a lot. I left still hungry too. I've only come once so maybe I ordered the wrong thing?

  • Amanda R.

The service was ok, our server seemed a little out of it. I live in Chicago and I don't think the prices were bad, I know a lot of people on here have complained about prices. $7.99 for a basket of fried pickles isn't bad. I didn't really like the napkins, they looked like towels you use to wash your car. I think they need a lesson in service.

I always love Scotty's. Thursday night is $2.50 draft pints. If you go after 9pm it's half price appetizers.

We dined at Scotty's last night with a couple of friends. If you are looking for a place to socialize, talk, have a couple of drinks for a few hours without being rushed or pushed out by the servers, this place is PERFECT. It was laid back, no one rushed us out, the service was great, &c. This is basically a burger joint, and burgers dominate the menu (though there are some chicken wrap options, as well as gluten-free). I loved the hamburger with peanut butter: great flavor, medium well was very juicy, the bun wasn't soggy, I would come here again.

I get that gastropubs are the rage and whatever about that. Maybe I don't want a burger drenched in cheese bacon and fat. I ordered the black and blue tenderloin salad. It was subpar. The meat looked like dogfood Really terrible presentation. They don't brew their own beer- but it says brew house soo? The servers fight over tables and I will throw it out there- the server we had was friendly on the surface, but had a serious dark cloud over her- serious bad energy! So eat there for the burgers and not so fresh beer- don't expect anything special or better than the next place on Main Street.

Today was my third experience at Scotty's. I will not be returning. Each time the food has been okay. The first time I had the South of the Border Salad. It was quite tasty, if a bit overpriced. The service was also fine this time. The second time I went, I had the Pretzel Burger. It was okay. The idea was good - a burger on a pretzel roll with pub cheese and onion straws, but the execution left a lot to be desired. There was very little cheese, and the burger was overcooked. The service was horrible the second time. I was with a group of five, and we had to wait fifteen minutes for drinks, and another 50 minutes for our food. The server was incompetent and knew nothing about the food on the menu. We also had to remind him twice to actually go get our drinks for us, since he kept returning without them. The third experience was not good at all. I went as part of a group of three, hoping that it would be better than last time. We had a different server, who was horrible. We waited fifteen minutes for our drinks (just soda), and then an additional hour for our food. After asking about our food, the server blamed the kitchen, which seems very unprofessional. Was it also their fault that our drinks took so long? I had the BELT (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato). The bacon was overly fatty, and the egg had no yolk; it was just some whites. This is pretty bizarre, considering the fact that they ask you how you would like your egg cooked (I had hoped for some yolk with my over-easy egg). If I hear that this place stops having a time problem, I would consider returning, since the food seems like it should be awesome, if properly prepared.

Had a great experience visiting Scotty's on a Monday night. Waitress was pleasant, funny, and helpful in sorting through the extensive menu. Had a very minor mix-up with the meal, but it was solved immediately with an above and beyond customer service focused attitude. We both ate off the menu, appetizer, entrees, and drinks for about $30. Also, received great beer recommendations and had an extensive conversation with the manager about local IN beers. The food was great, but I'll come back for the people and the experience. Everything on Grape Road gets busy, but they took the time to make my wife and I feel like we were the most important people in the place. It's out of our way to dine, but we'll definitely add it to our regular spots!

I've been to this Scotty's twice so far, and it's extremely similar to the west laff location. It's been really busy every since it opened a few weeks ago and I think the staff has been handling the crowds really well. I went in with a group of 14 and it was difficult to get a table big enough, but that's totally understandable. We ended up having a great dining experience The mofo chicken wrap is amazingly spicy, but awesomely delicious. Their mac and cheese is probably the best mac n cheese ever, especially with blue cheese! The bison burgers are pretty great too.

We just ate there with our kids... It was great! The menu provides a good selection for both adults and kids. And on Sundays kids eat free!!! (Tuesdays too) Our service was great as was our food!

First, this is not a brew house. This place is hardly distinguishable from Fridays or Chili's or Appelbee's. A brew house, by definition, needs to brew it's own beer. This place serves Three Wisemen beers, which is owned by the same company, but not brewed in house. They also have signs for BMC (Budwiser, Miller, Coors), which again makes them less like a brew house and more like Fridays. The food is so so, again, like Fridays. But, they do have a better selection of nice craft brews on tap than a Fridays type restaurant (eg, Summit Sage, Two Hearted Ale).

This place has tons of televisions, so it's great if you're going to watch a game. Napkins are rough & strange (like kitchen towels), so you expect a giant messy burger. Not so much. We ordered the "build your own burgers." The disappointing part about the "build your own" is that they were loaded with the fixins of lettuce, tomato and onion (which none of the three of us wanted on our burgers) and there was very little of the "build your own" stuff that we had actually ordered on our burgers. I ordered mushrooms & Swiss on mine and I believe I counted two or three shrooms and a tiny piece of cheese. Very disappointing serving sizes and presentation. We won't be returning. As another review mentioned, a Five Guys burger is probably just as tasty and a much better value (and they have normal napkins).

Horrible Service. I am from out of town and this location is the worst. Was here at Thanksgiving and had horrible service, gave it another shot and tonight was beyond awful. Waited an hour for out good only for our waiter to tell us he forget to enter it and it will be up soon, when our food finally arrived he only had 5 out of our 6 entrees. Again, he forgot to enter the 6th entree. I will never come here again. Worst service in Mishawaka, a disgrace to the Scotty's brewhouse reputation.

In the universe of sports bars, this one has to be near the top of the list. Upon entry around 7pm, there was a wait, but two seats immediately available at the bar, so we sat there. The first thing I noticed was the abundance of televisions pretty much everywhere. It looked like there were at least 4 big screens within view of every seat, in addition to TV's at most if not all of the booths. There were approximately 30 really big TV's all around the place, and all looked HD. For the food, they had a burger that I haven't seen for a long time. It was a half pounder with peanut butter (a wonderful addition to any burger). The burger was amazing. My wife had the same burger but in the quarter pound size. Also enjoyed. The server behind the bar was fun and playful when she had the time. The whole bar was full and business was doing well. She didn't take time to really get to know us, but as I said, they were busy and she was hustling. It looked like 30+ draft beers, quite a few of which were made by the Scotty's company. The only thing that was lacking were the fried pickles. They didn't appear to be the best item on the menu. They weren't bad, but not great either. The menu was very long and extensive and looked like there was something for everyone. It took a while to go thru it all and decide what to get. Hostesses were friendly on the way in and out. Overall, we will be back. It was a good time with good food. I would recommend it.

Great burger with Peanut butter, bacon and cheese. The wings were awesome. The help had a lot to be desired, they all need to take some customer service classes.

Just made another trip to Scotties for a meal and a brew. Husband had the huge burger and steak fries, I tried the fish tacos. He said he'd return for the burger and I would definitely return for the fish tacos. They were outstanding! Served up with sweet potato fries, with carmel dip. I'm not sure that I understand the dip, would have much rather had their house mustard sauce instead. Maybe next time, I'll ask. The wait for the food seemed a little long but the waiter couldn't have been better.

AMAZING! Food is great, yet a bit pricey. I highly recommend the Sherman Burger. Service was awesome and the waitress was very knowledgable about the menu, which was very helpful. Very modern atmosphere that can get a bit loud. Great place to watch a game T.V.'s everywhere.

I came in with my family the other day for lunch, and it was definitely not one of the best experiences I've had. We were seated right away (group of 5) and our order was taken fairly quickly. The problems began once the food arrived. I ordered the sourdough turkey club. This sandwich has both turkey and ham on it, but I ordered ONLY turkey, no ham. Well, my sandwich arrived and guess what? It only had ham on it. I explained the problem to the waitress, and she seemed skeptical, and explained that the turkey and ham look alike. I peeled the sandwich apart to show her that it was indeed all ham, and even had another person in my group taste it to confirm - not to mention someone else had ordered the sandwich, and the turkey and ham clearly look different. She agreed to take the sandwich back. She comes back five minutes later and tells me that the cook thinks I will not like the sandwich, because apparently the turkey and ham taste very similar. Uh....? Okay...She says she can go back again but suggests I find something else on the menu. I'm pretty annoyed at this point but decide to try to find something else although nothing else sounded appealing. 15 minutes later she comes back to take my order, but decides to bring along a piece of turkey so I can try it and decide if I'd like the turkey club after all. Everyone else in the group has basically finished their meals at this point, and I'm just over it. I decide not to order anything - I just want to get out of there. To be fair, everyone else enjoyed their meals, and the service was overall not bad. However, it pissed me off that the cook didn't want to make me another sandwich because he thought I wouldn't like it. Just give me what I ordered! :(

My husband and I like to go here to grab a beer and watch a game on tv. Beer selection is good but could have more variaty of three wisemen and local beers. Service is good, staff is very friendly. All in all a good place to get a drink and watch your favorite sport.

One bad experience can really make a difference. Today it was warm and soggy Caesar salad and the worst cocktail I've had professionally made. Do not try the blackberry smash unless you do shots of cough syrup for fun. When we told our waiter it was vile he seemed offended and did nothing. Honestly, he was more concerned about his lunch break than how we really were enjoying our meal. Priorities. Next time we are sticking to beer and peanut butter pie.

Ask for Trevor as your server! However, all the servers seemed to be very helpful and friendly. My peach margarita was a bargain & quite tasty. My bison burger was very good, and my companion was very satisfied with his meal, too. My only (small) complaint was that the guacamole, although fresh and chock full of chunky goodies, was too spicy for my palate. We had the same issue with the salsa, too. Everything else was primo. Thanks

I've now been there twice. The 1st visit was during their initial week of business. Service was decent. Ordered a bacon Swiss burger..they forgot the bacon. Returned with my parents, wife and adult children today (Father's Day). Very disorganized and slow. No management in sight. After waiting an hour and still not being seated, the hostess/waitress decided to move some high top tables together and serve us in the waiting area. I preferred the Bacon Swiss burger again...guess what? no Bacon again. My daughter had to leave for work at 1:25 and still none of us had our meals. (1.5 hrs after arriving) they rushed her meal but forgot her tater tots. Most of us ordered burgers, which were very good. The hostess/waitress tried her best, but the organization was pretty bad. I'll give them one more try sometime..but not in the near future. Great potential..crappy execution.

Great experience..The wait staff were very polite and friendly..Customer service seems to be there priority..Food was very good and there beers 3-wise men were all very drinkable..Even went back the next night with a friend for carry out..Great service once again and we had a beer while we waited..Top notch in my book..Once again the people really seem to make you time there fun and very friendly..

Thought this was a brew pub (hence the name), but it is just a sports bar. However, that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Food was pretty good and reminded me a little of Granite City, but more of a bar feeling. Wife enjoyed it as well. We will be back and have recommended it to others.

Been here twice and it's been a good experience each time. Burgers are tremendous and creative. Waffle fries are hot, crispy, and flavorful. The big selling point is the incredible selection of tap beer, including 3 different types of my favorite, India Pale Ale. How the silverware is wrapped using rag-like napkins is an interesting twist in a good way. Everyone should at least give this place a try. Much better than Brother's in my humble opinion.

Bison burger was amazing. Built my burger from their amazing list of toppings, sauces, and bread. Many different beer choices, including some of their house brews.

I ordered the lunch burger it was just average the meat is rather thin for a quarter pounder, the hamburger bun was good. It is a very average burger for an average price, I have had better. The other guest at our table ordered a chicken salad, the lettuce was wilted and not very freash the salad was returned for a new one that was made properly. The waffle fries are very good, the potatoes chips are also very good, for the burger selection being so large I would hope for something better. I will most likely return and try the beer and another menu item, I hope they improve the food quality. Average food, Average price, with average service.

Came here last week and was happy at how they handled our large group, which included young kids. From the fried pickle appetizer to the peanut butter pie dessert I was happy with the food and the service. They did get my burger order wrong (I had a build your own burger and the waiter, for some reason, didn't write down all of my choices) but I suppose the waffle fries almost made up for it. Good beer too, and lots of sports games on.

I discovered Scotty's Brewhouse in college and I have loved their food ever since. I was in South Bend/ Mishawaka over the weekend so I thought I would stop in and see a new location. I ordered the dill chips as an appetizer. They are not as good as they used to be but still pretty good. The horseradish dipping sauce is a must have with the dill chips! The Dan's Darn Good Chicken Wrap is always the entree I order but I switched it up this time. I ordered the BBQ chicken wrap--great choice! Our server did a fantastic job! I was there with others and we arrived at different times. Our server introduced himself every time and brought the drinks promptly. The manager came to our table after the meal and asked how everything was. Overall--great tasting food, large selection if beer, and friendly service! The Muncie location will always be my favorite but I will probably stop in at the Mishawaka location again!

Love Scotty's. Great beer selections and lots of food options. They have some of the best burgers in the area and I like how you can customize the burgers. If you need gluten free this is your place. Also their waffle fries are the best. Kids eat free on Sunday's. Service was a little rough when they first opened but have improved a lot over the last year. TVs everywhere so you won't miss a game. One of the best places to have pub grub in the South Bend area.

Food was great this evening. I had the the bacon bomb burger. This was excellent. Although the bacon would have added more flavor, had it not been breaded and deep fried. Macaroni and cheese is like crack. Out of this world. It's what all of the other restraunts should strive for.

I have a serious soft spot for Scotty's. I started going here back when I was a spring chicken several years ago in Bloomington. The loaded waffle fries will forever remind me of a time when student loans were just free cash you never had to worry about again. I digress, we were in town visiting family and decided to check this one out. Lots of the same stuff on the menu but also a huge selection which was awesome. I got a burger and aforementioned fries. The burger was ordered medium but came out closer to well done. Everyone else seemed pretty pleased except my Mom who wasn't thrilled about being interrupted so many times to ask if everything was OK. Overall, solid food, good service - I'd def. come back.

Good atmosphere. Service is hit and miss. The buffalo dip is so much better at the Indianapolis location because they shred the chicken.

Normally I hesitate to give a one-star review. This food was one step above literal garbage. We ordered a chicken wrap, fish and chips and nachos. They are pictured if Yelp will allow it. I hope they will. The fish is a frozen fillet fried so poorly it is itself an act of punishment to eat even during lent. It is burned. Even if it were not, the batter is more like a fish-stick than a fish fillet fried by even a charitable organization. The wrap has so much mayonnaise it is nauseating. The tortilla is SOPPING. With MAYO. The nachos are like someone dumped a bucket of the lowest quality cheese -- think 1990s Wal-Mart cafeteria or 7-11 gas station -- and tossed a bag of chips into it. It's like a trash can in which I realize I paid money for the cheese to ruin all other ingredients. For shame, restaurant that cannot make nachos. For shame. Or fry fish. For shame. This was a trash can into which I foolishly poured $50+. I won't make this mistake again.

Went on a Wednesday night. Food was good, service subpar. Waitress Claire seemed inexperienced. She didn't tell us specials, wasn't very friendly, and walked to our table three times before taking our dirty appetizer plates. Kids menu said it came with carrot sticks and a toy, but we got nothing. Kids burger came plain and waitress didn't ask if they should put anything on it and didn't even offer to give us ketchup. When leaving there was a bunch of staff huddled at the hostess station and mumbled thanks as I struggled to get out the door with my baby and toddler. Someone could of held the door!

Bartenders are great and the beer selection is about what you'd expect from a restaurant these days: nothing mind blowing but choices slightly higher than "the lights." However, I ordered the Shewman Special burger and clarified "medium" doneness with the bartender (Samantha). The burger came out so well done that it was completely dry. It was late and I was starving so I didn't want to wait to get a new one, even though they offered to remake it (but nobody came by after the food was out to check if it was OK until 10 mins later...) If your kitchen can't make a burger to order then don't even ask me how I want it cooked. And this isn't a new restaurant or chain. They have been around for awhile and presumably made 1,000s of burgers. Get your shit together.

I came in with a co-worker for lunch during the week. The place had maybe three other tables, but it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. Service was less than stellar, and food was undesirable. I ordered a turkey sandwich on the lunch menu - I had requested to swap American cheese for Swiss, and was charged $1.25 EXTRA for it. Lunch for myself was over $12...not the best $12 I've ever spent, to say the least.

For The Mishawaka area this is hands down a 4-star restaurant. In a bigger city with more options I'd down grade my rating to a 3-star. But in a town filled with way too many applebys, olive gardens and Chili's type places, Scotty's is definitely a must try. I've tried a burger and the buffalo chicken sandwich and they were good. The mac for the side is yummy too. Got outta there with 2 adults and 2 kids for under $40 before tip.

We are visiting from Ohio and decided to check this place out after reading about them on Yelp. I had Shewman. Peanut butter on a burger is really good! Wife had grilled cheese which was very tasty. I had the loaded tots as a side and the wife had the Mac and cheese. Both excellent. Many beer choices. Server was fun and attentive. Experience was so good family asked if we could extend our vacation a day to eat here again.

The ambiance and crowd is the reason to go. Cool restaurant, lots of TVs and great crowd. However, the food is bad. I have been there at least 10 times and every time the food is bad. It's either bad quality, cold, or prepared poorly. I think this every time we go and hope it will surprisingly be good for once...and they ALWAYS disappoint. My last visit is the reason for my review. I ordered Parmesan Garlic Fries. When I received it, they took fries and dumped that canned minced garlic from the market and what seemed like Kraft Parmesan Cheese (unmelted) on top. It might be one of the most surprisingly bad appetizers I've ever received.

We had been looking forward to trying out Scotty's and finally had the opportunity on a Sunday evening for dinner. The place was pretty busy, but we were immediately seated in a comfy booth in the bar. Our server was friendly and he was pretty knowledgeable about the beers and made a few recommendations for us. The beer is great and definitely worth a trip. We were really disappointed in the food - would probably be 2 stars, but the beer and service bumped it up to three. Our server recommended the fried pickles as an appetizer, which we ordered. It was your standard deep fried pickle slices and definitely not worth the $7.99 price tag. At least they were served with three dipping sauces - ranch, horseradish and a sweet/slightly spicy chipotle. My husband ordered the twisted pretzel burger which came with cheddar cheese spread and fried onion strings. The burger was cooked a perfect medium as ordered, but was a little dry despite being pretty greasy. The sandwiches come with a side and my husband went with the recommended cajun mac and cheese topped with bleu cheese. What a complete disappointment! The mac and cheese tasted like it was straight out of a box with the salty, processed cheese sauce that comes in the little silver packet. It was dressed up with some cajun spices and bleu cheese crumbles. Definitely the worst mac n cheese we have been served in a restaurant. The burger and side was $10.50. I ordered the mofo chicken wrap which came with fried chicken (really wish they would include a grilled chicken option!). The mofo spice definitely carried the heat, but lacked any real flavor. I opted for the waffle fries, which were good. My wrap was also $10.50...way overpriced if you ask me. We will probably go back for the beer and atmosphere, but save our money and eat elsewhere.

This food is good! I love their gbtc (grilled bacon tomato cheese) or something like that. I ordered it with a appetizer. Pretzel sticks. The pretzel sticks tastes so Good too! The place is filled with T.V's! But be careful. The place is hard to get in because they have the best burgers and beer. They even brew their own beer!

Third times a charm...right? Wrong. Horrible divide and horrible food. We've tried this location 3 times and all 3 times it has been horrible! I love the Scotty's in West Lafayette so I figured I'd love this one too but not so much. The pulled pork street tacos tasted horrible and so dry. The peanut butter pie was delicious until I bit into a cream cheese wrapper! Waste of money and way overpriced. Not going back.

I went this past weekend. I had the bacon bomb burger. It was good but it was way too rich. If you are going to get a burger I would recommend something without deep fried bacon. The loaded waffle fries were also too much. Basically the food is good, just remember less is more. I will be back.

Hands down. This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in years. I've eaten here 3x now and everything has been phenomenal. I've tried a few different things. Pretzel Sticks: warm and fresh. Tidal Dip: zingy but not too hot (chicken was not canned as previously reviewed). Mini Corn Dog Bites: corn bread was moist & the dogs tasted better quality. Backyard BBQ Bacon Burger: crisp smoky bacon and tangy/sweet bbq sauce. Spicy Sirloin Steak Sandwich: the perfect blend of cheesy/meaty/spicy. I've tried their house made chips and the tater tots. Both were tasty but the loaded tots were to die for. The main thing that stands out to me is the service. The wait staff is friendly and out-going. I will definitely be back.

I love Scotty's. But this location does not represent Scotty's. Having moved up to SB area, we drive an hour at least once a month to eat here. Scotty's is the restaurant we eat when we go home to Indy, again- we love it. This location has less quality food Everytime. We always order the tidal dip; which has been bad or different the last 4 times. (Which side note Shame on you Scotty W for charging your customers the same price for a smaller portion and getting rid of the Blue chips to save costs!) yesterday we visited and they now used CANNED chicken. Giant chunks of chicken, and the sauce lacked Mo Fo sauce. The chips were stale and overall not good! As a BSU alumni who wishes nothing but the best for Scotty, at this rate and changes to lower quality and continuing higher costs, I fear Scotty's will be outta business... At least certainly in this location. If you do go, which I still recommend with reservations, order a bison burger. The topping choices make it a fun experience to create your own unique burger. Unfortunately for us, I think we'll be visiting Scotty's only in Indy from now on.

I enjoy this place, however, my wife's burger was purple on the inside as if too rare or something. I will still go back.

We love this place. The staff are friendly and prompt. There are more TV's than the Architect has from the Matrix. The selection of beer is great. The wings, burgers, and sandwiches are all excellent. They even have a burger with peanut butter. Yes, peanut butter. When I ate this, I actually forgot that my beautiful wife was across from me. I blacked out for a bit from it's goodness. At least I didn't wake up with jumper cables attached to my nipples and a goat standing on my head like that one time in Mexico. There is a plentiful selection of gluten free on the menu. It's our new hangout after my son's hockey games. They also serve sweet potato fries with caramel dipping sauce. If you don't think that is delicious, someone needs to murder you in the face. See you soon Scotty's!

Recently I wrote a poor review about Scotty's as I didn't receive the service that I typically get. Not even close. Since that review I have been contacted by the bar manager offering his apologies and sorry cards to pay for my next meal. I have also received an email from the president and CEO, Scott Wise offering his apologies and explaining that the service I received is not up to his standards. I will be going into Scotty's soon to give it another shot.

This place sucks. I ordered a bison burger and I wasn't pleasing at all. I won't eat here again. It looks like I belong in the show bar rescue. It run down. I'll probably just go for the drinks and that's about it.
